I'm pretty pale and my lips generally take on pigment very well. But every now and then, my lips tend to pale out and tend to make me look like a listless zombie. So I generally need some kind of lip color on a daily basis to give them a bit more life and flush. Enter this product! I have little complaints about it and what it says it can do. It imparts color, imparts moisture, and stays on my lips quite well. In fact, as the moisture absorbs into my lips, it leaves a pleasant stain (about 1-2 hours after initial application) that is quite pretty. The only problem I really have with this is that it is pigmented. Like sheer-lipstick or lip butter type of pigmented. Unlike general tinted lip balms, a noticeable amount of color comes off when you wipe your lips or drink out of a coffee cup. I still keep this around for when I want something a bit more vibrant, but I'm afraid I've conceded that I can no longer use it as a "lip balm" and keep it more as a "sheer lip color" in my makeup back.

I bought this product because I was looking for a nice tinted lip balm to use for work (lipstick is too much for me, but I have to have some colour on my fairly unpigmented lips or I'll end up looking like a zombie). I was hoping it would be a slip-into-your-pocket-and-not-have-to-look-into-a-mirror product, but I'm so disappointed! First of all, the price. I paid two arms and legs for this -- $5.50 CDN + tax at Sally's! I would normally never pay that much for a tiny tube of lip balm, but the Sally website listed it as $3.99. So deceiving! Second, this "balm" is not moisturizing AT ALL. It goes on waxy, does not absorb, and, like the reviewer below me mentioned, seems to leave my lips drier than before (they look scrunched up, if you know what I mean). If I had known this I wouldn't have paid so much for this crap! That being said, the colour payoff is nice -- I have mine in Rosey -- but it definitely does not go well with dry lips, which is what this "balm" leaves you with. The only reason I chose this over C.O. Bigelow's Rose Salve was because this is herbal and I liked the classy little packaging. But this does nothing for me whatsoever so I'm really regretting buying it, especially for the outrageous price. Will stick with a lip stain and good old' Blistex for work instead.

Everyone online raves about these, and they don't cost a lot so I figured I'd try one. My lips are often dry and flaky so I was really hoping this would deliver both color and moisture.
I have the shade Berry, and the color itself is fine on me, but it fades away very quickly. This wouldn't bother me too much if the product also moisturized my lips, but it doesn't! In fact, it dries them out even more, and the color sticks to the dry patches and generally looks terrible.
So, this product didn't work for me at all, and I won't be buying another one. The search continues...

I wanted something I could just pull out of my pocket and slather on without thinking about how it looks. This tinted balm is great! I bought it in Brownie, which is a very pretty and natural brown pink. The colors are sheer, so I wouldn't worry about getting a garish shade. It moisturizes very well and stays put for a while.

Being a lip balm junkie, I had to look into these after seeing some swatches. I've passed by the Palladio displays countless times without a second glance, and boy am I sorry I didn't find these little gems sooner. Bronzy Pink was the one that appealed to me the most. Sadly, it did not look like the online swatch once it was applied. I don't get a any pink at all from this, just very shimmery, golden bronze-nude. Very lovely color, but just not flattering on me. I'll be getting a brighter color next time.
While the shade is not a hit, the formula is pretty much what I want most tinted lip balms to be: Very good color payoff, incredibly smooth application (no patchiness to be seen), extremely moisturizing, good lasting power, and a wonderful vanilla scent that makes it fun to apply. Thanks for introducing me to a drugstore gem, MUA!

LOVE this...I bought this in Cotton Candy and it adds just a sheer pink to my lips with a little bit of frost (not too much though). I can put this on without a mirror and no worries at all. and it really moisturizes my lips! will buy this again and again and maybe try some new ones!

I`ve bought 2 of these, `Champagne` and `Rosey`. I LOVE both of them!!! They instantly smooth your lips out, no more little lines on my lips! They also moisturize very well! They last for hours! I love them so much, that I got home and threw all my other lipblams out, including a $16 Dr.Hauschka one. The `Champagne` color is almost like your natural lips but even more beautiful, soft pinky, smooth gorgeous lips!!! The `Rosey` is a medium rosey pink, perfect for daytime, as it is not full coverage more like a sheer pretty rosey pink. The color lasts for hours, not even many lipsticks can say that. The price is $4,99 at Sallys and that is the best $4,99 I ever spent! :-)

I'm very impressed with the Palladio herbal Tinted Lip Balm. Despite herbal in the name, there is no herbal scent, in fact the scent is a vanilla that reminds me of MAC lipsticks. No ingredients listed on the tube. I've been wanting a tinted lip balm for some time and just couldn't find one I liked at the right price point until I found these at Ulta.

