GWP. Love it. I normally use L'oreal but it can get goopy and flake. Not EL. Love.

I can't really comment on price because this was a free gift with a magazine, however I know it is a fairly pricey brand and that's one of the reasons for my low score.

The first thing I thought when I used this was that it was exactly like Maybelline Full n Soft. I've used it 3 times now and I still think it's just like Full n Soft. This gives a fairly natural look. I have good eyelashes and had to use two coats to make much impact. Even then, I used a third coat just on the outer edges of my upper lashes to add a bit of oomph.

The good:

Leaves lashes feeling soft and in good condition. Buildable and doesn't tend to make the lashes go spidery or clumpy.

The bad:

Overpriced for something that does the same job as Maybelline Full n Soft.

Overall Verdict: Really only for people who have decent lashes to begin with. This really doesn't have the wow factor that the word sumptuous brings to mind.

This is only for those with perfect, long, lush lashes. This completely weighed my lashes down and made them look spidery and way too gloopy, I was better off without it. Hence I don't recommend this if you have short, weak, sparse or asian lashes. There are a myriad of products out there that are so much better and so much cheaper. I like most Maybeline mascaras over this. This went straight into the trash. Please try before you buy.

Not sure how I ended up with it but I'm very glad I did. This mascara is absolutely mind-blowing! When I first looked at the brush I was slightly scared but once I used it, I immediately fell in love with it. This mascara makes your lashes very black, long, and VOLUMINOUS. It's very easy to apply and definitely not one of those sometimes good and sometimes bad type of mascara. I will definitely repurchase this again but if you're on a budget then I suggest you get a sample first or just stick to the drugstore because it's not hard to find a mascara just as good as this one.

Was very let down with this product. It does not do what it claims to do. Other ones I prefer way more. Won't be buying again!

This is such a great mascara! At first I freaked because the wand was so big, but that's what makes your lashes so big and long! I love this stuff and definitely will repurchase!

The worst I've ever purchased !! It didn't give me any volume. My lashes stuck together and it looked like I only have 4 eyelashes .

I don't know what is wrong with this mascara. After first application, my pathetic thin skimpy straight asian lashes just went soggy. I decided to try it out again, with longer clamp of lash curler, after a good strong lashes formed, applied this mascara again... Yes, it held my lashes pretty good. Just no difference in volume, lenght, whatsoever. Second layer, still nothing. I then tried Bobbi Brown's Long Wear Mascara (which I thought a regular-drugstore result mascara), and surprisingly, BB's mascara held my curl and gave volume more for just one layer! Unacceptable! Lucky for me, I just got the sample size, I can't imagine buying the real size and be so disappointed. Any Maybelline mascara is better than this junk. Never gonna repurchase or recommend.

UD's cannonball is still my HG.

I love what this mascara does with my lashes. It gives the most dramatic lashes I've had. It' also the biggest brush I've ever used (even though I've used Max Factor False lash effect, for example, which also has a big brush).
It does smudge a bit on my brow bone, which is unfortunate. But not a much as the Maybelline Rocket. I also don't use it on my lower lashline, but I almost always use something different there.
I once didn't twist the cap on properly and didn't notice until next time. So, not sure if it was my lameness or it's easy to think you've closed it but it's not closed completely.
It doesn't flake.
I did say I would buy it again. Not sure, 'cause I like to try out new ones sometimes.

I got this as a tester from an Estée Lauder counter. The mascara went on beautifully it fanned out my lashes (even the hard to get ones near the end) it went on lovely but my overall look wasn't different from my drug store mascara.
