I use this as a sparkly creme eyeshadow. I'm heavy lidded so I look for sparkly eye shadows that brighten and highlight. The consistency is perfect for they eye area - nice and creamy not powdery, wet, or goopy. Doesn't crease up. The sparkle is just right. Some gold shimmer without being over glittery. And dang who can beat the price $1! I've tried to use it as a shimmer for cheeks or lips and it looks horrible. But for eyes - super simple no fuss shadow that makes my green eyes pop.

Though I like the concept of this product, I don't see anything too special about it. The color payoff isn't that good... it's more like a slight shimmer than any sort of gold or peach color. The smell isn't that pleasant either. I tried it on my lips and it's really drying and kind of stings for some reason. I guess I'll just use it as a highlight.

Really not a fan of this product, offers little pigmentation - on my cheeks at least, was expecting somewhat of a blendable frosty golden peach highlight, but got a muddy almost colour-less base with tons of shimmer and glitter, very unimpressed. Thought this was going to deliver but frankly, this really doesn't work for me, My least favourite purchase from E.L.F.

Why so much hate for this product? I have an olive complexion and most highlighters are just way to light for my skin tone. This is the perfect shade for me! its not to glittery, blends perfectly, and isnt sticky. It doesn't have a bad smell either! i do not suggest this for fair skin, it would be way to pigmented. i also use it as a eyeshadow base everyday! MUST HAVE. my hg highlighter

This is a strange product; I'm not sure if I got a bad one or if this is just how it is. I think the color is pretty, but it's a little too shimmery for me. That would be fine, but I found that it didn't apply well. I tried to warm it up on my fingers first, but it still didn't seem to blend out easily.

I hate these so called "blushes".They don't do anything but stck to my skin. The colors are nice but when on your face offer little to none pigmentation.I kind of like this highlight in spotlight but the other ones are greasy and are completey impossible to blend with a brush or your fingers unless you would like to irritate your skin.Spend your time and money sme where else, but they are so cheap i advise you to try one and see if you like it or not becuase different products work different on different people.

I have pale skin and this does not work for me as a highlighter at all! It basically makes me look like a glitter ball, and the colour is ill looking; it gave me a fake golden-y shimmery look, eww. Plus the formula is hard to blend and doesn't sink in the skin. It is kinda greasy and just sits on top of the skin and made my pores look larger than they are.

I would not use it as blusher or eyeshadow or anything else, on pale skin or otherwise, because it is way too shimmery/glittery and the shimmer is not fine.

It does have an orangey smell as others have noticed, but it also smells a bit rubbery to me, like car tyres.

I don't think I'd recommend this (or this shade anyway) as a highlighter for darker skin tones either, as I think it's too light and would look ashy (apart from all the other issues). You have been warned.

This is a must have for everyone!! I really love the shimmer it gives. You can put it on your browbone, middle of the eyelids, corner of the eyes, bridge of the nose, cupids bow, cheekbones and middle of the bottom lip. it is versatile and so multi functional!
I was really surprised how good the twist mechanism was! i thought it would be a flimsy twist packaging.
I bought this for $4 (online in australia). it would be more worth it if you guys buy these in the US since it would be $1!! MUST HAVEEE

Wow so much hate for this little stick! I liked it and I liked the smell :3 But I have not used it as a blush, and I don't think I would because of the glitter. I have only used this on the cheekbones after applying bronzer. Really looks pretty if the shimmer is not too much for you.

Eh. This is so pretty in swatches, but not on me. I was thinking to use this as a blush, but no. Has no color on my cheeks, but TONS of glitter. This is hard to put on your face and hard to blend. Will not repurchase, sadly. Maybe in another shade....

This was a waste of a dollar! It applied unevenly and I couldn't blend it out. It showed up as a muddy peach packed with shimmer. I looked like a clown after I put it on. I will not repurchase.

