I was SO pleased when i saw palmers doing a range of skin care products. the eye cream (around £6 to £7 in the UK) is on a high end of the price scale for me, however, i was happy to pay that price for this product because of the brand and lovely skin loving ingredients.
the ingredients are great! more skin care products should contain natural ingredients like this one, rather than silly chemicals.
i'm on my second tube of cream, it comes in a handy squeezy tube making it more hygienic and easy to apply. it has a thick consistency and absorbs well into the skin without leaving a sticky or oily residue.
i use this under my eyes, the sides of my eyes (for crows feet) and i also apply this anti-wrinkle cream inbetween my eyebrows and on the sides of my mouth. a little goes a long way! its so important to keep these areas moistorised with the right ingredients. remember ladies, preventing wrinkles is easier than curing them!
will buy again, i am using more and more of the palmers skin care range. definitely give it a try :)
PS - some of you are mentioning eye milia from using the product (which is a little worrying!). so far, i've not had anything and i have sensitive skin which is common for certain skin types. it can also be caused from rubbing your eyes heavily so anyone reading this - do not dismiss the product. it really is worth a try!

I have only been using this product for about 10 days so it is too soon to say if there is any improvement on my fine expression lines but I did experience more puffiness around the eyes in the morning, so much so that my husband said I had bags! I have never had eye bags! Also, the main reason for discontinuing usage is it's making my eyelashes fall out. I have patches where they have dropped out and I find several on my cheeks when I wake up and during the day. Overall an awful experience!

This eye cream seems to have great ingredients, so at a glance you would think it was a good buy. First off, I have oily skin and have been looking for an eye cream that moisturizes, but also soaks in well. This cream ended up being kind of drying. It also started to give me eye millia...which I have never had before, and I've used tons of different eye creams. I guess I am still on the search for my perfect eye cream.

I just went out today and bought my second one I love the price $12. easy squeezy tube and screw top lid,it's creamy not runny and it absorbs quickly without residue on me,smells Devine I don't know if it does any "line smoothing" but I do look more refreshed and awake.

LOVE IT!
really nice and creamy, hydrates and looks after the delicate eye area, contains all the right stuff to improve it as well.
it does take a while to see a difference (so don't expect an over night miracle), roughly after about 2 weeks i saw a real improvement.
i bought this in october and i'm just about at the end of the tube now (january) so it lasts quite a good long time (making the price even better)
will defo buy again and recommend

ok, let me start out by saying that i have the worst bags under my eyes in the history of the universe. i wake up in the morning and my roommate will be all, "who punched you last night?" they are horrifying. it's been a bit shitty, then, to never be able to wear concealer under my eyes because no matter how much i pay, i cannot find a product that will stay smooth, hydrated, and non-cakey under there. i have super dry and delicate skin under my eyes and it doesn't cooperate with anything going on top of it whatsoever. i also have some kind of mortal phobia of having massive creases and lines underneath my eyes and i think it looks even worse than just having my bags out and proud (with a tiny smear of foundation).
BUT! then i saw this stuff. it was cheap, i was desperate, the time seemed right. i have some big events coming up that i would absolutely love to not have to bring my big under-eye bags with me to. so i bought it. and it is wonderful. i dunno what the long-term properties of this product are, since it's only been a couple of weeks, but even if it's only temporary, it smooths out my under-eye area like no one's business. it also hydrates it so that it allows a light, moisturising concealer to go on without any flaking, creasing or obvious streaks. don't get me wrong, i don't think i'll ever be able to wear a thick cream/stick concealer, but i actually don't think i even need it. i just want to look a bit more healthy, and i've definitely been able to do that now. for the first time. ever. plus, it doesn't sting at all, which is unheard of for me. every eye serum/cream/product i've ever used on my eyes has made them puffy and sore, but this stuff just glides on like butter.
A+ product you guys.
ETA: this has given my sister and myself pretty shit milia that is extremely hard to get rid of so, just an fyi. i don't use this anymore (which sucks)

I truly love this eye cream! I am currently on my 3rd tube of it, and I don't really know why I waited so long write a review. I have used eye products from St. Ives, Neutrogena, Olay, and Lancome (maybe a few others, I can't remember.) This is hands down the best! It has fantastic skin-loving ingredients: Cocoa & Shea butters, Retinol, Peptide Complex, Vitamin E, Aloe, Milk Proteins, and Evening Primrose. Since using this cream, my dark circles have diminished and the onset eye wrinkles/crows feet I was starting to see have virtually disappeared :) Plus, it's sooooo moisturizing, no crepey/flaky dry skin below the eyes. The price is amazing! For the results I get, I would pay more, but I can get this for around $7 at Walmart. Moisture, dark circle treatment, and wrinkle treatment...this cream does it all, and I will continue to purchase it over and over again. Palmers, please do not discontinue this!

I love finding little gems like these! Palmers have started adding Retinol to some of their products and even though it's probably not enough to make any difference, it certainly caught my eye. Retinol products usually carry a hefty price tag and the Palmers products retail from about $7 - $20 Australian. I purchased the eye cream for $10 which is an absolute bargain! I have been using Clarins Eye Balm for years and have never changed despite the fact that lately I don'y think it is as effective as it used to be. The Palmers eye cream is opaque in colour and is almost gel-like. It applies very smoothly and although it didn't absorb completely, it felt nice and moisturising. True to its claims, it does not irritate the eyes and this was very important to me as my eyes can be quite sensitive overnight. It works every bit as well as my Clarins eye balm at a fraction of the price. I will definitely be repurchasing this.

