I love the color. Unfortunately, that's the only good thing from this lip cream. I suggest applying it and drying it out for at least three minutes before applying a second coat. In an hour or so, this lip cream manages to find a way to stay at the side of your lips perfectly, and be blank around the lips.

I might possibly buy this again, maybe in different color. The formula leaves much to be desired, but the color is nice. It just doesn't stay. I usually use another lipgloss, and use this as base just to give off that coral color.

I was really disapointed in this product :( . One of my favorite beauty guru's on youtube wears this in the shade Sao Paulo and it looks so gorgeous on her! I bought Antwerp and really really love the color! PERFECT for summer. But even when I exfoliated, moisturized, etc. this sank into the lines of my lips and made them look terrible :( . Very unhappy with this product.

I love this line. Very good quality products that offer ease of wear and beautiful shades. This shade however just doesn't make the cut for me. I don't know if I just got a bad one from the batch or its actually like this but it's quite sheer. I love San Paulo which is a gorgeous rich plummy raspberry pink. This one is sheer and I have to layer quite a bit to build opaque coverage. It works well underneath Mac ravishing lipstick which is kinda sheer as well. I probably would not buy cause I can probably get something better on the market. My lips are very pigmented though but if yours aren't then go for it!!

I would describe it as a lovely bright color, a pink tone with a little coral shine. Wearable and kinda well lasting, super sweet smell too. But definitely I wont repurchase cause somehow I find it really hard to work with. The cream in the tube is clotted and uneasy to spread evenly over the lips. I try to use its inside brush then a finger to help the spreading but it doesnt work anyway. Besides it also shows off all my flaws as it sinks into my lips lines making them look really weird. Very drying too. I paid $7.5 for this to see its just not worth it. Kinda disappointed

This was one of my first NYX purchases. I was on a trip to the States and since there's no NYX where I live, I picked up a few blushes and some of these lip cremes.
I'm really impressed with the quality of their products for the price, but the lip cremes don't get a 5 star rating.

I love the color of Antwerp. I poured over swatches before settling on this color and it looks like a lovely mid toned coral on my pigmented lips. I'm a MAC NC 35-40 for reference. It wakes up my sallow skin quite nicely.

Unfortunately, the formula leaves much to be desired. I love the concept of a lip cream and I've been using L'Oreal's line Le Rouge Pulp (before it was discontinued) so I knew what to expect. This was not the same.

It's not as creamy, goes on rather oily and patchy and I have to go over different areas a few times so all areas of my lips are covered. It clings to the dry patches on my lips so exfoliating and moisturizing before is essential. I love the scent of this though and it feels light weight on the lips.

I love the slip it has before it sets a few seconds later. It does dry matte on my lips. Don't get me wrong, I love matte lipsticks but was expecting these to be creamier than they were. The formula reminds me of MAC's Pro Longwear Lip Colour - I had the same dry, matte finish with this.

The first time I wore this it was to a job interview and I checked my makeup in the mirror afterwards - this had flaked a tiny bit and one of the flakes was on my teeth! I don't think it was noticeable *facepalm* but I definitely saw it after. And let me tell you, I know how to put on lip products - I didn't have this smeared on the inside of my lips so I don't know what happened there.

The next time I wore this I made sure to moisturize really well and while this lip creme did stay on most of the day, it settled into the lines of my lips so when I smiled there were obvious lines of lipstick on my lips while the rest of my lips were somewhat bare. I tried scrubbing it off with some water and a paper towel but it didn't budge!

Another gripe I have is the packaging. I don't like doe-foot applicators, I'd prefer a squeeze tube. And the color on the outside of the container is different than what you get - I'd say that's true for all of the lip cremes in this range.

I'm going to try this with some lipliner underneath as well as a primer and see if it helps with the drying formula.
*EDIT- Found the best way to use this on my dry lips. I exfoliate then really prep my lips with a good balm or oil (my favorite is coconut oil!) then dab some of the lip cream on my finger and work it into my lips. I don't recommend using the applicator as it just applies way too much. It's not completely matte with this method but it doesn't flake like crazy this way. Love it! Bumped my rating up to a 4.

I have Antwerp and Tokyo in the Lip Creams, and I like them both. They take a little work, but I don't mind. I would usually line my lips first then apply them, and if I want a softer look, I'd apply a matching lip gloss, usually Sorbet with Tokyo and Natural with Antwerp.

I love both colors too. Tokyo is a nice pale baby pink on me and I pair it with baby pink cheeks. I would wear Antwerp with a coral blush.

The formulas aren't drying on me at all. But if I know I'm going to wear them, I'd scrub my lips and use a good lip balm just to make sure.

The one thing I don't like is that they don't fade evenly on me. I'd need to take everything off, or I get color stuck on the drier bits on my lips. Other than that, I like these.

I picked this up because the Ulta I was out didn't carry Tokyo, the color I originally wanted. This was a close second, so I got the last one (score!). I actually like it a lot more than I thought I would. It's creamy when first applied, and the color payoff is awesome...almost too awesome. I actually have to dab my fingers over my lips to get of the excess color and make sure it won't sink into any lip lines. If I really sheer this out, it looks like my lips, just with a slight hint of coral to them. Another problem I have is that it's pretty drying once on. It doesn't feel too comfortable on my lips after it has set. When I lick my lips or eat/drink throughout the day, my lips begin to feel slippery and I become parinoid that they're going to look streaky. I'm also eternally parinoid that this will flake onto my lips. Bottom line: if your lips are dry, I would pass this one up. I absolutly LOVE the color though, and will repurchase unless I am able to find a matte lipstick of the same color. I think I'll be wearing it more come summer time. As someone else mentioned, I love the color, but I'm not too big on the formula.
UPDATE: I've been wearing this a lot latey, and added a lippy because I find that if I apply my eos lipbalm under this in a thick layer, then apply this and let it set, it looks awesome. It's a tricky application, but I don't need to reapply too much because it stains my lips. Everything said above is still completely true. It's still very drying. But, with a thick layer of lip balm, it counteracts the dryness for the most part. As for repurchasing, I think it's a no, but I'll enjoy it while I have it. I just can't justify buying this knowing I have major issues with the formula. But the color really is gorgeous.

