omg... smells amazing (although does not last), makes my hair silky soft, in love. The only conditioner i love maybe as much as Lush american cream.

Hair: fine,to the shoulders, letting color grow out.
My salon started carrying this product and was having a special-shampoo and conditioner (pump size) sold together for $16!!!! I had a $10 of coupon and heard amazing reviews about it so i really wasnted to try it. I really wanted to like this conditioner but I just don't. I LOVE the smell! Yummy citrus that lasts all day. The first couple days I used it my hair was a little weighed down but looked great! Soft and silky. But by the fourth time, my hair didn't like it. Once it dried I have lots of flyways, can not run my fingers or a brush through it! It feels really coarse and looks like it has a layer of wax on it. I'll try it another day and if anything changes I'll update.

This is the best shampoo and conditioner duo I have tried! This will be the first duo that I repurchase. I have tried both high end and drug store and this is just amazing. I see instant results every time I use it and it makes my hair incredibly shiny and soft without weighing it down at all. The one thing is, when I don't use it my hair goes back to looking damaged.

I like the subtle effects of this conditioner. Too many conditioners leave my hair TOO soft or flat. This conditioner provides just a hit of moisture, but doesn't make my hair greasy or.... just... conditionery. LOL. I use it every day. I have dry, frizzy ends, but an oily scalp. Though this says it is level two and for dry tesses, I think it would be best for normal hair. I still have to supplement this with oils once a week and some leave-in stuff in order to moisturize.

I switched to this shampoo and conditioner after my Dove - Nourishing Oil Care shampoo and conditioner stopped working on my hair. My hair was feeling blah and a little dry so I picked this up. So glad I did! It gave my hair the moisture it had lost - back and leaves it very soft and bouncy. It smells wonderful too!! The only thing I would change about this conditioner is the size of the bottle it comes in! The shampoo is bigger than the CO - and I always run out of this first.
Totally recommend to anyone who's hair is not liking this dry winter!!

love this conditioner. Makes my hair super soft and shiny, really nice smell, definetely for dry or damage hair. Every time i use it, i feel my hair softer and healthier in comparison with my l'oreal conditioner.
very moisturizing for damaged hair, recommend it.

Got this at TK Maxx on offer for about 12 pounds, UP 22 pounds. i've been looking for a conditioner to help mend my rough ends for ages because I'm so used to frying them with curlers once a year and not getting my ends snipped until a year later when the whole process starts again. So far, only this conditioner has been 100% useful on the ends- made it from bristly and dry to soft and smooth. Something one conditioner cant do, that is, killing 2 birds with one stone.
UP of 22 pounds is waaay to ex for a simple girl like me to afford though. Apart from the price, this product is perfect. Smells amazing, and makes my hair look amazing. Tonnes better than Tigi's Dumb Blonde conditioner. I first bought that one and went back to TK Maxx a day later to grab this one. The Dumb Blond one is pretty good- it strengthens but does not soften. This one seems to do the trick for both, though, I'd still recommend Dumb Blonde if you're really keen on strengthening. ;)

I am in love with this conditioner. It detangles hair beautifully. Easy to rinse out and does not leave any residue in shower. Smells divine. It did not cause any skin problems, and I am hypersensitive to many if not most ingredients. Doesn't make my hair greasy. The liter bottle looks beautiful in the bathtub and it is very comfortable to use the pump.two pumps go a long way, so the bottle should last longer than ordinary shampoos. It is a pleasure to use; my sensitivities are at bay. Thanks tigi.

Man, you gals were *spot on* with your review on this stuff. I have similar issues, thin, past the shoulder, hair with highlights/lowlights that I like to flat iron or curl. My skin and scalp are oily and somewhat sensitive with some dandruff - love the combination, ick. I have tried a ton of different shampoos and conditioners, trying to get the best for my hair type. I was using Biolage Color Care which is a good basic shampoo plus L'oreal conditioner. But when my hair dries it is a nightmare frizzball from the ends down. I usually use either/both Redken Smooth Down and Outshine for condition and shine before styling.
When I saw all of the great reviews from girls with hair that sounded like mine, I had to give these a try. Although I've only used these one time, I'm excited enough that I had to add a review. I shampooed 2x and conditioned with the matching product. I dried my hair and curled it with a big curling iron. I was in a hurry to get to work and the only styling product I added was some cheap hairspray at the end to hold it. My hair was shiny, bouncy and felt great. The best results I've gotten in quite some time. I can't wait to see if I continue to get these great results from this shampoo and conditioner. I will add an update. Very impressed! Thank you for the reviews girls!

I have chemically straightened hair that is fried to half death from straightening it everyday. Seriously..my hair is in the worst condition it has ever been. This shampoo and conditioner have saved it. I now have really soft hair which I didn't think was possible. I really really dislike the smell, but it doesn't linger in my hair after it dries so that's ok. I'm going to try to look for a cheaper alternative since I do consider this to be kind of pricey. However, I will be repurchasing I just might use another shampoo and conditioner in rotation to not run out of this stuff so quickly. I recommend buying the big bottles as I used up the smaller ones very quickly (I also wash my hair everyday and have long hair). Highly recommend this magic potion.

