While this lip balm did condition my lips quite well, it definitely didn't have as much pigment as I thought it would. When I opened up the package, I was delighted to see a beautiful berry hue. When I stuck my finger in the pot, it was a bit awkward, like, my finger didn't really fit. But the color was so nice and it was a great consistency. When I applied it on my lips I was definitely let down. It looked like my natural lip color. It took about 3 layers on each lip for the color to show up and it wasn't as nice as the color in the pot. So...what I think I'll do is just keep it in my purse just as a chapstick instead of like, a key ingredient to my makeup look. The packaging is cute. The bottom is clear and you can see the balm through it and the top is black with white lettering on it. Very chic. But takes up alot of room in my makeup box. I would buy it again. It was cheap ($3.00) and it moisturized well, but it definitely wasn't pigmented enough to show up on my lips. Desireesbeautyblog.Blogspot.com. MaryKay.com/dchristian315

Ok so this is good , but it's NOT great. Yes I love the color (peaceful pink) but after a couple of minutes you feel your lips not as moisturized as they felt when the product was freshly applied. Before purchasing this again I would but a Maybelline Baby Lip in clear and top it with a Revlon Lip butter in Strawberry Shortcake. It will give you the same look but with better moisture

I got this in Peaceful Pink and I love the color. It gives my lips a nice healthy looking glow. I love the packaging too. I love the cost. But yes it does make my lips burn as some of the other reviewers have stated. It does not burn enough to make me stop using it. LOL
I would buy again.
EDIT: I have changed my mind about this product. It is just too painful to use again and I would not repurchase.

I have this balm in Nice and Natural. I think it moisturizes great! the flavor is alittle weird to me? and I dont like that I have to use my finger to apply it! im a germophobe! but i do like the color its not too much or too little, like some nudey lips colors wash you out, this one is sheer enough to compliment my skin and blush! my skin color is between selena gomez and vanessa hudgens. this product is also buildable so you can get a deeper nude if you want it. all in all its not too bad!

I picked up a couple of these lip balms during a big ELF haul and was pleasantly surprised. Well moisturizing, nice subtle color and lasts longer than similar more spendy products. I like substantial packaging.

I got this product in Peaceful Pink, a cool toned light pink. It's pretty moisturizing, but you have to exfoliate first to get the full effect. I haven't experienced any of the burning some of the other reviewers have talked about. The pigmentation is pretty good for a lip balm. It's not sheer, but not extremely pigmented. The packaging is a bit bulky, but otherwise very sleek and expensive-looking. The best part about it? The smell. It smells divine, like vanilla-coconut candy. It normally costs $3, but I found it at the Dollar Tree, so I had to try it out! The color is a bit light for my lips, but then again, the pigmentation isn't too strong, so I can put a light layer on. I would repurchase in a slightly darker color, like Mellow Melon. :)

The color was nice, but it made my lips have a burning sensation. Do not recommend this product.

Love it! I got it in Romantic Rouge and the color payoff is great. It's a nice red color but it's not too over the top when you put it on. I did have a red lipstick but it was just WAY too much. I really recommend this color if you want a slight red to your lips. It is very conditioning as well so it feels amazing on the lips. It smells kind of like coconuts and I don't really like coconuts but it's not too annoying to smell. It also tastes great! I would buy this again and again and in different colors!

I am not a huge fan of the color I got.. I have no idea what it's called it's one of the light pinks. It looks ok and I use it anyways but I would like to purchase a new darker color. I do like this product it smells wonderful, kind of vanilla-y. I've actually never noticed that it tingles my lips until now (it definitely doesn't burn it's only a tingle) For it's use as a balm I don't find that it really moisturizes my lips but it definitely hasn't dried them out. I am giving it a 3 simply because the color is just too shiny for my tastes. I will change it after trying another if it's any better. I don't care for the packaging but it does come with plenty for the incredibly cheap price.

Also like to add I find this product to be very similar to Mac's tinted balms that are in the jar. I like this product better. Save your money.

I saw some people in the comment saying how they feel some burning effect. For those who have never tried lip plumper before, that is the feeling you get "tingling + cool sensation". It is like from Hard Candy plumping serum. It has that tingling effect to volumize your lip. They have the same effect. I have both of them, and I love them. I do feel this elf conditioning lip balm made my lips fuller. The finish is shiny, creamy/sticky which makes it last longer on the lips. It lasted more than 3 hours on me or longer before I had to reapply. It is not too sheer. It has some color when applied, but not opaque either. I think it is worth buying. The only bad part about is --- IT IS ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK! so better stock up when they are in stock.

I love this! I wish it were easier to get out of the container and on to my lips though. I really dislike the packaging, even though it's very sleek.

I have two of these and love them SO much. The smell amazing and they give you a decent amount of color. I can't wait to buy the rest!

I got this in Peaceful Pink and Nice & Natural. I'm slightly disappointed in Nice & Natural because, from the picture on the website, I expected it to be a light, pale pink colour, whereas in reality it was a darker browny pink. However Peaceful Pink was more accurately represented in the picture on the website.
Other than this I love them. It is a creamy texture and has a sweet vanillary smell. Yum! They are lovely and moisturising and can be builded to a very very pigmented colour or be worn sheer for everyday. The packaging is big and sturdy and you can easily chuck it in your bag without the worry of it being broken. Although possibly slightly too bulky as it is hard to get out product when you near the end.
-Overall a lovely tasting and smelling, moisturising lip balm which can be used as a tint or be built to be pigmented. :)

Love how pigmented this product is! would have given it 5/5 if it were a little bit more moisturizing.

Love the color and the cheap price tag! super worth it!

I have this in the color Mellow Mellon and although the color is absolutely gorgeous I can't wear it because it makes my lips burn and as I can see from these reviews I am not the only one. I have never had this happen to me before, my lips and skin aren't sensitive at all. Too bad because I really like the color, scent, consistency, I don't even mind the bulky packaging.
Edit: I have a lot of lip plumping products and no, this balm doesn't tingle in the same nice way they do, it BURNS and it is very uncomfortable.

I bought bunch of these and was very happy with the color selection when I received them. The product is creamy, -it has a nice consistency- pigmented enough to give your lips some color and it contains some SPF which is a plus. It's scented but it's not overpowering.
However, this makes my lips burn as soon as I put it on. I can't use any of them at all. Such a shame.. Not gonna repurchase.

First off, this is quite a nice product. I have this in Peaceful Pink, which is creamy, smooth, not too thick, easy to blend, lasts forever, not sticky, and gives my lips a nice (but not gaudy) flush. It really perks up my face and looks great.

However, my lips started peeling after the first time I wore it, and it burns whenever I wear it now. I'm not allergic to anything and my reaction to this baffles me. Unfortunate since this product rocks, so beware if you have sensitivity issues!

One of my most favorite ELF items. This balm is so darn pigmented! I keep peaceful pink at my desk for when I don't feel like thinking about what lipstick to wear. It perks up my face with a light pink flush to my lips. Very moisturizing, lasts for quite a while and has a pleasant taste and smell, although I can definitely smell the SPF in this. I also have the natural and red-colored ones. Amazing product for only a few $$.

I find myself ALWAYS reaching for my Studio Conditioning Lip Balm in either Blissful Berry or Romantic Rouge EVERY DAY. They are my go to quick lip products. They have a super creamy formula and have a nice color pay off that will not dry out your lips. Plus SPF is always a good thing.
