I initially purchased this only as a preventative anti-aging measure as I don't have any skin issues or wrinkles yet, but I was so pleased to find that this product works wonderfully to make my skin tone clearer and so glowy! You'll notice results after a week or two of daily use. Unlike the Olay Age-Defying Anti-Wrinkle Night Cream that I also use, this product is safe to use for both day and night as it does not contain pro-retinol/vitamin A which can be harmful when used under direct sunlight. It has a nice smelling citrusy fragrance and has a light texture that makes my skin so soft. In the winter months I mix this with a tiny bit of a heavier moisturizer because my skin gets extra dry from the cold weather. Only thing is I wish this was less expensive or the jar was bigger; minus one lippy.

I've used moisturizers that cost $150 and ones thy cost $4. I have extremely dry cheeks and the area around my nose. So dry, that the areas were flakey and foundation looked awful on me. This moisturizer, IMO, is AMAZING. I've been using this for 2 months now and my skin has made a 180. No more dry, flakey patches. I will never use another moisturizer.

Pretty basic moisturizer, no frills. Would be very happy if it cost $10 less :-) Feels good absorbing into skin and dries to a matte, almost powdery finish. I used this only as a day lotion and it kept my skin feeling moisturized all day, which is the main characteristic I was looking for. However with continued use, my pores began to look clogged after applying, altough think it may have been in comjunction with the foaming cleanser, which was a bit drying.

I use this for the day time. It isn't too thick in my opinion, and is not too greasy for my combination skin, and smells quite nice. Since this cream does not have SPF, I usually apply my biore sunscreen on top - and still it is not too oily. Now since it does come in a tub, it's not very hygienic - maybe a pump type of packaging would be better. It has not caused any breakouts as of yet. I got this on sale for $25 I think from shopper's drug mart which isn't too expensive. I probably will continue to repurchase.

I have oily skin (T zone) and was looking for a moisturizer to help me keep looking young and not oily. This one feels great but oil still appears. It has to SPF so I thought it would do the job but nope...still oily. Smell great and look great too.

I had used this awhile back and thought what a nice cream but after finishing 2 containers I decided to try Olay total effects night cream to see if it might be better. I have oily skin and the Olay cream was just too greasy for me. I tried finishing the container before going back to the L'Oreal Youth Code but I just couldn't, so I went and picked it up yesterday and used it last night. I just can't say how good this cream is, especially for oily skinned people like myself. It is moisturizing but not greasy or shiny. It is kind of thick but once you rub it in and it absorbs, your skin will feel so soft!

I'm in love with it ! I was a little bit skeptical by the ''day/night'' mention, as I was afraid it would be too greasy for a day time moisturizer. But it's actually the contrary that happened to me ; it is a great day time moisturizer, maybe not enough moisturizing for night (I live in Canada, so I need a thicker night cream because it's so cold outside, lol). It is not greasy, works well under makeup and smells amazing. I also have a very reactive and sensible skin, and I didn't have any reactions to this product.

at first when I bought this i saw some really good reviews and some bad ones as well...well I should have kept away from this, it really didn't do anything but moisturize. After using it I hoped it would fade some of the bags under my eyes, nothing...I really found nothing good with this product at all.

I tend to find it hard to find the "right moisturizer".... Some are oily, some are too thick.

But this cream is fantastic.
It goes on smoothly, it's lightweight, refreshing & when it soaks into the skin, your face feels sooooooooooo soft & clean.

5/5 score from me!

I received a free youth cream to try. I must say that I am really impressed. I have sensitive skin and did not have any issues at all with this cream. I have used it for a month and have been satisfied with the way my face feels...it is not overly dry or oily. Great product for a reasonable price.

I have oily dehydrated skin and this cream is just perfect for me. It doesn't make me shiny nor dry (I use both day and night cream).
I must admit I'm impressed, I never thought that a drugstore moisturizer could work on me and I have used Estee Lauder, Clinique, Lancome etc.
It's not a HG product but a very good one indeed.

This is a decent night cream that did nothing special for me, so I went back to Night of Olay, which does the same job for about half the cost.

I got a chance to try this product for free and I am glad I did. It was the first time trying this skincare line and I found this product to work well with my skin. It was thick but wenton smooth and the smell wasn't unbearable. The packaging was a small problem for me. I had to use my fingers to dip and scoop the product so that wasnt very sanitary but I would buy it if they could just change the packaging.

one word, FAB.
it worked a treat with me and did exactly what it said. And when I used it with the youth booster serum it really helped to even my skin tone as well. after about half an hour i could already see the difference, and after 2 weeks my skin looked and felt like new.
i recently lost a lot of weight and the weight loss has made my skin slightly saggy, so i looked older than i was, but this has really helped get my skin back to how it should be :)
--------------------------
the only negatives i have is that is doesn't have any spf (which isn't so bad as most makeup/bb creams have it now) and the price!...it is quite expensive, but you don't need much so it does last a good long time, so look at it as an investment
also the perfume and colouring might cause a reaction in sensitive skin
----------------------------
although i have loved using this, i've been thinking about all the colourants, perfume, and other nasties thats in it, and it can't be good long term for skin, so i 've switched to a completely natural skin cream by bubble and bee...very glad a switched as my new cream is half the price of this and works better then any other cream i've ever used!
