PROS:
- BUDGE PROOF (stays on foreverrrrr)
- Incredibly pigmented
- Glides on effortlessly
- No weird smell
- COMES WITH BRUSH AND SPOOLIE (what is not to love here??)

CONS:
- Can make your brows look sharpie-like if you're still trying to perfect the fleekness to your brows (ahem, me lol)
- Unforgiving if you overload your brush or overdo your brows because once it's on, it's on

I'm surprised at all the good reviews for this product. I bought this a couple years back just to try it and because ABH was in the middle of coming out with new shades, so I wasn't able to purchase just yet. This stuff is whack! This stuff would just wipe off, so my brows would be gone midday. Definitely NOT smudgeproof. After trying better brow products I put this in the back of my drawer and have recently found it again. It was dried up so I rewet it with the Inglot duraline drops. Still a crappy brow product. I will never repurchase. Glad it's worked out for others tho.

This is my favorite eyebrow product so far! The color is perfect and stays on all day, unless I put too much, then I feel like it rubs off easier.

I have blonde hair and always have trouble finding a brow pencil that matches my natural brow color. I bought this in the color 'taupe' , and I have no complaints. It may appear to be a little pricey, but it lasts forever without drying out, and comes with a dual ended angled brush for applying and a wand at the other end for combing out and blending the brows after applying color. Taupe matched perfectly for me and I love how it lasts all day without smudging or wearing off. Overall, I'd recommend it and buy again.

For those of you who aren't confident in your capabilities of applying brow mousse with a brush, it doesn't take much time or practice to figure out. It's incredibly easy, and just remember: a little goes a long way! ;)

This is my miracle brow product.

I've had this for... ever. you'll have it long enough that you will need to wash your application brush, or it'll gather and that's no fun.

seriously, I bought this in the rich brown in july 2013 and it's the end of 2015 and i still have like half the pot yet. I was my older sister's guinea pig growing up and it left me with a permanent bald spot on one of my brows so it's mandatory for me to wear this every day. every. day.

well worth your money! tarte continues to impress me

When it comes to brows, I'm a newbie, amateur, and prefer very natural. After reading all the great reviews of this product here and on Sephora, I decided to take the plunge (I had been using Hourglass's Arch Brow Sculpting Pencil and found it ok). So far (it's been a few weeks), I'm surprised by how easy it is to use and how great it looks. I have dark hair and small, green eyes so medium brown suits me. It goes on fairly dark and I use the brush to even out the color and mute it a little. Will repurchase, although it looks like I'll be able to get a lot of use out of the little pot.

I am a big fan of Anastasia brow products, but am currently having a hard time finding a brow shade by her that matches me. A makeup artist suggested this product to me because this products medium brown color is perfect for me. I love that it is matte, where as Anastasia's Dipbrow Pomade is more glossy. The price for this product is pretty fair considering it includes a brush, however I do not love the brush. The product itself though is great and stays all day, even when wet!

I have no eyebrows and have dark brown hair. This product has been my favorite eyebrow product. It does smudge if you wipe it or swim in it.

I had a $10 Tarte coupon to use up so I felt adventurous and picked up my first brow pomade. Originally, this retails for $28 and it comes with a double ended brush. A very sweet deal for a higher end brand. I will begin with making fun of myself. To be honest, I really don't do anything special with my brows. They are very thin and I just use brown power to fill in the bald spots. I never attempted to do the full on brow trend that is so popular now. I decided it was best to practice before bed so I'm not rushing and learn the hang of it. The first few tries, I looked scary. I was building and building and before I knew it, I painted on brows that consumed my whole forehead. After about four tries, I finally figured out what works for me.
1. Since I have small eyes, a narrow oval face and small forehead, going full was tricky. My comfort level is medium thickness and I know this could be still viewed as thin to some of you. When I do what a lot of you tubers do "instagram brows" they overwhelm my features.
2. Because I have oily skin especially around my eye area, I find that I need to apply a clear brow wax before putting down the color. I find that the wax holds on to the product better. However, even with wax, this is NOT waterproof for me. I can still wipe if all off with a dry tissue.
3. I hate the brush that comes with it. The spoolie end is nice but the angled brush is way too flimsy to work with trying to fill in thin brows. I find that it doesn't pick up enough product for me. I guess if you already have nice brows, it would be fine for just adding depth to them. For me, I needed something with precision and MORE POWER! So, I use Sonia Kashuk's brow brush and spoolie instead and the outcome was 100% times better.
4. The shade. I purchased Medium Brown and it is just okay. It leans very warm on me. My natural hair coloring is deep dark neutral brown and this is my brow hair color. I matched the brow mousse to my hair coloring which is dyed warm medium brown. The mousse matches the hair on my head but it's a bit too warm for my brow hairs. I think I might pick up the next darkest shade to see if that works better. Medium Brown isn't very obvious, but in certain lighting, I can tell it is very warm.
Overall, I'm not in love with it but I do like it. I'm not sure if I will ever repurchase this or venture off to try other brow pomades from different brands.

I am not a fan of the brush but I like the product and it does last the whole day. I bought mine in medium brown (shade NW25 for skin) and I thought it was a little dark at first but it turns out all you need is very very little and dont go crazy dipping your brush in the product. Light strokes on your brow and youre good throughout the day. I use this in conjunction with Lingering by MAC brow pencils and it transitions nicely from the tip to the tail of the brow. I highly recommend this product.
