if you're familiar with MAC's Pink Bronze pigment, this is like...that in a bottle. it's very smooth and shimmery (the pink flashes don't seem as apparent on my nail as they do in the bottle) - the application was nice and even and it only needed 2 coats to be decently opaque. it looks a little dull against my cool PPP skin, though (i think i prefer my oranges with more gold in them than this). this just isn't interesting enough to keep or repurchase. it was LE.

This is a pretty orange color with pink (and other) undertones. However it was not a good shade for me. If corals/oranges don't look good on you, then this probably won't. However I didn't want to mark way down because on the right skin tone it could be nice.

Let me start off by saying that I'm a sucker for orange. My favorite colours are black, brown and orange. The problem is, there are blacks and browns everywhere within the realm of cosmetics and orange isn't seen very often, particularly used in a way that doesn't scream "Hey! I'm from the circus troupe!" I like those types of oranges but the vast majority of individuals are scared tremendously by that type of orange. Naples Syrup is not one of those oranges.
Naples Syrup is not a syrup colour at all but more of a sunset orange. It's a moderate orange which actually has a bit of pink and gold in it. The pink shows up a bit more in the bottle than it does on the nail but it's still present.
This is a year-round colour, actually. It's not an overly warm orange nor is it a citrusy orange.
I'm a slightly-pink-of-neutral PPP with transluscent, rosy cheeks, greyish-greenish eyes, mauvy-rose lips and naturally light-medium brown hair which is currently a bottle blonde. This colour looks great on my hands (I could wear this as a nude w/ colour) and fun on my toes but I generally go really pale, really sparkly or really deep on my tootsies. I could picture someone who tans well looking great with this peeking out of their sandals as well.
If you're an orange lover like myself then hunt around for it. It might still be available but I fear it is/was a limited edition.
