this is the only product that makes me EXTREMELY damaged/dry ends feel anywhere the same texture as my new growth plus a lot silkier. i've tried got2b gloss, PM skinny serum, and proclaim glossing polish off the top of my head and nothing makes my hair feel like this.

I used to like this product because I did not know any better. This product no matter what made my hair look and feel greasy. It is a good duplicate of Chi's product but they are both a waste of money to me. Instead of buying this, consider Beyond the Zone, Turn Up the Heat. TUH not only protects your hair, but it also make silky AND NOT GREASY. Since I have started using TUH, my straightening time has become 20 minutes, which is 1/3 of what it was when I used other products. My hair is much healthier as well.

I love, love, LOVE this product! I can't believe that I've been surviving without it! I have medium to dark brown hair (not really sure anymore, I color it too much to remember what it looks like lol) and I bleach it to about white.
I like putting unnatural and bright colors in my hair, and when I get into the light pastel shades, my hair has a hard time looking healthy. :( Light hair colors already don't reflect much light, but I feel like they need to! (and just incase you were wondering, my hair isn't a nasty fried mess, I keep it in really good shape!)
Ok, enough blabbering, continuing with the product!
The Silk Remedy gives my hair an amazing amount of shine!!! And oh my goodness...it leaves it SO silky! My hair feels almost as soft as it did before I started coloring it :)
DEFINITELY a great buy!

I also cannot compare much to the CHI stuff because I never tried it. I used to love KMS Silkener but I cannot find it anywhere. I have tried so many silkeners lately, none of them I have liked. This I like a lot. I have bleached platinum hair that is pretty damaged right now; I went from black to platinum. This stuff makes my hair feel 'normal'. It feels soft and healthy. I put in a little amount and it transforms my hair from dry and brittle to soft and healthy. I like it as much as I liked the KMS. Maybe I will try the real stuff, but why waste the money if I like this stuff so much? Hahaha. I always liked enjoy too and I find this up there with that.

I really cant compare this to CHI in the hair because I have only felt the consistency of CHI, I think they are about the same as far as the feel goes. But the silk remedy is not bad at all, you just can't use alot. Only about a dime size amount because it can be greasy. On WOC hair it does help in the straightening process very well especially if you are stretching a relaxer or straightening natural hair. But for the price you might as well buy the real thing at Marshalls or TJ Maxx, its only a couple dollars more for such a large price. This product is made of nothing but SILICONES so, if you are a natural then this product is definitely not for you unless you are straightening only.

I love this stuff!!! It makes my hair soo soft and healthy looking. I've never used chi so I can't compare it but this stuff is amazing. I use the tiniest amount before and after I straighten and my hair looks amazing. I can't even describe it. Plus it smells really good. Like cologne but fresh and clean cologne not a nasty
Man smell LOL. Love it and recommend to everyone.

Nothing like the real thing. This is every thing the real Chi Silk Infusion is not. It is thick and sticky. Not easy to apply evenly and makes hair look greasy and dirty.
