I am still deciding whether or not I should go back to this foundation. For the past 2 or 3 yard now I have been using Clinique acne solutions foundation, which is amazing. Anyway, fit me goes on really smooth with a flat top brush. This had medium coverage. However, I still get oily after using this foundation. But I recommend this product.

The one good thing about this foundation is that it is a great match for me. I am NC30-ish and wear Fit Me in 220. It is a perfect match. If only it had better coverage and lasted longer! I also wore L'Oreal True Match in W4 in the past, and this is a smidge yellower. Other than that, they are almost identical: thin consistency and looks like you have nothing on. If it had SPF, it could be a tinted moisturizer and then I wouldn't feel so let down by it.

Skin type: normal/oily, frequent breakouts if skin does not agree with product
Skin tone: NC15-20 naturally, about NC30-40 in different stages of fake tanning
Skin concerns: light active acne and scaring, undereye darkness

This is quite a decent foundation. I bought this to contour, in the shade 310, which is clearly too dark for my skintone at the moment. However, this will be great for the times when I can be bothered to slap on some fake bake ;)

Anyways, this foundation comes in an open mouthed bottle, which is quite a nuisance considering that the foundation consistency is veryyy runny. when poured out, it tends to run down the surface, whether it be my hand or a foundation palette.

The foundation gives sheer to medium coverage, as many reveiwers before me have stated. Due to the formula and runny nature of this foundation, it is not very buildable and tends to streak if not blended out correctly. Even though I bought this foundation mainly to contour, I have been unsuccessful and have just given up anyway. If i try, there is just this weird brown line, which i know is not from my brush, as I have tried everything from a sigma f80 (flat top kabuki) to a brush like the MAC 109.

Putting the contouring woes aside, I do find that due to the sheerness of the foundation, it is very forgiving if you happen to make a mistake with chosing your 'perfect' shade. If it is one or two shades darker or lighter, you can still make it work if you manage to blend vigorously until the evidence of poor foundation matching has been abolished. I tried this when I had day 2 fake tan (developed, washed off colour guide) and it matched perfectly. For reference, day 2 fake tan colour is about an NC35 for me. That was because I blended really well. Technically saying, this foundation is meant to be great for NC37-42 as I read in the online reviews, however it is still workable give or take 1 or 2 shades away from NC37-42.

I had no troubles with breakouts or anything with this foundation, I believe it was fragrance free as it bears an incredibly distict sunscreen smell, which may turn some people off, but doesnt bother me, as it goes away after a while. Unlike mac studio fix which leaves your face smelling like rotten food hours later. although many reviewers have complained about minor to major breakouts concerning this foundation.

This foundation is a good starter foundation, and for what its worth it does math your shade perfectly even if you didnt chose the right shade. but it is oily and it is very very low coverage. :( its okay though, because my abbession with foundation has taught me to have extra foundation available.

I bought this because I needed a lighter foundation. I bought the shade 115. The color was perfect for me skin tone, blended in amazingly. It is pretty light coverage, but is definitely buildable and it evened out my skin just fine. When I put it on it looked fine. I always use some kind of powder with my foundation, so the fact that the finish is pretty shiny didn't bother me. The first few days I wore it I didn't really do much, so it stayed on fine. However, I did notice that my skin was breaking out more. I didn't wear makeup for a few days and my skin calmed down, and I didn't really connect it with the foundation. The last day I wore it, I was out all day walking around. It became really shiny and settled into creases and dry areas. Whenever I touched my face I would feel like my fingers were full of product. The next few days, my skin was terrible. It was breaking out, really dry in some areas and really oily in others. I had to not wear makeup for about a week before my skin got better.
Overall, I do not want to use it anymore. However, I am going to try it when it is slightly colder. I think this might be a foundation better suited for winter.

This foundation is lovely. At first I did notice the texture of this product was a little on the thin side. I have oily skin therefore I was afraid it wouldn't do any better. To my surprise I loved the finish and the coverage. If you have oily skin, I do recommend using a good primer with it.

I have quite an oily t-zone and found it terribly hard to find a great foundation that will help minimise it but also cover my cheek acne scars. I remember buying this a little while ago but found it wasn't great for my skin however, after running out of my usual foundation I resorted back to this. How glad I did!!! This is the best foundation I've ever used, the colour suits my olive complexion and has this beautiful finish that makes my skin flawless!
What best works with this is a primer (I use Napoleon Perdis autopilot) and then mix the foundation with bb cream (I used lacura- Aldi brand) then powder with Inika.

I definitely recommend this for anyone with combination skin. It lasts for hours (I'd say touch up every 5 hrs) I actually created an account just to write this review after seeing so many people complain about it!

The only thing I would say is bad about it is the packaging because its without a pump otherwise it would get full marks!! xx

Considering that the price of "cheap" foundations are ridiculously high in New Zealand (I'm talking $40 for the very cheapest), I was really disappointed in this product. I usually really like Maybelline, but this foundation just didn't match me, despite it being exactly my shade in their other foundations. When I applied it, it felt greasy and still felt like that even after using powder. It had orange undertones to it which was disappointing considering that the reason I usually love Maybelline is because of their pink based foundations. And the packaging was awful. I always end up spilling pour-out foundations, would have preferred a pump.

