I love this product! I have been using it for my skin for a while now. I have uneven skin tone and it covers that very well! I have very sensitive skin so i was a little skeptical to first use it but it doesn't make me break out. The coverage is medium but the product is very light on the skin and not cakey at all! I would highly recommend to those who are looking for more of a light product to use on their face every day. I have no regrets with this product. In addition, it has lasted me quite a long time.

This is a great tinted moisturizer.
It is high quality and gel based, so its absorbed into the skin really easily.
It is oil free, which is great for us oily skinned people, and it has spf, which is essential!
The only downside is that it does still have a subtle "make-up" appearance, which tinted moisturizers dont usually have, however perhaps that is because this one has more coverage than others I have tried.
I HIGHLY recommend this! covers all my redness and pigmentation!

This tinted moisturizer is my holy grail. Of course it doesnt give a lot of coverage but it evens out the redness and other problems on my skin and makes it look more healthy. I usually wear this in scorching Cyprus heat and it doesnt make my skin look oily at all. The price is a bit high but it delivers what it promises.
I have lots of sun damage(thanks Cyprus sun) but i dont like wearing to much make up so i have learnt to live with them. This makes my freckles and sun spots look less problematic and seem cuter:)
I am using Light to Medium Tint and my skin is extremely dry on my cheeks but oily in the T-zone and no breakouts :))

I bought this as an impulse buy but I don't have any regrets. I've used tinted moisturizers before and I was surprised at the coverage. Even though it's sheer, it gave me a finish that was almost like using foundation. The texture is creamy but spreads easily. I use a sponge to pat my skin after applying to make sure there are no streaks. It lasts the whole day and I don't notice any smearing.
Although it's oil free, I still need to apply powder to set the product because I have an oily t-zone.
Packaging is great. It's sleek and comes in a tube which keeps the product clean. My only concern is there's no expiration date written on the package so I have no idea when it's supposed to expire (due to the SPF)

Update:
I'm not sure what's up with the tinted moisturizer, but it has gotten very difficult to apply smoothly and causes my skin to look flaky (even though I exfoliate regularly and use the Clarisonic to clean my skin). My pores around the nose are even being emphasized..not very nice.

Crap product.
It felt and smelled like I was smearing liquid plastic all over my face. Weirdly heavy on the coverage, and entirely difficult to spread across my face, regardless of what type of vehicle you use.
The finish was tacky and cakey, and wore off after around 4ish hours.
I have very oily skin, and couldn't imagine who this would work for.
Laura Mercier is a much better option.

This is a great product for those who have yet to find a natural-looking regular foundation.

Price--not cheap at $42. There's a good amount in the package though, and I've found that drugstore TM's don't give nearly as good coverage, so this may be one area where splurging does you well.

Packaging--I like the tube, and I like that it has the cap at the bottom so you're most likely getting all of the product out of the package. The squirt top does a good job controlling the amount of product that comes out.

Product--as I stated in my first sentence, I have been on a years-long quest to find a natural looking foundation and have yet to succeed. I needed something that would give me an even tone to apply the rest of my makeup, and as of right now, this is doing the best job. I use this in XL tint, which is a near-perfect match for my skin. While it doesn't completely obscure every drop of redness I have on my face, it also doesn't make me feel or look like I'm wearing a mask, which IMO, is far more important. (And note--I did not have the same experience at all when I tried using some of BB's foundations, which I found to be kind-of heavy and unnatural looking).

I've also tried her non-oil-free TM and in terms of coverage, the two were equivalent. When this tube runs out, I may consider going back to that version since my skin is terribly dry and I am not averse to oil. That said, this oil-free version doesn't cake up or settle into my face and I think it looks very natural. I also found that BB's color line was better for my skin tone that LM.

I have repurchased this extortionately priced product, in spite of the fact that in Australia, this little black bottle weighs in at $70. Luckily, I had someone pick me up a bottle in Sephora in the USA for around $40. The sad thing is, I would probably pay the $70 if push came to shove.

I love this product. It is such a beautiful base, and even though I have quite problematic skin, I would be able to wear this and be seen in public. The coverage is quite full for a tinted moisturiser. I am very fair, and wear the shade "alabaster" which in the Bobbi Brown foundations is too yellow toned for me, but as tinted moisturizer, for some reason, it works - it is neither too pink or too yellow.

I find it really difficult to get a tinted moisturiser that doesn't leave an orangey hue on my skin, and this is the only one I have found that I've been happy with. I would say that once I finished this I cut open the tube to attempt to get every bit of product out, and I had a good week of product left in there. It is worth cracking out the scissors!

