The most important thing i need to say bout this product - it's really expensive! It is definitely a very rich cream, so it did help with my flakiness on my eyes but it did nothing for my dark eye circles, fine lines or puffiness. It is a very good base for make up though especially if used with Bobbi Brown concealer. It makes the concealer glide on very nicely and doesnt flake for up to 8 hours for me. However, a few months into using it, i got some lil white spots under my eyes. I was worried it was milia spots, so I stopped using it hoping it will go away. Until now, they are still there, but not bigger and not more than before. Just a warning for those who are prone to milia. I never got them ever before using this.

this product seemed to work to get rid of my eyebags. although my eyebags have not completely disappeared, i have seen it slowly lighten up... i guess i dont' get enough sleep because of school. anyway, i would recommend this product if you want to get rid of dark circles and you get enough sleep. although i found this product quite expensive, i bought it at David Jones for $110, it is so small too! but overall, it worked, so i guess that's what was good!

My skin is dry to very dry and sensitive. This rich eye cream does a great job of moisturizing the skin around my eyes without any irritation. I use it twice a day. Sometimes I use it as a day and night cream. On the downside, it's very thick, and I had to stir it around with a cosmetic spatula to make it easier to apply. The cream comes in a heavy, overly large, glass jar. It would be more sanitary if it came in a lightweight tube instead. I don't plan to repurchase.

Amazing product .. I use this at night as a treatment night cream as I have oily skin it's too rich during the day u set my concealer but at night time it works wonders my eye area is always plump and hydrated and you can see the effects almost instantly . I have tried a lot of eyecreams but I like a rich texture . This is a winner for me

I have eczema and I regularly get it on my eyelids. Finding a moisturizing eye cream that hydrates and doesn't cause an eczema flare up or burning has been difficult. This has been wonderful for my eyelids! I use it morning and night and it keeps my eyelid eczema at bay. Well worth it and it also requires very little product to get great hydration.

After reading the rave reviews on MUA a few months ago, I bought the Bobbi Brown Extra repair eye cream. I'm in my mid-30s and starting to notice small lines under my eyes and "crows feet", and my skin is dry and dehydrated so that makes it look worse.

For the first 2 weeks I was really pleased with the product - it is quite thick, so I used a tiny amount and warmed it between my fingers and patted it around my eye, trying to focus on the "orbital bone" so I didn't get too close to the eye. It seemed to smooth away my fine lines, and even reduced the dark circles under my eyes. The skin around eyes looked refreshed and hydrated, and makeup was SO easy to apply.

I soon noticed however that when I put it on at night it "travelled" up closed to my eye during the course of the night - and sometimes I woke up with my eyes watering. Then I noticed a a small white bump under my eye, something I never had before - milia! Even though I was only using a TINY amount of the cream! Very disappointed.

Another con is the packaging - while the glass jar looks fancy & luxurious, it is a pain to travel with (heavy / clunky) and not very hygenic as you're dipping your finger into the pot over and over - a pump would have been better.

After paying so much for this cream, I'm disappointed it's just going to end up an expensive cuticle cream (which I'd doing a nice job of BTW!)

Ladies- the only reason you THINK it is hydrating is because of the petrolatum in it which is mineral oil. It is a filler. It leaves a slik finish but is not actually seeping into the skin thereby hydrating it. You might as well use ponds cold cream as soon as a product says petrolatum or mineral oil.

Besides there is fragrance in it which means more junk is in it. I just do not want to spend $68 for something with a bunch of junk in it.

I am not above paying $150 for an eye cream that actually works without chemicals that are actually harmful.

This product has won awards because it works, it's amazing and I love it!! I thought my eyes looked just the way did and that was that, until I used this product! WOW. My eyes have been lifted, smoothed and plumped out. Even my husband asked me when I was makeup free had I done something to my eyes because they looked really 'awake' ha! I screamed with delight!!
I am 27 with no wrinkles but do have dry skin and my eyes water a lot which dries this area out - but this is no longer the case - well my eyes still water but there is not much I can do about that - but I no longer have dryness underneath my eyes.
I have only put the price of this as 3 stars because although initally the product is expensive, you get so much for your money it will probably last a year which actually works out as really cheap. I have been using mine for about 3 months and there is only a slight dent in the jar. Packaging is beautiful as well. I love BB products and will buy this again and again

it is more of a barrier cream to me, as it is so thick, the main ingredients are mineral oil and silicone, it has fragrance which may irritate some people, good things are that it has no parabens and got peptides and some good oil and ingredients. it doesnt seem like much cream in a jar but because it is so thick, it lasts a long time as you need very little. the recommended details on the package said that it should be discarded within 6 months. to use this, pat gently around the eye area, do not smear it like a lotion. jar container is also annoying as it can harvest germs and the ingredients become less potent esp for eye cream, it should be more hygienic than a jar type.

note; this cream could give you milia, if you are prone to milia. dont use this.

I'm not gonna lie, I bought this after seeing some youtubers rave about it.

Pros: very creamy, heavy, feels "luxurious", jar is very durable & sleek looking.

Cons: didn't notice a ton of difference from cheaper eye creams, the pot is sorta inconvenient & not travel friendly.

For the price, I won't buy it again. I think Kheil's avocado eye cream is just as good... and I like Olay regenerist eye serum a lot better. If you're 21 and want a brand name eye cream, this is for you... if you're trying to keep the fine lines/dark circles away and you're trying to conserve money, then look elsewhere.

This is the best eye cream, EVER.