HG.
Ive never been particularly attached to a shampoo or conditioner until now. I freaking LOVE this stuff...my poor, naturally almost black hair, had been bleached and highlighted to platinum blonde, then my dumbass did a box color over that (i know...stupid impulsive blah), then i had it fixed with ombre chestnut brown and purple...not to mention i blowdry and flat iron my hair...
My hair was straight crunchy from using clairol's shimmer lights shampoo to keep the brasssinesss away while i was blonde, and none of the other things (sulfate free shampoos, protein shampoos, deep conditioners, etc) i tried afterwards could restore softness to my hair UNTIL...
My color correcting stylist got me this set of shampoo and conditioner and WHOA, my hair was immediately soft, shiny, "slippery", and just overall great!!!
Not to mention I love the smell of bed head more than any other hair products out there...my boyfriend loves it, too.
This stuff pretty much changed my hair from straw to silk. I love it. Will not be seeking out another kind of shampoo or conditioner ever. The only other thing I add to this stuff is an occasional switch out for aussie 3 minute miracle deep conditioner about every 2 weeks...b/c that stuff works awesomely well with this shampoo, and i like to switch up the conditioners every once in a while so my hair doesn't get "used" to this stuff. I also use Miracle 7 leave in conditioner lotion spray before blow drying. It's a miracle combo for me.
Please try this shampoo/conditioner set out. You will not be disappointed.

This is one of the best feeling conditioners I've tried... and I go through a LOT. Sometimes the very intensive "olive oil" ones make my hair feel even more dry!
This one smells like a tropical beach somehow and when it makes my hair feel more manageable. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the last couple of times I used it and let my hair air dry, it was still a little frizzy. I'm not sure if I didn't leave it on long enough, it's the humidity, or if maybe it stops working after you use it for a while.

Really like this conditioner. It smells amazing and is a nice silky texture. Sometimes I need something not as thick as the redden smooth down especially in summer, and I am liking this even more! It makes my hair feel soft and smooth without being weighed own which was what was happening with the smooth down with too much use. Love this conditioner.

I got this from TJ Maxx. I was natural at the time and my hair was breaking off. With a great conditioner, you can feel how it affects your hair as soon as you put it in. This is a great conditioner. I ended up relaxing my hair and this stuff is still great. It leaves my hair super soft every time I use it. This is a staple for me.

I quite like this conditioner, it smells nice and helps you comb through with out tangles but I found I could do with something stronger on my hair, that has highlights and is long.
It is marketed as Level 2 so was expecting something more effective. If your hair is in quite good condition it is probably a great buy.

Found this 25.36 ounce huge size bottle on a Marshalls clearance shelf for only $5!! Yeah I know - WTH?? Nothing was wrong with it, product was full and smelled fine so I have no idea how it managed to sit there thru multiple markdowns, untouched. I like bedhead and at that price it was a no-brainer to get it. Im happy with it- works pretty well- no better or worse than my usual pricier conditioners. Would repurchase if I ever found at that price again or even double at $10, but my dd uses copious amounts of conditioner and this would only last a couple weeks so I couldnt afford to continually repurchase it at regular retail price. LOL

This stuff is magic. I got the shampoo and conditioner. I have thin, long, straight hair that is damaged on the ends from lots of coloring and color changes! A tiny bit and I can comb through my ends without breaking and my hair looks shiny and healthy. Happy, happy hair :-)

I am head over heels in love with this conditioner (and shampoo). I have looong thin hair that's oily at the roots and super dry and damaged at the ends. I picked this up on sale on asos.com and it's the best decision I've ever made. It does take a few washes to kick in but once it does, you hair will feel so soft and look so shiny and smell delicious (vanillary/coconuty?? the smell is hard to explain).
I wash my hair with the shampoo and then squeeze out excess water in my hair and use about a large grape size amount of conditioner and put it in, concentrating on the ends and never putting it in my roots. Then I sorta clip it up with a big clip and leave it in for about 5min while I wash my body, etc. Then I rinse it out, leave my hair to air dry and vola!
The packaging is so gorgeous and easy to use (i got the smaller squeeze tubes).
It's a little on the expensive-ish side (if you're a uni student like me!) but when it's on sale, it's a great buy! Will be repurchasing forever!

I was really disappointed with this after seeing such good review. I had been using Back to Basics apple ginseng conditioner for years until it was recently discontinued and my hair was always healthy and easy to comb. I have been using this for about a month and my hair is starting to look dry and frizzy on the ends. I have a difficult time combing my hair after using this conditioner. It's consistency is very thin. Don't know if I got a bad bottle or what, but I will not be repurchasing this.