This tinted moisturizer gives a really nice medium coverage with a satiny, almost matte finish. I find that it gives more coverage than my longtime favorite TM, Laura Mercier. It also seems to last longer in warm weather when my skin is oilier and sweatier. That said, the shades are really weird and there isn’t much selection. Tinted moisturizers tend to not come in a lot of shades because the idea is that a tinted moisturizer is on the sheer side so the shades are more forgiving. Unfortunately, with the higher pigmentation of BB TM, an off shade is glaringly obvious. I ended up mixing Extra Light Tint with Light to Medium Tint for a shade that would work on my NC25 skintone. I’m not thrilled with the customized shade since it’s still too peach and beige for my skin, but fortunately it’s not very noticeable after I add bronzer. I will not be wearing this tinted moisturizer in the winter time when I go easy on the bronzer and my skin is paler. I will use up what I have but I’m not sure I will repurchase. Mixing colors is far too much work, especially given the less than perfect results and the price of this product. I will stick with Laura Mercier TM in the winter and my other foundations in the summer.

I'm still on my first tube and have a second one. I really like the finish of the product - it does seem a bit full coverage for a TM. It leaves a matte finish on the face. One issue I've had is that sometimes it feels heavy on the face - not sure why. Also, I do have to spray my face with finishing spray/water to get a more natural finish (and avoid emphasizing patches etc)

so, here are my thoughts on the bb oil-free tinted moisturizer:

packaging: i like the black shiny packaging and that it contains 50 ml of product - i feel i do get my money's worth for this amount! i also think it's good that the tube is dark and protects the formula from UV, so the antioxidants inside don't go bad...

coverage: the coverage of this tm is great - it evens out my skintone perfectly without being too heavy! i actually think that the coverage of this tm is quite comparable to the bb skin foundation, if not a tad stronger!

formula: as i have oily skin, i don't need to use a moisturizer before - i can, but it is not really necessary. the formula is quite thick when it comes out, but it can be spread easily and streak-free.

finish: i love the finish, it's very natural and doesn't look cakey or weird on my face - the dewiness is great! i do have to blot during mid-day as i am quite oily, but i always have to do that anyways..

color: right now i'm using the shade 'medium tint', which is too dark for me when i'm not tanned - for that i should have taken the 'light to medium tint' (i'm actually considering buying that one for the rest of the year), for reference, i'm about an nc35 right now, when i'm not tanned about nc30 (i wear 3.5 warm beige in bobbis skin foundation, which is a bit too light for me now!)

so all in all i'm quite happy with this tm, as it does exactly what i want it to : evens out my skintone, has a nice dewy finish without being oily, i haven't broken out from this, it actually even contains antioxidants - don't know about the skin care benefits though!!

I bought this because I wanted something with light coverage for those days when I'm in a rush in the mornings and don't want to spend time putting on moisturizer, then buff on mineral foundation.

Here are the reasons why I did not like this product:

First of all the consistency of it. It is very sticky and not light at all. I have normal - combination skin, and only using this without moisturizer under did not work. It was hard to spread out, and it came on very thick and mask-like. After a while I could also see dry patches around my nose and under the eyes, which I normally never get! When using this over my moisturizer I felt that it wouldn't sink properly in, and my face looked oily. It really felt like I was wearing a mask.

Because of the heavy consistency, it also rubs very easily off on clothes etc.

Another reason is the smell. If you are sensitive to products smelling, do not buy this! It smells like some kind of cleaning product mixed with sunscreen. I had to wash it off one day before leaving the house because it was just too overpowering.

As a last note I would like to mention the shade selection. I normally use Bare Minerals in Medium Beige, and bought this in Light Tint. This was a bit too orange/dark for me now, but might suit me when I have a nice tan in the summer.

So overall this was a waste of money, and I will go back to my beloved Bare Minerals foundation once again.

I love this product very much. But its quite pricey ($40 - 68SGD). Been using it for 4 months now. I have a combination of normal/oily skin. So its a plus since its oil free. I love the finished look , 'dewy' with light to medium coverage depending on how much you apply (I normally use about 1 1/2 to 2 pea sized drop) and it last long enough for me which is about 8 hours maybe. They have a great range of shades to me. I'm using Extra Light. Miraculously, its the purrrfect shade for me. I didn't have to get another shaded and mixed it to get the right shade. I apply it using my Mac 187 Brush ($42- 72SGD) which is a great help in covering and blending it well. Would definitely buy again.

Let me start out by saying that I only use moisturizer, concealer, and then a tinted moisturizer to cover anything i really need to cover.
So this tinted moisturizer runs around $40 at any Bobbi Brown counters. I really do like this tinted moisturizer but I feel like there are a lot of similar ones, probably even better ones out there, whether it be at drugstores, online, or sephora.
The coverage for this tinted moisturizer is decent-not bad but doesn't really cover anything when using fingers because I feel that if you use your fingers for this product, you're sort of wiping it away which makes it more sheer than it has to be. I use my ELF power brush($3) when using this.I think that the squeezy tube bottle really allows you to get everything out and i like the lock-on cap.
Overall, I like this but for $40, I feel like I can do better with the value.