I am just not feeling the love with matte lips. I read all of the rave reviews, and I just can't seem to catch the bug. I LOVE this color, but just dont like the finished result.

It's just not for me. I'll stick with my juicy, glossy lips for now.

This is my current favorite go-to lip product! I love the texture of this product, it definitely is a mixture of lip gloss and lipstick. The color is a nice bright coral and I love that it lasts longer than anything else I've ever tried. This lasts on my lips the whole day and even when washing my makeup off at night,my lips still have a tint from the lipcream! I love that the NYX Lip Cream in Antwerp is matte, applies smooth and is not sticky like many other lip glosses/lipsticks. You can barely feel it on your lips!

The packaging is nice and professional looking, similar to more expensive packaging like MAC products.

I'd have to say my only small problem with this lip cream is because the color is bright, I find that when applying I need to put on a initial large coat to fully cover my lips since they are naturally darker than the lip cream color. Also, the lip cream can start to dry up as the day goes on and lips don't feel as soft.

I am definitely going to buy more NYX lip cremes as Antwerp is a color better suited for Spring/Summer and I need to purchase one for Fall!

I love these lip creams - they're amazing value for money and the colours are beautiful (but more choice would always be nice ;) ).

I just got this shade, after having Addis Ababa and Istanbul for a few weeks, and deciding I needed something a bit more natural but still fun.

Lots of reviews describe this as a bright peachy coral. I personally don't get any of that. To me it's a deep rosy coral and a total MLBB for me - it's an exact extension of the shade of my lips after I've eaten something hot or spicy. However, this wasn't the shade I was wanting! I wanted the bright summery coral I'd read about! It's still a nice shade and will be a fantastic everyday colour for me, but I'm disappointed that it wasn't what I was expecting. That's the only reason I wouldn't buy it again.

Not to lead anyone astray, the colour probably is a nice bright coral, but I'm extremely pale and so the tones of these products seem to be quite different on me than on others who have written reviews.

If you're like me a decide to try out these Lip Cremes and you cannot decide what colors to try first, go with Antwerp!! I bought Antwerp and Tokyo...wasn't going to get Antwerp to begin with but did anyways. I tried Tokyo, and loved the product but it was difficult to work with since it is so light. Then I tried Antwerp and it is absolutely PERFECT. The color, the formula, the texture. I love it!! And for lip stain-type products being so in right now, the price is great. They for sure need to get a larger range of colors for this product.

Love this! Beautiful, beautiful colour! A sufficiently bright yet soft enough coral, which is warm-toned enough to show up as a coral yet cool-toned enough not to clash on cool-toned complexion. I guess ladies of various skin tones can wear this beautifully. It really perks up tired face and gives a fresh, pretty look. The texture however, can be a bit drying, so exfoliation is a must. No problem for me since I always keep my lips in good condition. Suggestion from me is not to put balm beneath since it can affect staying power, which is average, but leaves a beautiful stain. Great buy for the price!

I really really like this color: a bright creamy coral.
Cont: is drying.
Apply 2-3 layers to make sure the color show up.

Beautiful color! I usually just sweep a thin layer on my lips and it gives me that natural peach/orange tint. It looks a little bit weird if I put too much because the color is very bright. I sometimes use it as blush, and it works great!

I actually really like this product! I don't know if anybody else has fried this but it looks beautiful on the cheeks! I apply it in the morning and it seriously stays on the whole day and gives me a beautiful natural peachy coraly flush! When I use it on my lips, I put a little concealer on my extremely pigmented lips and then my nivea lip balm and after that I dab some of this onto my lips and blend it with my finger and it looks soo pretty! I have hardly any matte lip colors so I love having this in my collection. It's also extremely pigmented so a little goes a long way. If you were to swipe this all over your lips you would get a neon coral shade which is also pretty, just not what I'm going for. :) over all I love this product and will repurchase!

Now, I don't need matte lip colors since my lips are dry enough already and I don't need help making them look flaky. I wanted to try one of these after reading the reviews that said this is not heavy or super-drying for a matte lip product. I saw the limited color selection and didn't feel left out since there were pretty choices.

Antwerp is a deep, blue-toned rose with a small amount of shine. I would call it demi-satin, not shiny and not true matte. I think it's lovely. With my dry, flaky lips I make sure to exfoliate and apply a thin layer of lip balm while doing my other makeup. This is a liquid formula with a doefoot applicator so lip liner isn't required but is helpful to stop the urge to spread the cream outside of your lipline. This lasts a decent amount of time, doesn't act as a lip stain or a longwear lipstick, which is great for reapplying. No pilling!

It could have a better consistency to not pool in your liplines.

This product isn't for anyone who is prone to dry/chapped lips.Even after exfoliating my lips /and or putting balm on underneath it does not go on smoothly. My lips aren't that bad and I still can't get it to look nice.It looks so pretty on my lips if not for showing every line on my lips lol.It is a really a unique product so if you have nice lips this is the product for you. The staying power and color selection are really great.I wish I could get this product for me as I love all other nyx products.

This lip cream is very silky and has a light french vanilla scent. It's also really pigmented, and when it dries it doesn't feel like you're even wearing lip color! It's very pigmented, a red-orange (almost coral) color. Love the cute packaging, and a great smaller size to carry around.