I'm so sad this didn't work for me. After 5 months, no improvement- 5 months! You would think that something would change but no. I still have really fine lines that are shallow but still noticeable. I'm moving on to bigger and better things and am going to try some high end stuff -clarins, shisedo etc. hopefully I will come across something that will get rid of these lines!

I've used high end, low end, drug store, department store, and dollar store eye creams, and this is as good or better as any of them.
Dirt cheap, comes in a tube not a pot, moisturizing, a little firming (don't expect miracles, no matter how much you pay), definitely plumps up and diminishes fine lines, light fragrance (not the classic cocoa butter smell).
Definitely more pluses than minuses; $10-12 at Wal-Mart. It's worth a shot for the price. I've been using this a couple of months, and won't switch unless they discon it.

Have used this for about 2 weeks and am very unimpressed. There has been no improvement to the texture of my eye area. My lines look exactly the same. I have also developed melia around the area I've been applying it to so I do not rate this product at all. Only good points are the cheap price and good tube design for easy and hygenic application.

Wow I guess I'm the only one this eye cream didn't work for. I bought this because I was on the hunt for an eye cream with retinol and I saw the great reviews. Prior to trying this, I was using a basic eye cream that is very moisturizing but I wanted something that will do a little more in terms of preventative care and possibly smooth some fine lines. I just turned 31 and in the past year, I have noticed a fine line under my eye and one faint crows feet. My husband keeps saying I'm crazy and says I have no fine lines but it's the kind that only you notice and I don't want it to get worse. It especially bothered me because I have no wrinkles/fine lines anywhere else. Anyways, I ordered this on drugstore.com and I wish I hadn't but at least it wasn't expensive I guess. I'll admit I only used it for about 5 days and I know I'll probably get people rolling their eyes at me but this was making my fine lines worse! Each time, I kept thinking I should keep using it and see what happens. I noticed it'll sink right in and I guess a lot of people like that but I like eye creams to feel substantial and feel moist after I apply, not disappear into nothing. Each night I used this, I woke up with my fine line deepening and my entire under eyes just looked dry. I felt like I undid all the upkeep I have done for years to maintain smooth undereyes. The only reason I gave this 2 lippies is because it didn't irritate my eyes so that's always a good thing. I don't expect results right away but I don't expect a product to make you look worse either! I stopped using it and bought Roc's multi-correxion sensitive skin. I have only used it for a week and I am already seeing some improvement! Only time will truly tell but what I'm positive about is the Roc does not make things worse so I'll be sticking with that.

Just thought I'd add to the great reviews for this product. I didn't even know Palmer's made facial skincare but when I found them online I thought I'd order a few products to try out. I've been really impressed with all of them and this eye cream is one of my favourites in the line. It's a light, smooth cream that absorbs almost instantly and doesn't leave a shiny finish or irritate my eyes. I've been using this twice a day for the last month and have noticed a big difference to my undereye skin - it's definitely smoother and a lot brighter and whilst the fine lines are still there I'm sure they have softened - I think that this is the first time ever that i've had visible results from an eye cream! The product has an extremely light smell, at first I thought it was fragrance free but I think I can detect a little hint of cocoa butter scent. For a drugstore eye cream the ingredients seem to be very good, this cream has retinol, peptides, milk proteins and antioxidants which all work towards improving your skin. For a year before this I was using Clinique's All About Eyes Rich and this cream has done more for me in one month than the Clinique did in a year. The tube is pretty basic but it's hygenic and easy to dispense the amount of product you need - I'd definitely recommend.

I bought this cream for $10 and I can't believe the difference it's made in just 24 hours. It's creamy and hydrating - can't wait to see if it makes a difference with the small lines that have started appearing. Would definitely recommend this to anyone. Tough to find in drugstores, but online, it runs anywhere from $8-10 bucks.

I bought this at Postie for NZD$14 and have used up most of it after 3 - 4 months.
I apply this in a line under my eyes and pat it in. I find this to be quite moisturising and sinks right into the skin after application. It does not sting my eyes much as other creams (Olay, TBS, etc.) and I do have sensitive eyes!
I found that it did not reduce/soften my fine lines significantly, but perhaps it prevented more from forming. One other thing I noticed was that my upper eyelashes, which used to be quite straight, had started curling upwards and more have sprouted - I'm loving that!
The Daily Facial lotion from the Palmer's line has the same consistency as this eye cream, if the texture is of concern to you.
All in all, I think this is a good eye cream to use and would definitely recommend and repurchase.

I am really impressed with this eye cream. I've been searching continuously for a good eye cream for about two years. I was trying the non-drugstore creams. I only found this because I was reviewing another Palmer's product on MUA and saw this product. So far, this is the ONLY eye cream that made any kind of difference in my lines. It has softened them a bit and hydrated well - it's not a drastic difference, but I will take anything. The other eye creams I used did NOTHING for fine lines. I''m surprised that the product is so inexpensive considering the great ingredients (Retinol, Vit E, Evening primrose oil, milk proteins, etc). This is great for daytime use because it is not greasy and won't leave a shine. Oh and it is SOO much better than Roc's retinol eye cream which I feel did nothing for my skin.
