I really like this mousse. I have straight hair cut in a chin-length bob, and I apply this mousse to damp hair before blow drying with a round brush. It works well to give my hair lightweight body, and it is cheap and readily available.
Ingredients: Water, Isobutane, Hydrofluorocarbon 152a, VP/VA Copolymer, Polyquaternium 11, Propane, PVP, Polyquaternium 4, PEG 40, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Fragrance, Olealkonium Chloride, Sodium Benzoate, Alcohol, Sorbitol, Propylene Glycol, Glycerin, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Organic Orange Extract, Organic Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice.
Age: 25-29 Skin: Sensitive, Fair, Cool Hair: Blond, Curly, Coarse Eyes: Blue
This mousse provides a light, flexible hold without flaky product build up. It doesn't make my hair too stiff nor weigh it down, and I haven't noticed my hair getting any drier or more damaged while using it (which I have found when using other cheap styling products).
I have thick, coarse, curly hair (3a-3b - it varies across my head) that is prone to dryness. I used Tresemme Naturals on wet hair with a little bit of gel (the gel becomes too stiff if I use too much but if I don't use it most products don't provide enough hold to keep my hair under control) and either air-dried or blow-dried my hair.

I really wanted to like this because I use the tresemme shampoo and conditioner and was very pleased with it but ya this just doesn't cut it. I was looking for something that would give me a lighter hold then my gel so I wouldn't get any crunchy pieces but something that would also bring out the waves in my hair especially the top layer since it tends to get really frizzy. This stuff made my hair a little bit sticky but mostly my hair just didn't look nice at all when it was dry, it didn't help any frizz, didn't bring out any wave or curl, didn't give me any volume so I returned it and got the "catch the wave" mousse by aussie and it worked much much better and it was cheaper so yay.

This product didn't do anything for me. It didn't really give a hold and is super sticky! I thought it would be amazing by all of the great reviews, but for some reason what other people love never works for me.

This mousse doesn't weigh down my hair either, but helped create shape/volume without making my hair feel greasy and stiff. It gives me a nice long lasting hold, something that I've also found hard to find with mousse. I applied it for a night out to hold curled hair and the next day woke up to find my curls were still in place. I also use this when hair is damp before blow-drying to add a bit more volume to my hair or else it just looks flat. Smells great too - like oranges. Will hopefully repurchase when I run out. :)

I have a tough time finding a mousse that doesn't weigh my hair down, or make it too gooey or crunchy. This mousse does just enough for me. I actually forgot that I had used it and noticed the other night how nice and volume-full my crown was and couldn't figure out why until I remembered having used this! It gives just enough oomph to your hair to give you volume where you want it, especially if you just plan to use at the roots. The sweet orange extract - it isn't some super strong citrus scent, just a light fresh scent.
