I love pink eye shadows for a wide awake look. It's true that some pinks can skew too red and make you look tired, but Swish doesn't do that. I have blue eyes and this shadow makes them look almost lavender. I like to pair this with Woodwinked or UD's Half Baked for a gold/pink shimmer.
I'm deducting one star because this is not a shadow you can just sweep on and run out the door. You need to wear primer and be prepared to build it. It's definitely worth it but you need to take your time to get it the exact color in the pan.

Of all the frosts I have tried this is the best. It is brigh pink, but not so bright that you can't wear it and relatively ligtht. It's a good color for green eyes. Compaed to UD, for only $3 more, this doesn't compare in quality, though. If you are a dye hard Mac fan with green eyes and don't mind significant sheen, not frost, on the lid then try this. You have to layer this a good three times to get pigment to match the pan.

Swish is such a pretty colour. It's so shimmery and frosty! The texture is great, blends well, easy to build, brings out my dark blue/gray eyes and is great for spring/summer. Since I am so pale, I have to be careful how I use it, since I have cool undertones it can make me look a bit sick. However if I do my makeup right it looks gorgeous! I probably will repurchase this when I run out!

Swish is a really pretty frosty lilac pink color, the texture is great and the color pay-off is good. It can be used lightly in the inner corner to highlight or built up on the lid or crease to a more vibrant color. Very versatile. However, it is a hard color for my NC25 skin to pull off sometimes which is why I would not repurchase.

This was my first MAC eyeshadow . I loved it at first. Awhile ago I got the BH cosmetic 88 shimmer palette. There is a almost exact same thing in there. Though this is an unique color you can mix and make something better with this palette the price difference is great. However the color from the palette doesn't stay as long. I am happy I have this shadow but I now know I can find things that can easily be substituted for a better and cheaper look. I use this sparingly so I prbably won't repurchase, not because I don't like it.

I love this pink! This color works very well with my warm undertones and I get a lot of compliments with this. It looks good used for a smoky eye, paired with browns or even grays (I tried satin taupe and on another day a gunmetal gray). Not super frosty.

Back in the summer I was craving a frosty pink for some strange reason so I headed to MAC to see if they had any shadows that fit the bill. The make up artist there immediately directed me to Swish. In the pan, Swish looks like a shimmery bubble gum pink. I bought in with no hesistation, but when I took it home and applied it at home the color seemed way different to me. The color looked far more bright pink than a white frosty pink. I didn't expect this, but since I'm not a fan of returning things I kept it. Swish looks beautiful paired with purples, as I did in the picture. I say out of ten Swish gets a 8/10. Its a very unique color.

This is most definitively one of my favorite mac eyeshadows, if not products, ever! This pink is so versatile!! It makes your whole eyelid glow and look fresh and awake, completely contradicting the pink eyeshadow myth in fear of tired looking eyes. It looks perfect with purples, either warm or cool, due to its purple undertones, but also with corals, neutrals, blues, smokey grays and so many more! I grab for it very often!
As for the finish I personnally dislike most of the frost eyeshadows, but this one reminds me more of a veluxe pearl.

I like this for a softer look, espeically when combined with pink freeze. I was a little worried when I initially bought it, I feared the "irritated eyelid" look but not at all, it is beautiful and subtle.

Swish is my first MAC eyeshadow, and it's a great purchase.
I tried it on at the store using my fingers to apply it, it stayed on for the rest of the day, and the colour looked just as fresh hours and hours later.
It's a beautiful light shimmery pink that looked pretty on my skintone.
I highly reccommend it for someone who is slightly tan, as I think it may look too bold on a woman of colour, and as for someone who's white, it depends.
The texture is velvety smooth, and it took one pat to get a nice full colour on my lids. It'll defintely last.
Their eyeshadows are definitely worth the price.

MAC's Swish is my favorite pink eyeshadow. It has a bit of silver tint to it, which makes it really shine. This color works really well with my hazel eyes. I didn't think i would like the way pink eyeshadow would look on me, but when i applied it onto my lids in the store, it was absolutely gorgeous. I'm definitely going to buy this shade again!

i have to agree with almost everything decoded had to say in her review. i purchased swish expecting a much more saturated pink (judging from swatches i'd seen posted online) but its' much a more pale color than i thought it would be. it's still a nice almost neutral pink though - it's a great lid color for me but i honestly don't know if i'd re-purchase it had i swatched it in person @ mac.

Have already purchased twice. This true pink is totally buildable. Its very sweet and soft. I love this color 4 the summer or winter. Goes great w/my hazel eyes. accent w/Grand Entrance or Retrospeck.

This is my first pink eye shadow! I never used to wear pink because there was something wrong with me in pink shadow, I think it doesn't fit me. But I decided to search a pink one that I would like and maybe wear, I had never found so far. I was trying to find a pink to use it with the MAC coppering, that is something red and didn't know how to use it. Then I read the reviews here so I decided to give it a try. I really liked the color, it's not the girly pink or the baby pink, stands for hours, it is really good and different from the other pinks I had tried. The 4 is because I can't imagine myself wearing it alone, all over the lid. I use it to the inner side till the middle and then something darker, brown, or the MAC coppering.

I believe this is the pinkiest pink Mac has to offer. Cool medium pink with slightly violet undertones to it, rich color payoff, nice frost, applies evenly. Looks great paired with all sorts of pinks, purples, berries, plums, greys, blacks. A Barbie, girly -girl color indeed. Not my thing so I won't repurchase, but for you genuine pink lovers out there, you'll definitely enjoy this.

This is such a pretty shadow, I don't think I've really seen I pink like this one. In the pot it looks sort of raspberry but it goes on a little lighter and more of a lilac pink. It goes on very smooth but does need some packing on to get a opaque coat of color. It can be a little tough to get the shadow out of the pan but with a good brush shouldn't be a problem. It's a very unique color that would look good on many skin tones.

This is one of my favorite shadows - it's also one of the first MAC products I bought as a teen. I loved it the moment I saw it. So far, it's been a reliable favorite.
It makes my ambery brown eyes pop! It also lasts and stays right where you put it.

Beautiful pink!
It's hard for me to find a pink color that doesn't make me look like I have pink eye (NC20, blonde hair, blue eyes) and this is the one. So beautiful!
I was looking for a perfect every day eye color and this was suggested to me and I love it!

I love this eyeshadow!
It's such a gorgeous pinkish-raspberry color. Since it's a frost finish, it isn't the most pigmented shadow, but you can build it up to the intensity you want. It's really pretty over a black base like Blackground paint pot or NYX black bean. It brings out the blue duochrome in it.
I do this look quite frequently: Grand Entrance in the inner half, Swish on outer half, and Sable in the crease. It makes a wonderful pink and brown look. I've alse used it on the lid with Sketch in the crease, and Phloof as a highlight. It's a great color to have in your collection.
