I may be the only person in the world who likes this eyeliner. It's not TOO creamy. And with a primer it will stay on all day. I also love the retractable style of this liner. Cheap and decent.

This was the worst eye product I've ever bought in my life. I am so disappointed. ITS SO HARD! I even tried melting it a little to get it to go on easier and it still wasn't good. Don't waste your money on this ladies.

This was a complete waste of $2, I recently tried wet n wild for the first time in an eyeshadow palette and was really pleased so I thought I would give some of their other products a try. Very hard to apply, felt like I was stabbing my eye, lots of rough pulling. Didn't glide smoothly at all, the worst color payoff I've ever had in a product and I am really disappointed. I wonder if I can return it to Walgreens? Bottom line: there are times you get what you pay for....this is one of those times!

OMG! I have never ever tried a more terrible eyeliner than this one. It was a waste of $1.99 but I will be returning it. First off it has terrible pigmentation. it is hard as a rock. I could not apply it without poking my eye. Do NOT BUY THIS. It is terrible. I should have checked MUA first but I forgot. I WILL NOT be repurchasing this. Worst eyeliner ever. I cant use it as an eyebrow pencil because it is too light.

i use this to fill in my brows!!! n i love it so much, first time i got it, i used to use it as an eyeliner but it's just so bad.
I thought i'll just throw it away but now i'm addicted to it, the retractable thing make it more easier as an eyebrow pencil

I got this product to try some more of the megalast collection. I had been wanting a WNW retractable liner, and this was the only one WNW had on the shelves. I only saw black but it was the color i wanted so i picked it up for less than 2$. got home, and the next day, reached for it when doing a look. the packaging works fine, and is standard retractable tubing. but the product was stiff, not creamy at all, and the color payoff was minimal at best. it literally hurt to put on! I put it in the retry pile lol, and burned the end with a lighter, let it cool, and tried it again, and again, not much luck! it did get smokier, but still just not good!! at all!! so after trying several times, this is def a no!!

I wanted to like this. Wet N Wild has some awesome products. But this is terrible. The pencil is stiff and dry making it hard to apply. It actually hurts a little when applying to the eye. I am glad I got this on sale, because it is not even worth the regular price.

The pigmentation is not up to par with other products from the brand. It was truly disappointing. The regular eye pencils are creamy, I was hoping that this one would be the same, just in automatic pencil form. But this was terrible.

Would not repurchase.

I got this product because I really wanted a navy liner, but didn't want to spend that much money. Its price is probably the only good thing about it! I opened it and the tip crumbled when I took a gentle swatch of it. I twisted up some more product and tested it out. The navy color has inconsistent pigmentation, so it looks weird on the eyes. it fades out quickly and the texture was not soft at all. The smudger on the end is ineffective. This is such a shame because I adore the wnw eyeshadows (especially nutty, walking on eggshells, and comfort zone), but this was a disappointing. Step it up Wet N Wild.

I got this for 50 cents. Thank god. Otherwise I would be upset. Breaks off easily when you apply. Hard and not soft at all. Very disappointed.

I am VERY disappointed in this wet n wild product. i bought the eyeliner today for my sister and when she opened it and the eyeliner is already dried out, super stiff and cracked! I really want to return it, but have no way to since she opened the packaging already. unless we can return opened products at target? if we can, please let me know! but anyways, i got so mad, this wet n wild product has let me down. will not ever buy wet n wild products again except for their lipsticks, eyeshadow, or blush.

PLEASE WET N' WILD make your products like eyeliner better quality, it is such a disappointment to customers, very very very unsatisfied!

Being an unemployed high school student with no allowance, I am forced to buy inexpensive makeup. My makeup budget is anything under $5. The other day I picked up a Wet 'n' Wild's retractable eyeliner in Dark Brown for $1.30 hoping I would hit the smudge-free jackpot, and it was exactly what I was looking for. The liner didn't start smudging until after 6 hours of wear on my top lids... pretty good, huh? However, my only issue with the liner is that it's hard to apply. The stick is sorta rough and I had to trace twice to get a defined line. But hey, it I paid less than $2 for a product that doesn't smudge too much. If you have sensitive eyelids, I wouldn't go this product. I don't know about the waterline.

Worst eyeliner I have ever had the displeasure of trying. Hard hard super hard to get on, stiff and scratchy. The smudger was also ridiculously rough and even though I only paid $1 a pop, I took both (black and grey, only 1 opened) back to Walgreens. Classic case of 'you get what you pay for'. Yuck.

Ok, just felt the need to add my "This sucks!" to the list. Paid $1 for this piece of dog poo, and am seriously considering bothering to return it, just out of principle. If you must have a cheap eyeliner, the long 99 cent pencil ones are much better, or try a Jordana retractable which is actually decent for 1.99. This has almost zero pigment, doesn't last an hour and irritates my eyes. The only way it could be more offensive is if it were a teenager with a seeping, ill-placed facial piercing cracking its gum in my face.

Wet 'n Wild, why you tease me so with occasional quality and then spit this out of your butt like I'll buy anything if it's a dollar. Well, I might, but only once. Twice tops.

HORRIBLE PRODUCT. I usually research review of everything before I buy but I had forgotten to check a good drugstore eyeliner. I had little left from my budget money and decided to get this. It's not dark enough I have to keep rubbing to get an okay black, and the first time I opened it it was already broken so I lost a big chunk of liner. DO NOT BUY THIS. Don't get me wrong, Wet 'n' Wild has some great products that are very inexpensive but not just don't try this.

I bought this because I have no problem gambling with products if they're inexpensive.

I often apply my make up on the go, so I like retractable liners because I don't have to pack a sharpener.

The liner itself is really hard, and it tugs at the sensitive skin around my eyes when I'm applying. That's probably my only significant complaint.

I got the "Blackest Black" and the color is really good, and it stays on very well.

It's a nice back up cause it's so cheap, I might buy it again in a pinch.

You get what you pay for. It's very difficult to get the color to show up on my eyes- requires a lot of tugging. It's like using a cheap restaurant crayon that has a watery line... shell out a few bucks more for a retractable liner from another drugstore brand.

I liked the idea of the smudging tool at the end, but the color isn't waxy enough to smudge. It just sits there. And I lost the cap to the smudging tool after about 10 minutes of opening the package.

This is hit n miss, one liner might be great but the next purchase it may be bad. So for the 50/50 chance of getting a bad one im going to say no to repurchase on this. I'll stick with the color icon pencils.

It's important to note that I DO NOT use this as an eyeliner on my eyes, I use it as an eyebrow pencil and it's great for me. I use Black Brown (I have black hair) and it's amazing for my brows. I didn't know what the "smudger" part was and honestly, don't really use it too much because it takes off some of the product. I don't wear eyeliner on my lower lid, so I have no clue how it would work out as an eyeliner, but as a brow pencil, it's great.

Very disappointed in this; thought I could replace the more expensive, similar retractable eyeliners (Revlon, Cover Girl). No go, this is hard, and actually painful to apply. Left it in the lost and found box at the gym for another lady to pick up and try if she likes; I'm glad it was only $.99. Back to the higher priced brands for me, or Jordana.
