I absolutely love this product. It keeps your lips so smooth and moisturizer. I worked for the body shop and I can confidently say that a lot of their make up isn't the best. The eye shadows aren't very pigmented, and their lip sticks tend to run or don't stay on very well. But this lipstick is perfect if you're looking for a good moisturizer for your lips.

I bought the 'Tangerine' colour from Ebay.
It sounds Orange, it looked orange but it's .... PINK.
I am sick of lipsticks that are meant to be some kind of orange turning out to be a strange lurid shade of pink. Gah! Another one bites the dust.

I really like the texture and easy application of these sheer lipsticks, although the colours I have tried have been very different from the names. I have Peach Dream and Chilli Red, neither of which match their names at all: Peach Dream is a light, warm toned pink, quite 60s and Chilli Red is a dark rose-pink with a hint of red, with neutral undertones.
Both are very subtle and the sheer formulations mean they are wearable for day as well. I like the fact they are cruelty free and that the packaging is slim-lined and sleek. .

I'll start off by saying I am not familiar with the beauty control brand at all I know its sold like avon but I've never bought any products from them. I did however get some products for Christmas a couple years ago, a lipstick, lip liner and a few eye shadow trios and quads. the eyeshadows were very good I just didnt care for the shades all that much but they were very very pigmented and all matte! now back to the lipstick, the one I own is in mona lisa and it is one of my top 5 lip sticks out of my very large collection. Its very pigmented, not drying, creamy, feels nice on the lips and stays on a decent amout of time I just love the color (a kind of nude rose color) and the way it feels I told my aunt how much I loved it so I get one for my bday and christmas every years since, otherwise I would def buy it!! =]

I have this lipstick in three colors, so far:

Silver Rose: This is a medium to light pink color, (not barbie pink- it's rosier). It is shimmery/almost frosty and goes on quite sheer. I find it very wearable, it only adds some color and shimmer to my lips. It makes a bit more statement than an average pink lipgloss, but still subtle enough for day time/work. It looks nice on my pale complexion, but I imagine it will compliment any skin tone.

Caramel Cream: This is a true terracotta (light) brown. (Think autumn leaves- that earthy, orange-brown shade). Unlike "Silver Rose" it is very pigmented and contains no shimmer. (or frost). Thanks to the amazing creamy texture, it doesn't appear dull at all. It's one of those classic colors that keeps coming back, with that natural/earthy appeal that goes with many looks. For me personally this is an autumn color.

Sweet Apricot: About the same amount of shimmer as "Silver Rose", but more pigmented (less than Caramel Cream though). This is a medium coral color, on the bright side, but still wearable. May be a bit too warm for my skin tone.

Overall, I'm quite pleased with these lipsticks and will try out other shades. The texture is amazing, creamy and moisturizing as the name suggests. Staying power is decent, needs reapplying like all creamy non-matte lipsticks, but I dont really mind that.
This product is vegan/cruelty free and comes from a company with very clear ethical statement. The price is agreeable and the packaging is really nice too!