Love this! Went for oil-free in Alabaster as advised by the chart on the BB website and it's perfect (I'm Warm Ivory in her Skin foundation, and between porcelain and nude in Laura Mercier's TM; I find Laura Mercier's nude a bit orangey on me and the porcelain makes me look like a corpse). The Bobbi Brown one blends beautifully, gives a reflective, not dull, matte finish and once even stayed put during a one hour gym session. The only problem is the smell - the other reviewers are not kidding when they say it is awful - like off chemicals. However, this goes after 10mins, so I can endure it. It's definitely less greasy and long-lasting on me than the Laura Mercier oil-free version. I have combination skin, but dryness on my nose and all-over dehydration at times. This was fine and not at all drying on those areas.

To start this review I am around nc30 in MAC and surprised i got matched in light for this first tinted moisturizer. Although it is oil free, it gives me a dewy look. Coverage is around light to medium for me because i have minor imperfections and wanted a light coverage plus spf benefits. However, after 30 mins my face is super greasy even i tried to powder my t-zone areas and set this with MUFE hd powder but my skin is still super shiny. Wish i could return but i can't. MAybe i'll try again with a mineral setting powder. I have combo skin and my cheeks are normally dry at in winter but with this foundation greasy. Oily girls pls watch out. The color is great match for me but i will go back to mufe matt velvet plus shade #40.. sooo sad it didnt work for me. It is extremely expensive in dubai around aed 195....:(

Usually I don't retract any of my reviews because I stand by what I say but in this case I'll gladly make an exception.
I've been using this product on and off for about a year now and it goes from bad to worse.
Initially my only problems with it were: doesn't moisturise enough, the shade is a bit on the yellow side (extra light in my case), sticks to the dry patches and flakes off there, doesn't control oils at all.
The good was that this shade was quite good for my NC15 skin and didn't break me out and now I know it gives more coverage than the maybelline BB cream. It also didn't break me out. Nice tube packaging but you can never see how much is left.

What I've noticed in the summer and now is that it also oxidizes like crazy even with a primer underneath (Smashbox), it doesn't hold more than 3 hours on my face even with powder.
It feels and looks tacky (possibly because my skin was dryer when I bought it than now) and remains that way.
But the worst I've noticed and really made me want to chuck it away was it emphasises all my pores and fine lines (I'm 27 so I don't even have major lines) it makes me look like I'm 10 years older and the powder then just accentuates it all a bit more as if it wasn't bad enough.
These additional problems made me give it 1 lippie instead of the initially 4, I find for the price it is this is inacceptable.

I found the finish to be a satin like / dewy look, light coverage but you can build it up to medium coverage if you add extra product around problem areas (like I do for my forehead and nose). Does not settle into lines, very good for older skin.

If you have very oily skin, you might find this 'too dewy'. Test it first (especially on your forehead) before buying the whole tube.

I mix two shades, one drop of Alabaster (1/3) and two pea sized drops of Extra Light (2/3) and this way I get the perfect shade for my skin tone.

Its rare for my to find any shade of foundation that matches my skin perfectly and the sales clerks alway get it wrong, so whenever I like a formula, I buy two (one that's slightly too light /too dark) then I mix tiny amounts of the two together till I get the perfect shade.

This is my favorite tinted moisturizer and so far the only one that does not give me a rash or a breakout. The coverage is pretty good for a TM, and the finish is not greasy and gives a nice glow. I find it lasts all day as well. It runs dark compared to the Natural Finish foundation. I am Warm Ivory in Nat. Finish, but for the Oil Free TM I mix Alabaster and Extra Light Tint.

Loving this tinted moisturizer. I like that it's sheer, but evens out my skin, doesn't make me greasy after a long day and comes in shades pale enough for me (I use the lightest shade). The smell is a little medicinal, but I really don't mind it. It's expensive, but I don't really use that much at a time. I'll definitely repurchase.

The texture of this is great: it's non-sticky, melts into my skin, and feels comfortable. My oily skin feels fresh and slightly more matte. The problem is that even though I was color-matched and chose Extra Light, there is a VERY yellow undertone to this makeup. I know that works well for a lot of women, but I have a cool, rosy undertone and when I first put this on at home I thought I looked jaundiced. Not a good look, at all. I wanted to salvage the tube in some way - it's rather pricey, after all, and I moved abroad so can't return it - so I moisturize my skin and then immediately apply two pea-size drops of this to my face, blending it in very well. It reduces the yellow effect, but of course is just a (very sheer) wash of color. I'll use up the tube but then I'm not repurchasing. It's a pity because the product is great, but the color is very off for me.
