I am SO sad they don't sell this one anymore!! I got mine in Nashville, which is a shiny and slightly sparkly, light pink. It's the perfect color, consistency and scent- minty!! It doesn't have the greatest staying power, but I have yet to find a gloss that does. At $1 a tube, though, reapplying is not an issue. It is impossible to find, except in random Dollar Trees and on Amazon for three times the original price! I really hope they bring this one back to their website or Target- I lost mine about a month ago and have yet to find a suitable replacement. I miss you Nashville Minty Gloss!!

I love this lipgloss! Its so sheer and doesnt give off too much glitter. I like the packaging, its so chic. The only thing I dont like about it is the taste. Its nasty! :p

Whenever I see something with the word "mint" on it, I have to pick it up and look at it. :) So I was happy to see this at the Dollar Tree. I got it in "Nashville". It doesn't really give any color on your lips, but it does have a delicious minty smell and tingly feeling when you put it on. I love the packaging, very sleek. When you put it on, make sure not to put too much on, because it seems like you put on a little, and a few minutes later, there's a whole lot of lip gloss on your lips. Other than that, this is a great lip gloss. :)

I'd like to echo satinsheets' review. I purchased this gloss in "Nashville" on a whim at the Dollar Store for, you guessed it, a dollar. Wasn't expecting much...I just liked the look of it. Surprise! It's now my favorite gloss to use over lipstick. Because the nude color is translucent and the shine is fairly subdued, it bumps a flat lipstick color up a notch without altering the actual color. Unlike several other reviewers, I happen to love the minty effect -- it's just a fresh, clean mouth, sort of mint. It doesn't irritate or sting my lips in any way. The gloss itself looks pretty, but if you're looking for lots of pigment or over the top shine you should probably look elsewhere. Lippie off for packaging (be careful how you close this one in your makeup bag -- the wand cap doesn't always line up correctly). Good stuff cheap!

I own this in the color San Diego. I actually got it for free during one of E.L.F.'s special promotions. This lip gloss has a very striking corally-red color to it. And, it does have a very noticeable minty smell to it that does linger on the lips.

I absolutely adore the color of the lipgloss. However, its actual scent is one that I do tolorate, but don't actually care for as much as I do some of E.L.F.'s other lip products.

I have this in Chicago, and while most people complain about the taste/smell, I want to eat it every time. It smells like dental floss but tastes like a super sweet mint :) Chicago is a goldish color, with copper glitter :) it doesn't look that way on my lips, more of a light, MLBB color. This glosses are very sheer and not sticky at all.

Packaging and toothpaste smells and feels cheap. It even tastes like toothpaste. Doesn't taste horrible, but who wants to taste toothpaste?! It has those gritty glitter that I can't stand on my lips and it's sheer and not long lasting. I have it in Los Angeles and have NC40 skin..doesn't really show up that much. Doesn't have a sticky feel to it. The "minty" feeling lasts for 1 minute.

I have this in Nashville, the minty part is true - but the color is so sheer i never wear it. ELF has better lip glosses in their $1 line..

Got Miami at dollar tree. Glad it was only a dollar. Very sheer. I guess it works better over lip color. Will not repurchase.

I actually found this at the dollar store and I consider that an insult to e.l.f.
I snatched it up and bought it in peach or as the website states "Miami." It's now one of my favorite glosses.
The color is more pink than orange and it's a nude type tone and I love it. The website shows it as a bright orange, but in person, it's much more tame.

It went on smooth, didn't feel heavy and lasted for a few hours. It is somewhat sticky, but not nearly enough as my MAC lipglass. It's actually a very similar shade as my pink lipglass.
When you apply, it gives off a nice tingle and is indeed, minty. It's cool too, which is nice. Though, the mint tasted more like toothpaste but it's worth it to wear this lipgloss.

The tube is also very nice, very "expensive" looking. Great design.

I'm inlove with elf and it's amazing how they are so cheap yet produce some amazing makeup.

I love these lip glosses! I have pretty much every color, but I recently finished a tube in "Nashville". I really enjoyed it! It was a pretty color, had a nice consistency, and smelled and tasted really good! I would recommend 100% (especially being so cheap!).

I have this in "San Diego". The color is really sheer and pretty and I enjoy the minty tingle and cooling sensation. May not be for everyone, but I do enjoy it. Hey, it's only a buck!

So I picked one of these up at my local Dollar Tree, in the shade San Diego, a pretty coral with gold shimmer in. I love the packaging, it looks and feels very nice and luxe. However, the product itself is lacking, and I'm glad I only paid $1 for it, and not the regular $3. I didn't experience any unpleasant tingling like some other reviewers. However, I don't enjoy how the product is so sheer, it really does take at least 4 coats to get any color to show up. To be fair, I have pretty pigmented lips, but, 4 coats is a bit much. I like the minty smell, but I'm a chronic lip gloss licker, and I guess I should have known not to get a flavored one. I absentmindedly lick my lips, and it's like I'm eating toothpaste. Finally, I don't like the texture, either, it feels very grainy.

I got this in Miami. It's a pretty light peach pink colour. It doesn't have crazy pigmentation or anything, but does make my fairly red pigmented lips appear a little lighter. It's not really shiny, but it's okay. It tastes really sweet and minty, and it's almost like having melted candy on your lips. It smells like mint too. It has a really strong tingly-prickly feeling, and I had to wipe it off after a while because it had started hurting. It's not drying at all, kind of moisturizing actually.
But the thing is, this broke me out so bad around my mouth. So. Bad. Seriously. It was awful. And I don't usually easily react to cosmetic products. Even if I just use it one single night, I wake up in the morning with clogged pores, zits, pimples and large pores around my mouth. Bleh.

Elegant packaging, and an okay product, with an interesting shade name (los angeles-appropriate, since I live in CA). I paid $1 for this at my local $tree store. My shade could be described as being a pretty, golden rose/medium pink, with gold flecks/sparkles/glitter. Square, clear tube with a square, plastic screw top lid and a doe foot applicator, that does not quite close properly on the first twist. Needs a solid wrenching to wind completely closed. In addition, the doe foot is fairly ineffective at picking up a good quantity of product. As for the product, it's true to its descriptive: minty. Not "Junior Mints" minty, fortunately. Vaguely tacky, but not overly sticky. Applies nicely, but makes my lips slightly itchy (as distinct from tingly) and has weak to non-existent lasting power. Not really my shade, either. No on the re-buy, unfortunately.

I bought this at my nearest Target for $3. I bought the shade Miami, which is a nice colour for my lips. Indeed, these lipglosses give quite a minty feeling upon application, and at first my lips burned at the intense tingle. After a while the minty feeling fades away, and it's just like an other lip gloss out there. I give props to E.L.F. for making a lipgloss that lasts for a long time with a minty feeling but for me, this lipgloss feels a bit too grainy for my liking.
I have tried other minty lipglosses from covergirl and I like those better. The color range is okay, but most are a little too similar for me. Overall I give this 4 lippies because it does last a long time on me but i took a lippie off for the texture.

Have this in Boston (sheer cherry red). Love the minty scent and taste. Love the sparkle. It's kind of hard to get out of the bottle, you have to try like 5x to coat your lips. Doesn't have crazy pigmentation or anything, but a nice addition on top of the tinted lip balm or a lipstick. Gorgeous packaging, but not all that functional.

UPDATE: Can be found at dollar tree.