I got this tinted lip.balm awhile ago in the color cotton candy and I absolutely love it. The color is really nice, its kinda like a baby pink color and its so pretty. To my surprise it was also very moisturizing too. I am so.glad I found this because every lipstick tinted lip balm, or anything like that I could never wear because they would just dry out my lips and then the color would just come off. But not this stuff. I would buy this aging and I also plan to purchase the other colors as well.

WOW!!!! I really couldn't be any happier with these tinted lip balms. Keep in mind that I am a person who has a very DIFFICULT time finding lipsticks and glosses that agree with me. What I mean by that is that I am not really a lipstick person but more of a gloss person. However, most colors don't suit me too well. Lipsticks are either too matte or have too much color and most lip glosses are either too sheer and come out looking clear on my lips no matter what. I simply ADORED Mac Lip Gelee in "Straight to the head" but unfortunately it was a limited edition and no longer available. With that said I have been searching and searching for the perfect color for my lips. After reading the great reviews regarding the Palladio tinted lip balms I was very leery. I have never worn a tinted lip balm in my life and I just assumed that they were very sheer colors that would be no different than a clear gloss. I headed out to my local Sally's today and purchased 3 colors: Golden Pink, Bronzy Pink and Cotton Candy. I held my breath when I applied them and hoped for the best. WOW!!! I was pleasantly surprised. The Golden Pink is my favorite color. It's looks just like the name. Pink with golden shimmer. I happen to be a person who LOVES shimmer so this wasn't a problem for me. I tried on the other 2 colors and they are nice too. These balms are not too sheer but pigmented just right. They are like a cross between a lipstick and a gloss. The texture is not thick, goopy or sticky but very moisturizing. A lot of ladies have been complaining about the staying power of these, but what I did first prior to applying them was apply one coat of "Sealed with a Kiss", lipstick sealant. This is an item that can also be purchased at Sally's. It gave these balms HOURS of staying power without being too dry. The colors really do agree with my skin tone which is a relief and I plan to purchase these again and again!! Kudos to PALLADIO!! They hit these out of the ballpark. :)

After seeing these in both Ulta and at Sally's I decided to give them a try--I bought several colors, including bronzy pink, golden pink, cotton candy, and sangria--and LOVED how creamy and actually how much pigment there was for an inexpensive lip balm--and the staying power was pretty decent, too. I have to say my favorite was the golden pink, a nice goldish pinky hue that pops :) the bronzy pink is nice, too. Would definitely keep these as a staple in the hot, humid months in South Florida. If you're thinking of trying them, go ahead--you won't be disappointed. Cheaper than the Revlon lip butters, and IMO nicer colors, too!

After reading the good reviews for this, I picked it up in Rosey. I liked the thought of being able to get some color on my lips from a product that I could keep in my pocket.
First tip: don't keep this in your pocket. My balm is now a melted mess, which probably explains why I don't use it very often! It did not leak out of the tube and stain my pants though, so that is a plus. Second tip: USE A MIRROR. This may not be true for all of the colors, but this product is pigmented enough that even the light colors probably warrant a mirror, especially if you accidentally melt them.
Rosey is a really pretty red color, more than a natural flush of color but not overpowering. I think Berry or Golden Pink would be a better choice for me for an everyday color, but I do still like Rosey.
I didn't feel that the balm was especially moisturizing, and I liked it best when I applied an actual lip balm first. Other people seem to think it is enough, so maybe I just have dry lips. It is definitely less drying than a lipstick, and it doesn't have straight-up petroleum in it (not sure about byproducts), although it DOES contain parabens. "Herbal" does not mean "natural."
So: fairly inexpensive product, not as moisturizing as a pure lip balm, highly pigmented, has some nasty stuff in it, but probably not as bad as most lipsticks on the market. I would say this is a good way to get some pigment and be more gentle to your lips than your standard lipstick is, and I might use the darker colors as lipstick replacements until I commit to investing in a natural lipstick. I don't know if I would rely upon it as a daily lip color, though. I like the Burt's Bees tinted lip balm better, even if it isn't as pigmented.

