Found this on a recent trip to Dubai, it sold out in the UK months ago. It layers well with LBM and most other scents apparantly. It is so creamy and not very strong but lasts well and I can still smell it on my clothes!! When I sprayed it my family all asked what it was, unusual in my house. Will treasure each spray as I will probably not find it again.

I would love to find a full bottle of this. It does smell like breast milk, and babies and all wonderful good things. My hg comfort scent.

I was really excited to try this, but it literally smelled like breast milk. I would be afraid to wear it in public, as it would probably draw people's eyes to my breasts to see if I was lactating. If I had to name this, I'd have called it "Wet Nurse". I was really hoping to experience some of the other notes, like star anise, but this was milky, milky, milky for a half hour and then faded away into nothing.

Smells exactly like they say- like sweet milk. A little too simple to wear alone. I think it will be interesting to layer it with some woody fragnances or with citrus. Though I like it a lot its a bit too sweet so I wouldnt buy anoyher bottle. I can smell it for 4-5 hours and it is rather good for Jo Malone parfume.

On the hunt for my perfect comfort scent...tried this today at Saks. No good. I mean, it's not *bad* -there's nothing controversial enough about it for it to be offensive. But in a way, it was TOO perfect a rendition of a milk fragrance. As in, another way to smell like this is to rub condensed milk on your forearms. Do that and you won't be far off! I was disappointed because on the surface this fragrance boasts some of my absolute favorite scents: anise, almond and vanilla. And some MUAers likened it to Bois Farine which definitely appeals to me-although I think that one learns more towards peanut butter and pencil shavings.
I really credit Jo Malone with offering her customers a milk scent and then absolutely delivering. I just wish it wasn't so literal.

I love this scent. It's very soft, subtle, and makes me smell and feel wonderful. I probably will save it for the cooler weather since it just seems best suited for that. Not sure I would enjoy this nearly as much in 90 degree weather. I would repurchase it again if I could; but being a limited edition (they weren't kidding - it sold out quick!), I probably won't get the chance.

I absolute love this scent... a very delicate milky scent with hints of almond and star anise... very comforting. I'm running out to purchase another bottle of this lovely limited edition cologne.
PS - I did not care so much for the other JM tea scents.

I tried this cologne on and it was like a tangy sweet yoghurt drink on my skin (called lassi). I found it quite sickly but from the reviews below i will re-try, though i'm pretty sure i wont like it if i didn't this time.

I love anything with milky caramel notes so I blind bought this. I'm not disappointed but I do think it's overpriced. The bergamot in the opening is sharp, really sharp and bitter actually, but I can smell this caramel condensed milk coming through beneath it, it seems like the milkiness is struggling to break through actually, and the opening is the least favorite part for me, ad it almost seems not well blended and I also question whether it's really necessary to have the bergamot in this milky creation at all. However once that dissipates I'm left with a lovely gourmand caramelly condensed milk. I mean I just love milk so I knew I'd love this. It's not the best milky scent I have but it's good. There isn't any burnt notes which is good but the star anise provides some depth and sharpness for interest. Overpriced a bit I think but seems to have decent silage and longevity, esp for a cologne.

I thought of Bois Farine immediately when I first smelled Sweet Milk, and was also reminded of Jour de Fête due to the almond note. Delightful, not excessively sweet to me, cozy and long-lasting. I didn't care for the combination with any of the other four, though.

Turns out that although this is getting mixed reviews, I am absolutely smitten with this scent. At first whiff, it starts out like Comptoir Sud Pacifique's Lait Sucre (now reformulated and renamed Matin Calin). It has a milky creaminess that's warm and not too cloying (at least on my skin). The drydown however, has a wheat-y, almost sharp quality that reminds me very much of the drydown on L'Artisan's Bois Farine. If you like either of those two scents, I'd have to think Sweet Milk would be for you. It seems to last on my skin much better than many Jo Malone's (and certainly better than any in the Spring 2011 launch of the tea scents, from the collection which this is part of). Rarely do I purchase a new bottle and then wear nothing but that scent for a week straight....which is EXACTLY what's happening with this new acquisition. I love it!

Sweet Milk is from this Spriings Tea Collection and meant to be blended with the other four fragrances in the collection. It is very sweet on its own, and unless you like this sweet milky type of scent, it might not be best worn this way. However, I have blended this with my Blue Agave, Vanilla Anise and Vintage Gardenia and its is heaven in a bottle. It adds a soft creaminess to the blend and I am in love! I have a hard time wearing Vintage Gardenia alone and don't use it often but now I will be able to use it more. It tones down the Gardenia which is too strong for me, love it in the bottle but too much on my skin. It only comes in the 30ml and won't last long. And its limited edition! I will be repurchasing this to keep as a back up!
