I really quite like this! I have always been quite apprehensive about the quality of elf products, but this one really won me over. The shade is a beautiful and bright cool-toned red, which really compliments my pale skin tone. If you want a bombshell, pinup girl vibe, this lipstick is the way to go. It is not quite as matte, like Ruby Woo, but it is a nice true red.
The packaging is rather sleek, which is a good effort, especially since it is so inexpensive.
Love love it

I've tried a couple of the colours. It's simply an inexpensive, good quality matte lipstick. Easy to apply, nice packaging.
It IS a little drying, but I've never tried a matte lipstick (that stayed), that wasn't.

This is my first time trying elf matte lip color and I love this stuff! I'm usually a lip gloss person I decided to try this out in Nude, red and coral and I love the way my lips look. My lips look more plump than ever! On thing I don't like about it is, it can be very drying after awhile I do like how the color last all day long very impressed for only $3

The packaging holds together than some pricier brands, AND has a sharpener, which I did not know about until MUA...I like the subtle vanilla fruit flavor very much. (Lots better then my pricy Chanel lippie, which I really wish tasted better!) So, this wears well and applies fine on my lips, which are not really dry or chapped or wrinkled. This is the wrong color for me, tho. I am too warm in tone for this, and my lips look like wood. Pairs well with blue eyeshadow, so if you rock that well, this might be a fit for you. Id totally buy this in a different color.

Love the Red color matte lip. It makes my lips POP

The price is amazing, I mean, DUH, it's E.L.F. I get so many compliments in the red color and it really does stay just as bright all day. The E.L.F brand primer for lips pairs really well with this lipstick. I can't layer this color on, so once It starts to wear off after eating, I have to completely remove all of it and reapply the primer and the lipstick.
THE NUDE IS NOT MATTE ! I don't know if I got a bad one but it was so creamy and shiny it didn't look nude at all.

I picked up the Tea Rose and Nude colors at a dollar store. Glad it was so inexpensive because it is chalky and very drying. Even using a balm under and a gloss over it does not make it look for feel much better. Tea Rose is the better of the two colors.

$3.00 for a tiny little stick of lipstick is way too expensive for this lipstick that dries the hell out of your lips. I got the Rich Red color.
The stick in the tube appears bigger than what it really is. But after using this a few times I've seen how "TINY" this really is because it somehow just fell apart out of the tube and dropped on the floor. This amount of sh*tty lipstick for $3.00? I think not. More like 50 cents.
The color is decent though. Makes your lips feel like a dried up desert.

This was a terrible product. It was super cheap so I thought i'd try it out. I bought a nude color and it looked terrible. The application was dry and made my lips look super dry. It highlighted the skin on my lips and didn't look smooth at all. Instead it made my lips look dry and pasty. I will never buy the product again.

I got the tea rose color... It goes on nicely but I looked deceased. Not sexy ;)
