This lip balm is fantastic and If you haven't tried it then buy it!! I assure you, you cant go wrong with this lip balm.

I have tried A LOT of lip balms ranging in price from $2 - $40 but the Nivea Essential Care is the best one I have used. Plus its only a few dollars and lasts a long time!!!!

I always go back to this lip balm. No matter how dry and cracked my lips are, this will fix it. It also feels great on my lips as its nice and creamy which I find soothing when my lips are really dry.

I have to say this is my absolute favorite lip balm so far but i know i will find my perfect holy grail lipbalm!!! This lipbalm is a must have and is soo cheap! You can get a double pack for only 3$! Nivea is great and has different scents and lipbalms that are for different people! Lets start with the package! This package is dark blue. One of the down sides is that the lip balm pushes down itself when applying! So i guess the package isnt very strong. If you drop your nivea lipbalm tube most of the time it doesnt open so thats great:) this lip balm smells amazing. Almost like a lemon square or a orange cremesical! This lipbalm goes on very smooth and is thick. It has the perfect amount of slipperyness and waxiness! It helps with dry lips but not major chapped lips. One if the things i hate about this lipbalm is that it melts! Not into water but into a substance like vaseline! It starts to get very shiny and glossy! Just stick it in the freezer or 10 mins and its perfect. Better than normal. I love this lipbalm and im sure you will:)

This is definitely my holy grail lip balm. I always end up going back to this lip balm even if I try new products. It is good for an overnight treatment because it is so thick and really moisturizing. I sometimes even use it during the daytime over lip stains and it stops any lip stains from drying out my lips. My lips are really sensitive and can be really dry even with lip balm. They are always chapped and I never seemed to be able to moisturize them until I got this. I've tried everything from EOS to regular Chapstick, to Burt's Bees and none of those worked for me. I would definitely recommend this because I think it is a really good product. Also, the price is really affordable which is a definite plus. I've already repurchased this more than five or more times and will keep repurchasing when I run out.

My HG of lip balms! I can't say I've tried everything on the market, but I've tried several kinds, including Chapstick, Burt's Bees, and dollar store brands (especially when I went on Accutane and my lips were CONSTANTLY dry, and I'd bought several to always have with me. I wish I'd bought this one during that time). This is really creamy and moisturizing, and is a huge help during the dry winter months. It's also really cheap, and sometimes you can find it on sale for cheaper (2 for $1.99 at SDM)!
The only drawback is that it can melt really easily, so better not to keep this in your pocket all day.

This product has literally changed my life. I can't imagine living without this anymore, as overboard that may sound. I used to rely on Carmex and Blistex when it comes to moisturizing my lips. They were okay but they never satisfied me. When I ran out of my Carmex, I decided to go to SDM and purchase another but I saw that the Nivea Essential Care duo was on sale. I picked them up and I was blown away. This keeps my lips very hydrated and it's especially great now that it's winter here in Canada. However, the moisturizing part isn't the thing that made me fall in love with it. Before, I can only wear selected lipglosses/lipsticks since some lip products tend to leave a white line where my two lips meet. It's really embarrassing since the white line appears only after an hour or so and I need to keep checking my phone screen to see if there's white stuff of my lips before I talk to people. I'm not particularly sure why that happens but since I've been using the Essential Care, I can wear ANY lip product I want. This product prevents the white line from showing! I'm so overjoyed and really thankful that I gave this a go. As a matter of fact, I have 3 duos of this as my backup since I just can't live without it anymore. I hope they won't discontinue this!

I'm a lip balm person: my lips are dry year round, and I love touching my lips and rubbing balm into them. So I need at least one lip balm with me at all times. I'm picky too, so if I dislike a balm, I'm not motivated to use it, and my lips get neglected.
I love Lush's lip balms, but they're expensive and not easily accessible so I turned to the drug store.
I recently started looking into the Nivea stick balms because I was dissatisfied with other cheapie drugstore staples like Chapstick, Softlips and Carmex. Burt's Bees reminds me of high school and I like it for its' familiarity but I was tired of the tingle, which seemed to be drying my lips out. Back to Nivea: I like the sleek dark cobalt packaging, I like the price, I like the mild smell and no flavor. It's a dependable, daily lip balm I can imagine buying again and again: if my lips are already in decent condition, this balm keeps them that way and enhances the look of my lips with the satiny finish. The texture/finish reminds me of Maybelline's Baby Lips, which I like. However, I will definitely NOT buy the untinted Baby Lips because they are double the price: I'll stick with Nivea in the dark blue tube for 'bare lip but still dewy and pretty" days! (sunscreen in my lip balm is a low priority for me because of all of the horrible experiences I've had with the taste)

Now, I'll write about the light blue kiss of smoothness SPF 10 here in case you are choosing between the two options. The light blue one has a hard, more opaque texture. It's lighter as well. Nivea did a great job with the lack of sunscreen taste on this balm, but the wimpy film it leaves on my lips isn't wonderful. If I'm planning a day outside I'll use this but otherwise, I doubt I'll get the light blue one again. It's just not for me.

