I honestly purchased this product because of the cute packaging and didn't read reviews beforehand. I wish that I had because the product isn't what I look for in a good eyeliner. It smudges easily on my oily eyelids and the tip is very odd shaped making it difficult to work with. The felt tip is almost a chisel shape that is skinny on one side and wide on the other. It's also not very flexible so I didn't like the way it would sometimes tug on my eye. Since I got this on clearance, it's not such a waste but I wouldn't have paid the original $16 for it. Also, I've only used this a handful of times and it feels like the pen is drying out already. Overall, the money could have been better spent elsewhere.

Love theeeese!:]
Sephora had these on sale for $6 each which was a total steal for such an awesome product. I don't believe these are neither budge nor waterproof (I could be wrong) but it's a felt tip type of liner (think marker) that makes it real easy to control how much comes out and how thick your line is. Plus it's liquid so it looks sharper and it's easier to make winged tips.

I really like the fact that this is marker type eyeliner. It works well for clumsy people like me. Too bad Sephora is discontinuing the line.

If I use this product straight from the pen, it doesn't work for me at all. However, if I use my Sigma eyeliner brush, it works just fine! I can actually apply eyeliner decently and I never could before with any eyeliner! All I do is mark the bristles with black colour from the pen multiple times and then apply like that. It may be a little time consuming, but I'd rather spend an extra minute making sure my eyeliner looks semi-decent.
EDIT: I had to give it a few less lipsticks because it just dries out too quickly!

I'm very unsure about this liner. The felt tip is scratches and tugs at my eyelids when I apply it. The tip also dries out very quickly so I find it difficult to get product out. However, a friend of mine owns one and it seems to come out smoothly for her. Maybe it doesn't work with my skin or I got a bad one? It gives a very precise line which is great for winged eyeliner. I use it to outline the wing and then fill it in with my Revlon Color Stay liquid liner. When it comes out smoothly it is very black but like I said before it doesn't always come out. I want to love it so bad because the packaging is so adorable! It was definitely not worth the $16 I paid for it but the price has recently dropped to $9 so I might try another one to see if mine is just defective or not. Over all, I think it is a nice product and since the price has dropped you should definitely try it out!

I got this tokidoki Perfetto Eyeliner in Sabochan in the mail today and fell in love with it with the first swipe. Why do you love it so much Sarah you may ask? Well let me tell you my reasons why! The package is cute and appealing like everything from the brand. It's a felt tipped pen and I love the tip. It's a fine tip, but it has two edges. A really thin side, and a slightly thicker flatter edge. This makes for amazing control.
The black is a true black. Not a smokey black, not a dull black, but true deep dark BLACK. Squee! The felt tip has the perfect amount of moisture and it glides on easily and the tip allows for perfect control. It goes on right where you want it too and no where else. It's like writing on yourself with a really nice pen. It dried in what seemed like a second or two and was set. I ran my finger across it and no smears! Not even a little bit!
The Sephora description says that these liners can be used on the eyes or even to draw waterproof temporary tattoos that come off easily with make up remover. How fun! I really want to own every shade of this that they make. Yea I'm that in love with it. These come in at $16 on Sephora which make them a little more expensive then drugstore liners but they out perform any pen liner I've ever used so I think it's worth it. Can't wait to get more!

it is terrible at making a straight, precise line, but great for a thicker line and wings!
it's slightly pigmented but it's hard to get the product out sometimes.
i don't like the tip of it is too pointy and hurts your eyes.
i like the cute packaging, but i wouldn't repurchase again because this eyeliner is seriously not the best!

Don't get me wrong, I love the colour and application so much from this product. But I don't understand how this waterproof.. It washed off with water and when I rub my eyes a bit the WHOLE thing came right off! I was so mad. But, it might be because I have oily lids so this product for me didn't work out too well. But i will keep wearing it because as long as I don't touch my eyes, it stays well and doesn't budge so I'll have to stick it out until I finish it. I won't repurchase though, especially because of the price.

well i havent bought this yet but i visited my local sephora today and tried this out, & this black eyeliner hasnt BUDGED since! it's a waterproof formula that really is waterproof. i cannot get it off; the only way is to use a oil-based remover. but i like it a lot, it's a deep black color and it will stay put all day. i will definitely be buying it! the packaging on this eyeliner (actually, the entire line of tokidoki products) is adorable too :D

Here's the deal with the Tokidoki pen liner-
Pro's--- I love the packaging (I love all things Tokidoki) and the thickness.
Love the jet black color. Love the staying proof and how quickly it dries. This pen will not come off unless you use makeup remover. And it DOES NOT FLAKE. At all.
Con's--- Theres only one con for me..... it is hard to apply. It's like the tip is so spongey almost that it comes out a lot... if that makes sense. If you do multiple strokes at once I feel like you have to shake it to get more to the tip. So my hand isn't steady enough to make a perfect line with this liner. Otherwise I like it a lot. So if you are already great with liquid liners, I say buy this one, no questions asked. Otherwise, it will be risky

Love the very cute packaging. The felt tip is a nice touch but a bit thick. Line weight was hard to control. Had issues with the product "bleeding" into my eyes when I was trying to apply it near the corners of my upper lash line. Luckily it does not sting your eyes. Not Waterproof. It smudged & flaked after a few hours. I would not recommend this eyeliner if you are going for a natural tight lined look. Probably better for edgier thicker lined looks or body art. This was pretty expensive for a liner. About $16 at sephora. I love the Tokidoki line for its cute characters but I would NOT repurchase this liner.