I was looking for a nice, unfragranced, moisturizing and quite pigmented lip balm but was never satisfied until I got Palladio Tinted Lip Balm. I have dry lips and most lip balms (even Korres Lip Butters) were too drying, too fragranced or not pigmented enough on my already fairly pink pigmented lips.
Palladio isn't available overhere so I had to order from eBay. I chose Brownie because I read it's a great dupe for Clinique Almost Lipstick Black Honey and although I love the colour of Black Honey, the Almost Lipstick formula unfortunately is too drying.
I'm not disappointed! Smooth texture, unfragranced, moisturizing and incredibly pigmented. Brownie is a MLBB sheer, slightly brownish red. Nothing too brown, red or pink; just right. This colour has even more "oomph" than Black Honey yet looks natural (I'm a neutral toned NW/NC10). Just like Liv Tyler's lips as Arwen in "Lord of The Rings" (she wore Black Honey in that movie).
I've been wearing it every day since I got it, ignoring all of my other lipsticks & lip glosses.
So I most definately will repurchase despite it being slightly expensive for a lip balm having to order from abroad. I think I'll just need to stock up on this;-) Highly recommended!

just bought Golden Pink and Berry. 2 totally different consistencies on these: golden pink has shimmer so it's a tiny bit gritty. Berry has no shimmer so it's extremely smooth. I definitely like both colors and it moisturizes great but I like the smoother consistency better. Picking up Rosey next!

I bought this today at Sally's in Cotton Candy and I love it! I am very low maintainance when it comes to my lips and I pretty much only use chap stick. They are very moisturizing and last. You don't even need a mirror! Its pretty well pigmented for a tinted lip balm too.

I've never had much luck with lip balms as they tend to somehow make my lips drier, which I don't quite understand. So, I've been on the hunt for a lip balm or gloss that is actually moisturizing. I've finally found it! This tinted lip balm feels wonderful on my lips and I love the colors. I bought two, one in golden pink and the other in naturally bronze. I will definitely repurchase when I finish with these! I'd like to try all the colors.

Excellent quality & price! Especially when compared to Burt's Bees tinted lip balms-$7 for 4.25g, these are $4 for 7.4g!!!! Plus 9 colors to choose from vs 6, (but these ofcourse are not 100% natural) Anyways, they are superrr moisturizing & nicely pigmented (except cotton candy). My breakdown for newbies wanting to try them out:
~~Berry sheer peachy color can be MLBB for less pigmented lips
~~Brownie sheer color can be MLBB for more pigmented lips.
~~Orange is peachy orange that I don't like by itself, but LOVE it over washed out nude lippies, adds the right amount of color to what they should have been originally instead of making me look dead.
~~Champagne--is true to its name & I use it to tone down a lot of deeper/brighter lippies that I reluctantly wear otherwise.
~~Cotton Candy-almost clear, shimmer with pink undertone, only one u can throw in your bag & apply without mirror for moisture.
~~Naturally Brozne-shimmery nude
~~Golden Pink & Bronzy Pink-very different but true to their names
~~Rosey is the most pigmented pink & brightest

I have this in Bronzy Pink, which looks exactly how it sounds. It leans closer to the bronze-brown end of the spectrum, though. The color payoff is a very pleasant surprise for a tinted lip balm. However, it's not too strong so it's perfect for days when you don't want to look too made up. The biggest drawback would be that this lip balm is a bit too soft. It melts pretty easily in the summer, and sometimes leaves uneven globs on my lips. The smell is slightly herbal (as the name would suggest) and I neither like nor dislike it.

I enjoy wearing lipsticks but it's such a hassle for everyday wear. This solves my problem. I bought bronzy-pink and it is gorgeous with simple eye makeup. I feel like my makeup look is complete without having to worry about how it's holding up all day. The lasting power is mediocre, much like any lip balm. It's so easy to touch up, you don't even need a mirror. I'm sure I'll try more of these.
