If I found this on sale again (I got this for $2!) I would stock up because its lightly scented, deeply moisturising yet not heavy feeling and was on sale for an amazing price! The claim that your skin is left intensely moisturised for 7 days after application is ludicrous unless you apply this all day every day, but it is a good body moisturiser nonetheless.

Bought this on sale in Aloe Vera. Really love the fresh scent and it absorbs quickly. I don't find the moisturizing effect quite as strong as my usual St Ives lotion but it's still a good product. The bottle is a cool shape too. Would only buy on sale though. $8+ for a drugstore lotion is a bit much for me.

I have Shea butter version. So so moisturiser. I will use up but probably not repurchase. Reading other reviewers you have to use this quite a while before you feel the full effects so perhaps my skin will suddenly become lush. Good value for £. Always on offer somewhere.

I currently take Accutane, a strong medication that dries out your entire body. I had dry patches on my arms, even if I apply lotion. I found the Garnier intensive 7 days for TWO dollars at walmart. Why not give it a try. The dry patches was gone. I didn't reapply lotion for 2 or 3 days. This morning I touch my arms and it was like baby skin. This lotion is amazing, and for the price I paid it totally worth it. I have the ultra-softening mango one, smells amazing, love it !

The shea butter lotion (for extra-dry skin) is non-greasy and just the right thickness that's easy to apply. It absorbs within 20-30seconds on my hand. After absorption I can see my skin has a bit of the oily look but it does not feel greasy at all at anytime. The smell is very strong and controversial though. I personally like the initial smell, which is on the pleasant side but the smell that lingers is artificial and chemical. Smell before you buy! otherwise I'd say this is a pretty good body/hand lotion.

Chic bottle, average lotion. I definitely don't buy the whole "7 day moisture" claim, in fact I found the normal skin solution a bit drying after it had sunk into the skin. Although it's cheap i found it lackluster and would invest a dollar or two more in a better lotion like Dove.

I purchased the honey scented lotion for sensitive skin. I have fairly dry skin, which is exacerbated by winter and the dry indoor air. I was very surprised at how much I liked this lotion. It was on sale for $3 or so (250ml) and I was looking for new lotion. I like the lightness and smoothness of the lotion. It takes maybe 30 seconds to absorb into the skin fully after applying. The scent I like, but I wasn't feeling well once and used it and the scent made me feel more nauseous, so it can be a bit overwhelming at times. I like how it seems to immediately leave areas applied silky and moisturized & I did notice less dryness for a few days afterward, even without re-applying. That being said, as one reviewer said, it seems that it may cause some acne if applied too heavily or too frequently. I noticed some bumps but I can't be certain that it was related to the use of this product. Nonetheless, this product really helped moisturize my skin without it feeling oily or ask if it were under a mask of product. I plan to buy it again.

Every product works differently for everyone, I admit. I usually find many body lotions with heavy fragance just dry out my skin and the same can be said about this. I will never buy this again, it just made my skin even drier. I would recommend to anyone who wants to purchase this don't try it in the winter, try it in the summer when skin tends to be not as dry.

I like this a lot. Its non greasy and dries quickly. I have the grape oil one. The scent is nice and light. It doesn't moisturize as much as I expected it too but its still a good product. Also it is sticky idk why but it is.

I bought the peach one of these, it smells absolutely gorgeous. It is an excellent moisturiser, really hydrates the skin, I don't use this every day as my skin isn't very dry but I use it when my skin is feeling a bit dry and pale, I think it brings out the colour of my legs. The only negative thing I have to say about this product is that it leaves your skin feeling fairly sticky. Which I find very irritating. However it is a fairly cheap product, I would highly recommend this product to people suffering from dry skin, it smells delicious.

I used this daily as recommended (the brown label for very dry skin) it was very moisturising but after a few days have abig breackout of pimples all over my arms and torso which I have never had before, so I think it blocks the pores. I will not use this again.

I have the mango one and it is a good lotion, it provides a nice amount of moisture, smells nice, it's lightweight, absorbs quickly and it's not sticky.
I like to try a lot of lotions, but I might pick it up again once I run out of my other ones.

Bought 2 kinds on sale. The Apricot oil and the shea butter. Both had artificial.scents. The Apricot was a sticky gel, shea butter had a nice creamy texture. Both have given me terribly painful back pimples and zits on my chest. I never get acne in these spots. I had to toss both.

I moved from a moist environment to a very dry one and found that this winter my skin dried up considerably. In fact, I thought I was having an allergic reaction to something as Aveeno and other lotions just weren't cutting it. I saw the Shea Butter Repairing Lotion, and as it was on sale I thought I'd try it. OMG am I glad I did. Within 3 days all the dry, scabby patches on 95% of my body disappeared! I have found that I can go for 2-3 days without reapplying and my skin is still very soft and supple, although as the water in my area is very hard, I do apply it most every day. I absolutely love this body lotion! Oh yeah, I also like the scent...to me it's a light scent and doesn't stay or clash with my perfumes.

I just got a sample of this in the mail, and I have no idea how well it works because the smell is so horribly strong, I had to wash it off immediately. The smell is still lingering! There are so many people with chemical sensitivities and allergies, I can't imagine why a company would make a product with such a cloying smell. My office has a scent policy, I would be sent home. It STINKS!

I received a sample of Garnier Body Intensive 7 Days lotion, Shea Butter, in the mail.
It was horrible. It was very greasy going on and required a paper towel to speed up the process. The scent is very strong, something someone with asthma or allergies will find troublesome. I ended up having to wash it off and bury the packet in the garbage to get away from the smell. I still prefer Aveeno to anything else on the market.

I can't remember what scent it was because I chucked it but it was the one with the green leaf on maybe aloe Vera?
Felt more like a scrub when rubbing it in and left a residue after? I did try again but still no joy... Maybe I got a dudd bottle that had something wrong with it but it was terrible.

I like the cocoa version. It works very well and isn't greasy, yet moisturizes well in the extremely dry climate I live in. A lippy goes for the too-strong scent and dumb bottle design. The small bottle I bought has a very small footprint which makes it easy to knock over. Plus that whole 7-day thing, how silly, don't try to trick us Garnier. If the product is good you don't need to pretend it's something it is not.

Bought this in Shea butter.
I would use this after I exfoliated my body, or after I shave. No white dry patches on my elbows or knees for a few days after I apply this. So I am very happy with the product. Smells great, and doesn't linger. Except... I think the 7 day effect claim is on the border of false advertisement. If you say that the effect are felt after 7 days of continued use, then it is perfectly ok... but it isn't...
