One of my favourite neutral colours. Got this as a bargain from duane reade. Very classy and sophisticated neutral with grey and lilac undertones. Perfect for the office and will match any outfit. I also think this is a year round colour that can be worn any time. Unfortunately this was part of the pirates of the Caribbean range so I'm not sure if there is a similar colour in the permanent range. Just such a lovely colour and the quality is fantastic, just like all OPI polishes.

Great color for lighter and darker skintones, this greyed out lavender will also work with cooler and warmer tones. Perfect for any time, any occasion - safe for work and great for a party, givingmyou a mod edge.
As the color is a little chalky, make sure you apply smooth, thin coats.

One of my favourite nail polish colours! It's a gorgeous pale pink colour that has a tiny hint of purple. It's very flattering on both light as well as tan/darker skin and is quite demure and natural. I've never been one for ridiculously bright in-your-face nail colours so for those of you who like french manicures and neutral colours, this shade is perfect.
As with most OPI polishes, it goes on well and sets evenly without being noticeably streaky. It is a bit thin though, so I found that two coats worked best.
Dries very quickly and looks great with a clear topcoat to make it shine.
It also looks fantastic as the base coat for a clear polish with silver glitter.

I absolutely love this muted grey-pink-lilac shade! It is subtle yet stylish, it will draw attention to your nails in a good way! It suits my NC25 skin tone well and makes my short-to-medium natural nails look well-groomed.
I didn't have any issues with streaks at all. A lot of lighter creme nails polishes can be tricky to apply. Make sure you prep your nails by wiping them with nail polish remover (I use Zoya 3-in-1 Remove +) , it will get rid of oils and debris from your nail surface so the nail polish will apply smoother and stick better. Then apply the nail polish in 3-4 strokes, if it streaks a little don't go over it again, it shoudl spread itself out. Finally let each layer dry properly (wait for 1+ min between layers). Hope it helps :)

Love this color! I am picky about pink nail polish but this one is a unique greyish nude pink which has a slight lilac undertone to it. It is creamy (no shimmer) and reminds me of the color of a strawberry milkshake. I find it a very flattering and easy to wear shade, especially for spring when I want something light and subtle. I put a rainbow hex glitter over it and it looked awesome like that too. The only issue I had was that the formula was a bit streaky and required three coats. But I still love this shade and can see myself getting alot of use out of it.

Love the shade of this dirty pastel pinkish purple polish. The color slight tint of gray/brown makes it a little more versatile. The application is a little streaky. It dries quickly so it is a bit difficult to go over some areas while applying a coat. Most of the streaks were gone with a second coat. Since the formula could be improved I didn't give it a 5. However, I would buy this polish again!

I love this colour. True, it's not a rosy colour, but that's only because everyone's definition of rose is probably 'red'. Technically, the colour is the colour of a light pink rose. I don't think the name of this nail polish would've been so catchy if they'd called it 'Steady As She (Light Pink) Rose'.
And I honestly don't understand why people say it's streaky or hard to apply. The nail I tested the colour on is of average length and it was so easy to apply and it didn't get streaky at all, even though I had to apply 2 coats(not very necessarily, though). Overall, one of the best I've ever tried.

This is a nice soft violety-grey color. There is not a rose hue to it-it is very cool toned. It reminds me of some lilac Essie colors....but if you are looking for a clean, fresh look on the nails this is a nice one.

I love this colour, I'm not usually a "pink person", but I love the grey/purple undertones and feel quite comfortable wearing it. I'm not sold on the formula, it was quite difficult to apply (not my experience with other OPI cremes) and still slightly streaky at 3 coats if you're not careful. It's oddly thick and thin at the same time, best to apply in a 1 stroke technique as I've found any going back over wet polish will cause lumps and streaks. I've never been so grateful for the pro wide brush. Great modern shade though.

Uhhh, I love this nail polish. First off I did have to do 3 coats but, the color is amaze. This is a creamy pastel grey rose. I really love this neutral polish on my nails. It's pretty unique. I am so glad I got it.

I use this for the "newspaper manicure", it's a grey/nude/rose! Super glossy and great for when I am very tanned!

I absolutely love this color. It is my favorite nail polish I own! It is the most beautiful pastel, dusty purple with a hint of rose. It suits my extremely fair skin tone really well, so I can't speak for others. It is expensive where I live (16 euros!) but I love this color SO much I would definitely recommend it. I found the application great. I always apply two coats, but I didn't notice any streaking with just one. The packaging is awesome, and it dries at a normal speed in my opinion.

Colour:
To be honest I was a little dissapointed in this colour. It didn't suit my skintone at all, however I think it'd look great on some poeple. I had to use a crackle over it, because it just didn't look good (& I don't like crackles!) I don't think it looks much like the pictures IRL HOWEVER, I only saw it in artificial light, it may look better in the sun.
Aplication:
Once again, a little dissapointed, two coats was a LITTLE bit streaky and you still had some visable nail line if your nails are on the longer side. I used three, and although if you aren;t that fussed, you can get away with two - i still recon it's a bit too streaky.

This is not a rose colour, it's more of a soft lilac pastel. I think it's super adorable and pretty on your nails. It comes off very milky and after two coats it's just about perfect. Would recommend!

This... is an interesting but beautiful color. I'd describe it as a muted, milky lavender-grey that is neutral enough to be flattering on most skin tones. It looks very much like a pastel lavender in broad daylight / bright light, but it looks more grey indoors or in dim light. The finish is glossy and very opaque.
As always, OPI does not disappoint in quality or color! I was really impressed by the pigmentation of this color since it took only 2 coats for it to look smooth and opaque. However, I found it a bit hard to apply because it can be goopy and streaky sometimes, so you need to have a steady hand and apply each coat quickly. The wide OPI brush helps a lot here.
Personally, I think this polish is a sophisticated, but still youthful sort of color. I like that it's not your everyday grey nor is it a neutral that disappears into your skin color. It gives just enough of a lovely, feminine pop of color but isn't "in your face".

Hmmm, this is an interesting color, one I thought I'd be sorry I bought. I'm not. On me, it's a pink-y-lilac-y-greyish neutral--much more neutral than I thought it would look--and different shades are brought out in different lighting. I also thought it would look chalky, but it doesn't--there's a certain depth of color that I didn't expect. The first coat (over my usual Butter London Nail Foundation basecoat) was quite streaky, but the second made for a perfect, fully opaque finish. (OPI's polish brushes, being quite soft, help, especially with shades like this one.) I've had no wear problems (with my usual Seche Fast-Dry topcoat)--not even tip wear--after a full five days, and no chips.
I think this is a love-it-or-hate-it shade, and your reaction will depend greatly on your skin tone. I'm fortunate that it's a unique and flattering neutral on me. I would repurchase.

This is a very pastel color, so I would not recommend it for your fingernails. It looks really good on toes, though. It's pink with a hint of purple, so it's really pretty :)
Like all OPI nail polishes, the formula is really good so it will stay on your nails for a really long time. If you like pastel colors, this would suit your liking, but if you don't, don't buy it.

i've been looking for a dusty pink nail polish and i came across this. I never paid much attention to this collection but of all colors, I always found 'steady as she rose' unique. The formula applies like a dream!!
The color of it is definitely different from other pinks, it looks lilac with a hint of pink sometimes but it has a gray undertone to it. Absolutely Gorgeous!! tempted to buy an extra bottle

I love this, it's a great kind of neutral color. I thought it would be kind of blah, but surprisingly it's a great color. The only complaint I have is after two coats, the very next day it seemed to be coming off the tips. Overall, great color though.
