I too purchased this at a discount from Winners, though not 2.99 like the other reviewer (jealous), I think it was more like 9.99 or 12.99. I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought the scent was horrendous. I'm a diehard hairspray user since the 80's and I've never experienced anything like this. It smells like vomit, my husband demanded I throw the spray out and I complied.

This product is originally $15 but I got this one a sale at ulta for $2.99. Knowing rusk products, I still bought it, and I dont know why, while the product works as it promises, it smells worse the aquanet hairspray, disgusting, I choked when I used it. I may have to either keep it for a rainy day (when I run out of my good stuff) or return this product even though it was $2.99. As for the performance, It gave my hair a natural hold but kept it firm without making me look like a helmet head.
