Beautiful kind of light lavender. To me very difficult to apply an even coat that looks good. If you are a perfectionist do not buy this polish.
I need three coats to make it look opaque. I got it on and I can clearly see and feel the brush marks.
If you love the color and you are not a perfectionist you can get this polish. Otherwise, save your money.
It dries fast if you put thin coats on.

Colour is pretty but not on my skin tone. Pale / yellow based. I found it streaky.

I was pretty lucky and found this nail polish for €1.50!!! I'm am in love with the colour! I did have to put on 3 coats for it to be completely opaque but it's definitely worth the time :)
It's very true to colour and is quite chip resistant too.

One of my favourite nail polishes!

I loved this polish. I have to be honest, the main reason that I loved this polish so much was because of the color. This pastel lavendar creme has a VERY blue undertone, as opposed to red(the factor that really makes a difference to me). As far as chipping goes, I've been wearing it for maybe two weeks now, without a base or top coat, and I've only had minimal chipping on the edges of my dominant-hand's nails. The shin is fantastic, even with just the polish. The color is extremely true to the color you see in the bottle. Overall? Great polish. I'm also kind of a sucker for names, and 'Cloud', is perfect.

This is almost like getting two polishes in one bottle - on my bare nails, it's the pastel lavender creme I see in the bottle, but over white polish it turns into a beautiful soft, slightly lavender-toned pale blue, almost a pastel periwinkle. It's such a serene color that I actually find it mildly soothing to look at my nails while wearing it.

Revlon Cloud is a pastel lavender blue. It does differ on certain skintones, but on my hands the color appears a little more lavender than it does blue (It shows really blue in the photo above). I was looking for more of a powder blue, but I think this polish is very pretty regardless. It really brighten up my hands. The particular formula of this one isn't bad, but it isn't the greatest. Based on some reviews, some thought the formula was too thick. I really didn't find it to be thick. It's pretty sheer (and streaky) with one coat, and evens out pretty well by the second coat. I did find that on a couple of my nails, it looks like I have ridges, which would of probably been evened out by a third coat. I didn't really find a third coat necessary though. I do think this color is pretty awesome and flattering on most skin tones.

This color is a lavender and blue mix. I have fair skin and it compliments the skin color really well. I used 2 coats and it looks almost perfect everywhere save a couple spots.

Beautiful creamy, periwinkle blue. Looks very nice on my very fair skin. But I did need 3 coats to get decent coverage.

Also that picture doesn't show the color correctly AT ALL. It's much more purple in real life.

Loved this color in the bottle... on me, not so much. I have medium yellow-toned skin, and this blueish/lavender was a contrasting "pop" of color, but it also amplified the redness of my fingertips. It was also REALLY streaky. I had to apply 3 coats to get rid of cuticle drag and patchiness. Definitely not an issue I run into with the Revlon Top-Speed polishes, so this might be due to the light/pastel shade. Either way, this one just wasn't a winner for me.

This is a nice & creamy periwinkle color on my naturally tan Asian skin (which is slightly darker at the moment since I've been outside a lot. For reference, I can wear the Olive-Medium shade in the Glo & Intensive formulas by Everyday Minerals). On my tan skin, I don't get as much lavender as others do. I also own Storm by Revlon, so in comparison, I get much more purple (or rather, a creamy lilac/lavender) with that one. The formula is much better then other Revlon colors I've tried. And fortunately, as others have mentioned, it's pretty opaque after either 1 heavy coat or 2 lighter coats. The brush size it great for me. I hate the wider brushes that Sally Hansen has. These are pretty standard, but I can control them much better than the thicker, wider brushes. Overall, not bad, but I prefer Storm (or is it Stormy?) for the milky lilac/lavender color. It just looks better with my skin tone.

This nail polish went on perfectly. The formula on this one was really nice, not thick and gooey at all, but also not watery. Opaque in two coats, and there wasn't any streakiness. I love how it looks anywhere from pastel blue to lavender on me depending on the light. Also, it looks amazing under OPI Blue Shatter!

Revlon polishes usually require a bit of finesse when applying as their formula is generally thick and streaky (especially with their very light colors, which tend to be like that with any brand), but I was pleasantly surprised with Cloud. it applied evenly and was opaque in two coats. The color is a lovely whitened periwinkle. It picks up more blue or purple tones depending on the light. Great for those who enjoy pastel polishes.

Purchased this a few weeks ago and at first I thought No. Then I began to like the color. Thought maybe I should keep it on the toes but the more I look I think it works. I have blue veins that are pretty noticable on my hands and this color makes them less obvious. Used base and topcoats, not the longest lasting but certainly better than some. Its a pretty lilac/blue shade, nice.

Can't believe I returned a nail polish. This color was so streaky even after two coats. It looked like wite out on me...could not pick up hints of lavender or blue. I usually like Revlon polishes, but this one was terrible.

I like the color as it's a little left of center...not quite lavender..not quite light blue...I think almost a pale periwinkle. It's a modern pastel, and a nice departure from other colors in my drawer. I took off lippies for the brush. I wish Revlon would go with a widder more dense brush like the newer OPI laquers. I think that would help with the streaking problem.

Gave it 4 because I wouldn't buy again - I don't like the color that much. It's really a light lavendar, I was suprised when I saw it named cloud. This is the best formulation of nail polish I own. I actually hate "higher end" names like China Glaze and OPI though. I don't get any streaking like other reviews, dries fast and one coat is good to go. I LOVE this stuff. Stays on for a long time too. Color is a bit too light for my liking but I bought it as a base for Konad designs.

I really like this color. It actually isn't a light blue color...it is a lavendar with some soft grey undertones to it....to some it may seem like a lght blue but it isn't.It is such a pretty color i like how it has the gray in it to make it look softer and not chalky...i wore this for 7 days when i usually change my mani after 3 days..so yes this is love!

I was excited to purchase this shade after seeing some pics posted on the nail board. It's a beautiful pale blue creme. The formula is smooth and fast drying. My only issue is that even after 3 or 4 coats I still have streaks:( I also purchased #820 Stormy and it gives great coverage in 2 coats:/ I will repurchase though (if I run out and it's still available) because I love the color and don't know of any dupes.
