I find it very effective for my dry thin curly hair. In order to assess it properly I used basic Johnson & Johnson's baby shampoo and no conditioner. It defined my curls nicely and kicked frizzies to the curb. No greasy or heavy residue. I may repurchase-unsure. I honestly don't care about my hair enough to use expensive hair oil that needs to be washed out, and actually gave my bottle to a family member who is obsessive about it. He was very pleased :)

Saaf is probably one of the most expensive organic skincare line I've came across.... However, its products are certified organic, and you could tell this is good quality stuff, based on its ingredients. My mom got this hair oil, and she likes it. She felt it kept her hair moisturized, and only a little is needed per usage....so this expensive hair oil goes a long way. According to it's description, you could leave it on your scalp, hair ends as an overnight hair mask or simply as a serum. As a hair mask, it does make my hair more lustrous, shiny and manageable like all other treatments did. So, nothing extraordinary. As a hair serum, I leave it on my the tips of my hair, and I must say they do make the ends of my mane smoother and less frizzy like a straw ! I expeected a little more considering it's price....o maybe I didn't use it long enough to justify it's benefits, but this one is just mediocre for me. Comes with a natural fragrance, it doesnt bother me, and the oil is thicker in consistency... May review again once I've tried I out long enough.