I bought this today on my ELF shopping spree, and it's ok. I put some on my hand, it looked WAY shimmery, and I was thinking, "barf. this is not going to work on my face, no way." But I tried it on my face anyway, and it somehow translated into a nice peachy blush, a little shimmery, but not too bad on my face. The pigment also was WAY more than I expected from such a cheap brand. It just in general looked very different from tube to hand to face. I am in a phase where I am liking bright, fun, peachy/coral blushes, but this one had just a touch too much pigment for me. It seemed the more I tried to blend, the more the pigment darkened. It's too dark/shimmery to put anywhere other than cheeks or eyelids. I tried to highlight across my nose, and looked like a clown. If you have darker skin, this would probably be awesome, with the pigment and slight highlight, but on my fair winter skin, it wasn't bright enough to pull off.
I will never hate on a $1 makeup of decent quality, and this one is pretty decent in quality, but colorwise, it just wasn't my cup.

Great color if you want something gold-toned-- fabulous on warm skin. Just enough shimmer for a highlighter, and really looks beautiful once applied and blended.

That being said, the packaging is crap and the product is not very useful for eyes and lips (the color is too shimmery for a blush and too sheer for use as much other than a highlighter.) I personally like the smell (like orange candy), but I can see how it might turn some people off. It's difficult to blend with fingers or even a sponge, since the formula is so thick, but I've found great success using Essence of Beauty's blending brush to blend it along my cheekbones. Still, I have other highlighters I like better, so have ended up using it very infrequently.

Wouldn't buy again, but for $1, I can afford to experiment with colors, which is nice. Might look into some of the lighter shades, as this one is a little hard to find uses for.

It kinda has an off setting smell...like when I smell it it's like they added a very pleasant smelling fruity candy type scent in it but then I'm off set cause there's also a chemical smell to it too. Also it can't blend worth crap and there's barely any pigmentation. I would only reccomend using it as a highlighter but good luck with the whole blending factor! I will not repurchase but thank God it was only a dollar!

I have yet to try a product from ELF that actually wows me. I bought this stick because I thought the color was really pretty and would work well as a blush. Boy was I wrong. I'm not sure if my store just has expired products but this stick was dry and didn't go on smoothly. I tried heating it up with a hair dryer the 2nd time with little results. Color is way too sheer, it barely shows up on my cheeks. So then I tried it on my eyelids and had to cake it on to see any color. Like others said, it's hard to blend as well, which leaves me with blotches of shimmer. Only thing I liked was the compact size and twist up packaging. Thankfully it was only a dollar.

I love the color of this product and the fact that it's so travel-friendly but that's all I really have to say about it. It's hard to blend and the color doesn't seem to translate well once I apply it on my face. Seems to work better when I occasionally use it to highlight the inner corners of my eyes but that's only because I don't want this to go to waste!

This is such a cool item to have! It's cheap, and versitile. I've been using it as a eyeshadow primer for warmer colors. It's great. The color stays on well with it, and it's perfecft for my shimmery eyeshadows.

I don't know that it "brightens", but it does the job of a bronzer for me. I have medium tone skin, and it looks really good over a tinted moisturizer. It gives me a more polished, finished look.

I have also worn it under a clear gloss, and it gives me just a hint of color.

I think it's awesome! It smells nice, though I can see how some people can be put off by the scent. But I like it, it's fruity and just a little sweet. I bought it because it was only a dollar! Totally worth more, and I'm definitely going to re-purchase!

I wasn't really a fan of this. It has a weird smell, I don't mind it but I definitely feel like some people would be repulsed by it just because it's not very subtle. it sort of smells like carmex or something extremely fruity. I would buy it again, but not in golden peach because I'm not a fan of the color. It's very bronzer-ish to me and on my skin, my cheeks/face in general is kind of pink tinted which is uncommon. so I don't so much like the results this gives me but I would definitely try another color cause it's pretty creamy, has a convenient applicator and who can argue with $1?

Let me start by saying I absolutely love this product. After I put on my foundation, I use it to highlight my cheekbones. A few dabs and swipes later, I look sunkissed. I love the shimmer of it. It lasts all day, and feels so smooth. For only a dollar, its perfect! I'm buying a ton next chance I get.