Cons- the packaging sucks, although the bottle looks nice I would've preferred a pump so I don't pour out too much product also it doesn't last as long as I would like and needs to be set with a powder to avoid feeling too greasy.
Pros- Fits my skin tone well (I'm a 220 but will need a darker shade one soon for summer), feels silky smooth on my skin, has a medium, flawless coverage, doesn't oxidize or turn orange. Also, a huge plus is that it did not break me out.

Overall, I like it and would definitely repurchase!

This foundation looks like the perfect color, and in all reality IS the perfect color for my vampire pale skin. When put on, it seems very silky, light, dewy, and beautiful. However, it doesn't stay like that for long. About five minutes after application, my face felt disgusting. When touched, the foundation came right off, regardless of applying a layer of powder over it. It made my face an oil slick and I usually rarely ever have problems with an oily face. Maybe if you had extremely dry skin this would work, but not for me. The price seemed so good, and when swatched it was gorgeous. Still is gorgeous, but not enough to put up with a sludge face. Don't let this product fool you. If you have dry skin, give it a whirl. If you have normal/combination, this may not be the foundation for you.

This product worked very well for me. I have a very oily t zone and I did not experience excessive sliding. it can appear greasy when first applied but when set it with a swipe of powder it looks beautiful. The color matched my olive skin well. This foundation doesn't clog my pores and leaves me with a natural look.

Absolutely hated it. Had a hard time finding my color at first--I ended up being way lighter than I thought, and even then I looked a tad pale, but it was the closest to my shade. It smelled nice, but it was really liquidy, and quickly gathered around my nose area [gross]. The slightest touch removed it.
Conclusion: you get what you paid for. [It was $5 at the place I went to.] I shall never, ever buy this again.

Going to go hunting elsewhere for liquid foundation and see if they fit my needs.

I have never really had problems with my skin getting too oily although I have combination skin so when I purchased this product I really didn't think too much on it. This foundation made me look SO oily and greasy it's just too watery! I do however like the variety of shades but the quality of the foundation is just too greasy for me.

This foundation is well-priced and feels lovely to the touch. It's gel-like but very light without any horrible smell. I have encountered a few problems though:

1. The shades are really not very good at all. I'm a MAC NC20/NC25 and bought this foundation in the shade 120. The lightest shade is 110, and 120 is the lightest yellow-toned foundation... BUT IT'S TOO DARK/ORANGE for my skin! And it oxidises. I would recommend Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum in place of this ANY day!

2. Coverage is light to medium and more dewy than I thought it would be. I have normal/combo skin so I don't mind but I definitely wouldn't recommend this for an oilier skin.

3. It really doesn't last that long on the skin. I'd say 4 hours before it starts to slide in places.

It's a shame as I wanted to try this foundation. I DO think if you have a warmer-toned skin that's normal to dry it could work well for you.

Oh no! My first review that isn't a 5 star!
Eh... this foundation is not that great.
There really isn't much to say about it.
The pricing is cheap and the packaging is nice, but there isn't a pump
I think the coverage was intended to be light to medium. It would be great if they didn't only offer pink undertones. I bought it in the 220 but it was still a smidge too light, and the second one up was too dark.
I could live without this foundation. Back to the store you go!

My skin background: oily, sensitive, currently MAC 30-35 for reference, yellow undertone.

I bought shade 220 which was an absolute perfect match for me! At first, I loved this foundation - it matched my skin, it had a light-medium to medium coverage, and it evened my skin-tone fairly well. However, it did not last very long on my oily skin, and I felt like I had to absorb the oil off my face and re-powder quite often. It has a dewy finish, and blends very well!

I noticed within a weeks time, my skin became EVEN MORE oily AND it broke me out sooooo bad! I have NEVER had my skin become as oily as it did (it was literally like sweat - so horrible), and so I stopped using this product. Soon after (with the help of witch hazel toner), my skin went back to being less oily (but still oily haha), and my breakout completely cleared up. Needless to say, I cannot use this foundation, and I will never repurchase this!

I think it's a much better fit for people with drier skin than myself, and my sister (with dry skin) likes it a lot; I ended up giving it to her. So I guess this foundation had a happy ending after all....... Just not with me!

I bought one a couple months ago , and have been using it up until now. I bought the 225 shade, and it matched with my skin tone perfectly.
PRO:
it leaves your skin light overage, it's cheap.
CONS:
it's the packaging of this foundation it's not the pump ones, so it's not convenient for me when I'm on the rush, it's basically the ones with the cap on and manually have to take out the foundation liquid manually, i sometimes stumble across putting too much on my brush.
They have only a few skin shades that would benefit other people, so it's limited.

I was running low on foundation so I bought two of these, seeing as how cheap they were! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR .....

This product caused me to break out so much. I have oily and acne-prone skin and this made it slightly worse. My T-zone became shiny is less than 40 minutes. Definitely did not last all day. Sinks into pores and makes them more visible. Would recommend to walk past this product!!

This was possibly the worst drug store foundation I have ever bought, it felt like it just sat on my face and it didn't cover any of my imperfections it actually made them stand out more, didn't even know that was possible..