I purchased this ever since it first came out and I've been repurchasing it over and over ever since. (I've gone through at least 5 or 6 pots of this and in case you didn't know, one pots lasts for at least 6 months)

It's a thick, very moisturizing eye cream with a cucumber scent, and it looks flawless underneath concealer.

RECOMMEND.

Have been using this product for a couple of months now and I love it. The creamy consistency makes it a little more difficult to apply but it is quickly absorbed into the delicate skin for concealer application. I've not noticed any major changes with my dark eye circles problem (or maybe it's because I'm a law student and don't get enough sleep) but it does lighten the area when you first apply it. Provides adequate hydration too. The packaging is bad though and it is quite expensive. I feel like I'm paying for the glass jar instead of the product, seeing that there's so little product in such a big jar. It's big and heavy which makes it difficult for me to bring along when I'm travelling light. However, the packaging is not going to stop me from buying it again. Overall a great product.

Probably the best eye product I have ever used, and I have used many, many eye repair products ....

this has been a g-ddess send to my over 40 eye area. Extremely thick, will not absorb well unless you warm it up between your fingers. But the hydration that gives the eye area is second to none, in my experience. Again, used so many brands, so many prices points, so many claims.

What else I love is how easily and effortlessly it can be applied to the lid area, without any eye irritation; causes absolutely no puffiness in the morning, simply a supple moisturized eye.

Amazing stuff. Definite repurchase.

I just turned 24 and I have pretty good skin, but I live in the Northwest so the climate here really dries out my skin and I have to really moisturize. I really like this eye cream because it moisturizes very well, lasts a long time, and looks great under makeup. Reading through the reviews, I can't believe how many people either don't read instructions or just don't know how to properly use eye creams. If you find this cream to be too thick or you think you're pulling on your eye too much, then YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG. What you need to do is take a little bit onto your ring finger and TAP it in between your other ring finger to warm it up so it becomes thinner and hence more spreadable. Then, you TAP it onto the area around your eye. You don't tap it right into your lid or right under your eye. The cream travels up to an inch and if you tap it right under/above your eye, the cream will spread into your eye and irritate it, making it puffy and watery. SO, you need to tap it about 3/4 of an inch under your eye and like a quarter of an inch under your brow bone and around your eye. Don't rub it in, just keep tapping until it's absorbed enough so that you don't see any white. I think if people apply this product correctly, they'll see the benefits of it rather than the negative problems of incorrect application.

I bought this eye cream based on the reviews as I was getting crows feet around my eyes. The cream is super thick and can be hard to spread unless warmed between your fingers. I could only use this at night because of the thickness and I find that it can be a bit sticky too. My fine lines improved a little while the product was on but nothing to rave about. The jar it comes in is annoying, too big and heavy for the small amount of product inside. The worse thing about this product is that it gave me a milia spot just under my eye that doesnt seem to go away even though I have discontinued this product. This eye cream is extremely expensive too. I have personally had far better results with Lancome's Genifique serum for my crows feet, since using that they have disappeared! This eye cream was a complete waste of my money and god knows how I will get rid of the milia spot it has left me with! :(

I recently bought this product based on the MUA reviews, and OMG, it really works! Yes, it is thick, but if you rub it between your fingers, and pat it on around your eyes, you don't have to use that much to get a really remarkable effect. It truly has reduced puffiness, lines, darkness, and even that funky crepey thing. I love it, and will definitely repurchase!

I bought this based on the reviews here. For me the consistency is way too think. It's difficult to spread around my eyes without pulling the skin in all directions. Also, I wake up with swollen eyes every time I use it at night. Unfortunately I thought it was just taking me time to get used to it so I threw away the box and the receipt and now I'm stuck with it. Definitely not for me; huge disappointment.

I read the many enthusiastic reviews on MUA and decided I just had to buy this product. I'd had it about two days, and was pleased with it, though not sure it was showing any results yet (it would have been a miracle if it had, after such a short time), when I read an article in the Sunday paper about the very worst, most toxic ingredients found in makeup and treatment creams. Just out of curiosity, I thought I'd check the list on the box for this product, since I hadn't yet thrown it out. Well, it contained almost all of the worst toxins mentioned in the article: petrolatum, dimethicone, phenyl trimethicone, and about three or four different PEG (polyethylene glycol) compounds.

I'm not saying we should all stop using this stuff, but I do wonder if maybe Bobbi Brown, which I think pretends to be an environmentally and health conscious company, shouldn't be queried about its use of such ingredients. I happened to have another BB box from a recent purchase, and that product contained lots of bad stuff too!

Wow Wow Wow.
Thanks MUA-ers! you let me to a brilliant product.
I have tried almost ALL eyecreams. From white tea creams, to Givenchy Noir cream, to La Pairie, to Dr Lewins, to Christian Dior, to crystal serums, to Chanel, to Dr Perricone...the list goes on and one for years.
But I think I can stop now...because this cream is FREAKING FANTASTIC.
I have white skin that is going quite crepey around the eyes. Especially when I smile. I had never found a cream that REALLY moisturised that area wiithout making me break out or get millia. This cream somehow does. It is really really thick (think of those really thick white hand creams for cracked skin type thick) but it's got lots of goodness that it kind of sinks into your skin (but not completely) and really moisturises your eyes..so those fine lines plump out. It doesn't sting and doesn't seem to make the area worse after it wears off (like some of those more 'active' type creams do).
I love it I love it I love it.
I've had the cream for 2 weeks and my eye area has really visibly improved. But I don't feel like it's improved because of 'active' ingredients -- rather it's improved from the intense moisturisation and goodness the cream has. <3