I must be the only one this doesen't work for. After reading all the good reviews, I ordered this, and boy, was I disappointed. While I usually use pencil liners, I can use liquid, and this looked and sounded like the best deal going. First of all, I couldn't get the thin line I was looking for...the applicator end is weird and hard to control...there is also no "give" at all. The worst part, however is the fact that it dripped all over my lashes! I had eyeliner everywhere-hands, cheeks, eyelids, eyelashes....took me forever to clean up, I will say that it must be long lasting, because the cleaning was taking longer the more it dried. If this liner wasn't so wet, and the applicator tip was a little more forgiving, it probably would be a decent liner, It's very black and wears well after drying. In my case, tho...this is going back. I don't have the time or patience to mess with it, or it's mess.

I love!!! Sabochan(black) this eyeliner is the best by far. It stays on all day with no smearing and it comes off easy with my makeup remover. Yes, it's a bit on the pricey side, since I'm able to apply and wear it all day. I don't mind paying the price. I no longer use MAC liner. I will definitely purchase again and in other colors.

I wanted to buy a pencil liquid liner so I bought this one because it was fairly new and it's TOKIDOKI! The brush felt a bit hard, and that's the reason why I didn't like it. Also, eyelids seem to hate liquid liners since I always end up tearing whenever I'm wearing them. I like this liner, but it's kind of difficult to use.

This product is fantastic! It is a marker for your eyes. The colour is BLACK, opaque black, which is hard to get with most liners.
It doesn't budge all day and is super easy to take off with normal cleansers and wipes.
I haven't had the product long enough for it to get to its end-of-life yet so I don't know when it starts to dry up or what it is like at that point. For now, the product glides on easily with enough product on the pen to do both eyes without re-lidding.
If you are looking for a stark black line on your lids then this is for you.

I've tried a million eyeliners and so many end up smearing no matter what I do. This one is truly mind blowing! Not only does it glide on easily, but it stays put forever! I have never seen anything quite like it. It's a pen that distributes liquid liner precisely and quickly. I didn't know what to expect when I first tried it, but it took me only a few seconds to draw a very thin and precise line on my upper lids. The design of this liner keeps the line steady and straight. You don't get any smearing or zig zagging with this pen. The line is a bit thin which was not enough for me, but all you have to do is draw another above it and you have a thicker line that stays put all day long! It's worth the extra few seconds! I drew it underneath my eyes and this liner didn't budge all day long (and I have super oily skin)! I went into the bathroom at work to do my normal touch up, and there was nothing to do but blot my face and add a little more lipstick! No smearing period! I usually have to add more eye liner and clean up what smeared underneath, but this stuff is just amazing! It looked exactly as it did in the morning almost 12 hours later! Now that's impressive! Finally a liner that lives up to it's hype! You can put this on and not have to worry about it all day long! It's also the darkest and richest black I have ever seen! Love love love!

LOVE THIS LINER!! It goes on super dark, totally opaque, and doesn't budge. If an eye product isn't waterproof I usually end up with raccoon eyes partway through the day, but this one lasts all day and then some! Dries fast, which is good and bad; it makes fixing mistakes difficult, which happened often as I was getting used to the tip. The felt tip is hard and not flexible, so I had to practice being more precise than I was with other liners. I would say this is its only detraction. The packaging on the liners doesn't look as good as the packaging on the other Tokidoki products, but the liner itself is so good that I don't mind at all.

Great for eyeliner newbies. This eyeliner is really easy to use unlike gel or pencils that i've tried. It's like a sharpie but for your eyes. I got black and it's BLACK not blackish. It doesn't really smudge but i wouldn't say it's totally waterproof b/c after wearing it for a few hours and putting eye drops it did come off a little but still looked okay after blotting with a tissue. Didn't have raccoon eyes. Came off easily with just my regular facial cleaner..didn't even need to scrub or use make up remover. Love it!

I. LOVE. this eyeliner!!! It's awesome. The tip makes it very easy to apply to my lash line, and it's highly pigmented. I fell in love with the packaging as well, since I love cutesy things from Japan. The only thing I don't really care for is the price. I think it's a little overpriced, but I will definitely buy again!

This liner is pretty good. The staying power is amazing and the pigmentation is a wonderful deep black. Packaging is adorable and sleek. Applicator tip smells and looks like a sharpie pen and can be tricky to apply fine or heavy lines. After practicing with this, it works really well. Price is way too steep for a pen liner, so i will not repurchase.
