I agree with ayngemac... when I first bought Pink Rush it was because it was a neon PINK! At least that's how it looks in the bottle. So I was really disappointed when it changed to more of a hot red on my nails. It does apply quite nicely though; much better, more evenly than the China Glaze neons.
Had I rated this polish a year ago I would have given it a much lower rating because of the color change; but it's been a year now and I've grown to love it. It's become one of my absolute favorite summer polishes to wear... this and Color Club's Screamin' Fuschia, which is a slightly lighter version of Pink Rush but also changes from neon pink to hot red once applied.
Come to think of it, ALL my darker neon pink polishes (including China Glaze Pool Party and Misa Party In The Masquerade) turn to hot red on my nails. I've tried layering them over white polish as well as very blue based pink polishes and they still go red! GAH!
The lighter neon pink polishes don't seem to have this problem (CC's Lazer Pink/Modern Pink and Pink Lust for example).
So while I still love Pink Rush, I'm still on the hunt for a *true* neon pink.

Generally I'm a fan of Color Club polishes, but this one was disappointing. It looks like hot pink creme in the bottle but looks orange on the nail. After two coats I still had visible nail line. It dries to a semi-matte finish. I tried using a matte top coat, then a glitter top coat. Still meh.
