I use these to remove my makeup and sunscreen before cleansing my face. The cloths are sufficiently moist but not drippy, and they're perfectly-sized; one sheet is plenty for your face and neck. The scent, although pleasant, is a bit strong. That said, nothing in these irritates my skin or causes any reactive breakouts, so I'm not particularly bothered by the fragrance. Others may find it to be too much. The pack is supposed to be re-sealable, but I find that the adhesive 'wears off' shortly after opening. (I have to store them in a zip-loc baggie to prevent them from drying up, because the flap no longer sticks shut like it's meant to.) I don't know if I'd feel comfortable using these on their own for facial cleansing, but that's just my personal preference; I like to cleanse afterwards with Cetaphil so that I know I'm getting my face clean and not simply removing dirt, makeup, etc. from the skin's surface. I've tried other facial wipes, and these Ponds Original are the only ones that don't cause irritation and still do the job. Thumbs up!

After 5 years of being a Neutrogena makeup remover wipes devotee, I have been absolutely won over by Ponds Original All Day Clean wipes. While the Neutrogena wipes didn't break me out (like other makeup remover wipes tended to do), the Neutrogena wipes provided so-so cleansing and never actually removed waterproof eyeliner & mascara as claimed. As a result, I had to supplement in the eye area...Not good because I expect towelettes to help me simplify and not use 2 ... Soooo...A makeup artist told me how good the Ponds wipes were so I tried them. I found they thoroughly cleanse my skin and actually remove waterproof eye makeup as promised ...and with NO breakouts! Three cheers! UPDATE: After using these for two months, now, my only criticism is that although eventually the waterproof mascara comes off with these wipes, it feels like you have to rub way to much to get it off. Not good because the eye area is the last area where I want to rub hard. To remedy, I've been putting regular Pond's cold cream on my eyes and wiping it off with the towelette. Deducting 1 lippie for the towelette for that because the whole point of using the wipe is because I'm trying to simplify, yet here I am (still) using 2 products for removal.

Pond's makeup removing towelettes are the third brand I've tried, and the first brand I've actually repurchased. My sister recommended them and I'm so glad she did! While none of these towelettes seem to take off 100% of my mascara (requiring a face wash as the next step), the Pond's Original All Day Clean ones do remove 100% of my foundation like a CHAMP. The price is decent, it smells great, and they're available everywhere. Sticking with them.

I always buy these because I can get a 5 pack at the local store for $.80. This works for me because I don't wear make up everyday so these can last me about a week and a half. They do a pretty good job of removing makeup, even eye make up, but I still feel the strong need to wash my face after. I will continue to use these.

My skin loves these towelettes. I use them practically every night to clean makeup off my skin, and because of that...

1) My skin NEVER breaks out
2) It's perfectly moisturized even after I wake up in the morning
3) Texture/color of skin look GREAT!

...so, whenever I use a regular cleanser on my skin before going to sleep I have to say that I usually develop a zit around my face the next day. With these wipes it practically never happens. So I'll continue to buy, buy, buy...

I decided to buy this product on a whim, pretty glad I did. These wipes remove my makeup very well, but most importantly, they can remove my eye makeup too. In the past I used L'Oreal's eye makeup remover and it was such poor quality. I ended up scratching my lower eyelid in a struggle to remove mascara, and even after scratching that area, the makeup wasn't removed
With the wipes this isn't an issue though. Probably my favorite thing about these wipes is the fact it has vitamin e, so after makeup removal my face is left feeling really soft. I think these wipes have become a permanent part of my night skincare routine, especially at about $5 a pack

This is one of my favorite products ever. I love Pond's facial wipes- they're better than any other brand I've sampled and always end up being the most economical as well. I use them when I'm too tired to wash my face at night (embarassingly often) and also to conserve my pricier cleanser. The package does it's job of keeping the wipes wet, and when you use them, they foam up and provide your face with such a fresh, clean feeling. One of the biggest pro's of this product for me is the smell. I love the scent! I have dry, very sensitive skin and these don't aggravate it at all. Love them!

These wipes take off all my make up even after I use eye make up remover I'll swipe these wipes over my eyes to get the rest of it off. They don't irritate my sensitive eyes either which is a plus. I like the smell too. I always use these before I wash my face with cleanser. Bought these at Target in a 3 pack. Two full size and one travel packet. Definitely would buy these again.

Every time I use these great wipes for removing make-up I wonder anew why I don't use them every night to clean my face (instead of going to sleep without washing up because I'm so lazy). These wipes do it all - and I've used many different brands in the past. The biggest problem with the other brands is that they dry out in the package, which isn't the case with my year-old package of Pond's. They call themselves "wet" cleansing towelettes and they are indeed wet, even after a year, though not too wet, which would also not be good. They take off makeup with ease (and mascara with a little extra effort) and they don't leave your face with the usual post-wipe stickiness; in fact, they leave my skin feeling soft, almost moisturized. It's possible that the other Pond's towelette are as good, but these are the ones I'll go back to (as long as they're not discontinued).