This is, hands down, the best lip balm I have ever tried. It glides on smooth and it is thick and moisture-rich and works immediately.

This lip balm is a heaven in one simple packaging. I bought this on december 2011 and finished it on June, very longlasting and cheap. It softens my dry lips in a few hours. The texture is thick, and has a soft powdery scent that lingers on my lips for a while. The biggest turn off is it tends to melt in hot weather grrr and a bit difficult to get it back to shape. Remembering it is cheap, for me its okay :D since its very moisturising

Love this lip balm. I use it every day and buy it in two-packs. I love it so much my boyfriend put it in my stocking!

It lasts a long time without wearing off and I find it moisturizes well over-night. I used to use plain old Vaseline overnight and find this works just as well, if not better.

My only problem with it is that if it's in your pocket it can melt and too much will come off on your lips.

Other than that, loooooooooooooooooooove it.

I will always repurchase this. On a regular day to day basis, I don't like wearing makeup. I'll just slap on some cream on my face, maybe some mascara and some lipbalm. Lipbalm is one of the products in my life that I can't live without and this has done wonders. The packaging is practical and simple and the product has a nice sweet soft smell. The balm is creamy and absorbs super well into my lips. It's not that expensive, but it leaves my lips super soft where i dont have to reapply my lipbalm all the time. the moisturization lasts a long time and you can feel how soft your lips are even when the balm has faded. my only complaint is that this product melts easily, but besides that, it's a fantastic product that i will continue to repurchase.

This is the best lip balm i have ever used, it heals my chapped lips in no time. But one lipstick off because it melts easily in warm temperature.

Definitely a holygrail! I remembered this item work like wonders when I was younger and I cant believe I totally forgotten about it when I was having the worst chapped lips ever in my life last year. When I get myself to try this again, I never looked back! The balm glides on smoothly and make my lips plump and smooth. I have a very bad chapped and dry lips that needs to be attended to every now and then. I have tried many lipbalm in the market, even the expensive ones doesnt work like this charm! I used this before I sleep and I get perfect lips the next day. Dont buy other flavors under the same range, it might look and smell the same but definitely not as effective. Will repurchase and recommend this to anyone with dry lips!

Got recommended this from a friend who thought it was amazing. I have used blistex, baby lips, and paw paw before and I will say that this blows them out of the water! Except maybe pawpaw ointment is much more amazing as an overnight treatment. Anywho! Onto the review, this thing melts dry hardened lips immediately! I was skeptical because of such boring packaging and meh looking product, but hey! it works :) I probably won't buy it again just because of curiosity over other products but its dirt cheap anyway so no harm in stashing one in every handbag :D

I am a chapstick/lip balm junkie...I keep my lips moisturized and in great shape. So when I see a new product I always grab it. This one .... is not so great. It's nothing special....I never REACH for it but if I grab it I will use it sometimes but most of the time I put it back and reach for another lol...

I use this lip balm semi-daily, it is perfect for adding moisture to your lips and preventing dryness caused from wearing foundation.
I originally bought this during the winter as I get very badly chapped lips, this balm was a godsend as it protected the skin that had not yet dried out and added a layer of protection, this allowed the soreness to go away within a week.
This product is much better than your traditional balm as it is not thick and matte allowing it to absorb into the lip skin where it is needed much faster.
I highly recommend this product.

I bought this after seeing Sambalina using it several times and also reviewing it. After a heavy weekend, my lips have become so dry and chapped and flaky and just downright gross! So i popped into boots and got one of these. I have to say, yes its basic, but thats what i was after. iIts smooth, creamy and lasts a good while on my lips, keeping them moisturised and comfortable. Im glad i got this, as i used my vaseline rosy lips pot this morning and within 15 mins it was like id not used anything, so this is a godsend in comparison! Will use it up and probably repurchase.

UPDATE: My lips have gone from being so dry yesterday to smooth today. Awesome product.

This a great, fragrance free basic lipbalm. I've been using it quite quite a lot lately, after straying to more expensive lip products I find that this works just as well, at a reasonable price. It is great under lipstick, not waxy or slippy, just a great base for colour!

Instant love! Feels silky smooth and brings instant relief to dry, chapped lips. Stay away from the SPF version as it has a nasty glaze on top of your lips.

This lip balm cause the skin near my lips to break out. (I use this lip balm before i go to sleep so it prob got on the area there) I used Hydro care before i switched to this because my friend recommended it. No way i'm going to repurchase it. Maybe if you don't have sensitive skin, this should work.