Was using Walmart brand Equate facial wipes but decided to give these a try. I love the fact that they are WET and clean very well. Also they do not burn my eyes when removing eye makeup. Fragrance is very neutral, barely noticeable. Just wish there were more wipes for the money.

When a top MUA recommended these on a runway report from style.com, I went to grab these - I've never used makeup removing wipes before (Bioderma Crealine all the way) but these are great for pre-workout makeup removal at the gym! Even work on my mascara, and at night, a clean sweep before I wash with my Clarisonic. Stay just moistened enough, even if only a few are left in the packet! On my third round.

HG. Why arent there more reviews for these? These things helped clear my face up after years of acne. I realized that even though I was washing my face, I wasn't getting all my make-up off which led to clogged pores, cysts, pimples ect. I tried these because they said oil free and I was at the end of my rope. My skin cleared right up with a few other changes. I'm not going to say only these cleared my face up but these are my first step. These take off foundation, powder, waterproof mascara - everything! They have fragrance that i'm usually not a fan of but these do not irritate me at all and I really like the fresh scent. These are infused with vitamin E and a triple anti-oxidant complex. They don't leave a greasy residue like other wipes I have tried.
I wouldnt want these in a big tub I would prefer to be able to throw these in my bag a travel with them as needed just would like if the darn thing would stay closed though

I use these wipes in the evening when I'm too lazy to wash my face and they're perfect for getting off makeup. On top of that, they leave my skin super soft and my skin really feels clean. My only complaint is that sometimes there's a little residue, but I just wipe it away with some witch hazel and I'm good to go.(:

I hate to be the voice of dissent. I love the idea of cleansing with a wipe, especially if I'm in a rush but I don't think these work well at all. I have been using them about a month and a few days ago I used the wipe and then of course eye makeup remover. These wipes are supposed to take off waterproof mascara according to the package. No Way! Anyway, after I cleansed with my OLay Prosonic and there were makeup stains on the brushhead! These are just a waste imo.

I bought these in a travel size to try and i fell in love with them...

I use them to take off makeup! my sink feels refreshed and slightly hydrated! I love to use these before I cleanse. It takes of my water-proof liner better than my cleanser did. I will be re-buying

Overall - I really like these wipes. They are convenient, easy to use and they make my routine a lot easier. What I find them useful for is removing my makeup before I wash my face. It feels so good and it is moisturizing, so these feel beneficial to my skin.

I bought this product for about 4$ and there are plenty of wipes in each pack. The pack that I got had a bonus night time formula with herbal extracts in it. This was a really nice bonus and in part it's why I decided to try Ponds again.

I love using wipes like these to freshen my face in the summer, and right before bed to clear away any dirt or oils before I go to sleep. The cloth is durable, and it has a texture so it is exfoliating too. It feels so soft!

My pack is wet with the solution and when I use a wipe it bubbles up but dries without leaving a sticky feeling. The wipes are packaged like most wipes are, in a plastic bag with a peel away front where you can grab a wipe and seal it up afterward. These are great and I already plan on buying them again even before they run out.

This is a prelim review - will update in a day. Explanation: my favorite wipes are Clean & Clear's Makeup Dissolving Facial Cleansing Wipes - effectively removes all my mu, even most of my waterproof mascara and I use them fairly regularly at the healthclub.

However, recently, I noticed the wipes didn't seem very soft to me anymore (probably becuz for the past few months, I have been using microfiber cloths at night = I got spoiled). My normal mu removing method @ home is using my own mixture of grapeseed, sweet almond and Jason 5000IU Vitamin E oil, rub on my face and wipe off w/ wet microfiber cloth. That's it (I call it OCM, but hard core OCMers would take offense based upon my choice of oils - no emulsifier + I don't use any cleanser after - o well - that's their issue). Anyway, after using the cloths for a while, they retain some stinky smell no matter how I wash them = need an alternative method for removing the oil from my face.

As I said, the C&C wipes didn't feel as soft anymore, so I started researching other wipes and these were purported to be very soft - and for about $5 at Target for 30 wipes, why not?

They are definitely soft on my skin and are moister than the C&C. The 1st couple of nights, I followed up w/ witch hazel toner to make sure everyting was removed and the cotton rounds were clean. So I'm happy!

Tonite I will experiment w/ using just the wipes to see how much of my mu is removed w/out using the oils and will update my review.

My skin likes these wipes and I no longer have stinky washclothes :)

UPDATE - I used just the Ponds wipe tonite and followed w/ witch hazel toner - all mu gone EXCEPT my stubborn waterproof mascara, but that is most certainly not a deal breaker since there are very few products that can effectively remove my waterproof mascara. A new staple for me!
