I can get the thinnest, most perfect little winged cateye with this liner. The color is a vivid greeny turquoise. This color is so on-trend right now and the price is so low, do yourself a favor and pick this little beauty up.

I always get a ton of compliments when I wear this on my eyes. I just do a tiny thin line on my upper lid and it seriously makes my brown eyes just POP! The wand is easy to use, it is cheap, and the color is actually pretty bold. I wasn't expecting that much pigmentation in a product thats really cheap. This is my go to eyeliner if I want some color! Try it out :)

Great product -- for the price, you can't beat it. The brush is very small, but this makes it easy to apply a nice, clean, thin line. Also, the color is so vibrant that I can't imagine I'd want to apply it any thicker anyway. If you do mess up, it's not waterproof, so it's very easy to correct any mistakes with a q-tip or even just your finger, just wipe before it's dried and it comes right off.

As others have said, the color is more green than turquoise, and it does have a little sparkle to it. It's a really bright green and it looks nice paired with neutrals, but I find it really looks great with a cranberry-colored lid (I use Maybelline Color Tattoo in Pomegranate Punk with some neutrals from the NARS 2 pallate). Finally, It does not flake or peel, and it lasts all day for me. Again, AWESOME for the price!

This is a great eyeliner. My only beef is that it isn't waterproof. While it stays and does not chip, flake or peel...if it is in the least bit introduced to water, it will run like mad. Hence I subtracted one lippy.

Other than that, you cannot complain for the price. It is awesome to wear alone, in combination with other liquid liners (it looks FABULOUS with UD El Dorado...very Ancient Egyptian-esque with turquoise and sparkling gold...I received compliments all night when I used both!), or subtle accents. WnW has started to come out with more waterproof eyeliners....I hope they transfer these colors into that line.

Well I bought this because it looked pretty and I really like! It's easy to put on and it's a very bright color. But it stains my eye lids so I have a light turquoise color on my lash line :( but still good buy for under $2

This color is more of a green than a turquoise and with that said, it truly brings out my light brown eyes. The color of the actual product is like the color on the container with a bit of shimmer. For the price, the color payoff is excellent and rivals that of department store brands. It lasts for a fair amount of time even on my oily lids (about 6 hrs) which is not bad considering the price I paid for it which was 3.99. The only thing I didn't care for was the wand which is too short for my liking and makes application a bit clumsy for me since I'm used to longer wands and finer brushes. I just use my eyeliner brush to apply this instead of the brush it comes with. This is not the water proof version which is a good thing when you mess up the application and can just swipe it off with a wet q-tip. It's not an everyday color that I wear but when I want to get away from the typical browns and blacks this is a fun color that compliments brown eyes. Not bad for a drugstore product!

I wasn't expecting anything great, but I figured I'd buy them because I wanted to experiment with some color eyeliner and they were dirt cheap (about a dollar a piece). I got this and the purple one at the same time(The purple one is watery and doesn't last long at all.)

But the turquoise one actually stays on for a long time! And it's a really fun color! And, of course, you can't beat the price!

I love this color so much I'm on my 2nd bottle and already bought a 3rd. I saw it used on a neutral eye color with a pop tutorial by MonforMisfits and HAD to have it. The color is exactly like the tube on but more shimmery and lasted all day for me each time I've used it.

This liner is sooo pretty, beautiful on brown eyes (if I do say so myself.) the brush is awful, flimsy and oddly long, but I use an SK bent eyeliner brush to apply it and the problem is solved. I use Jesse's girl shadow transformer on top and the wear is good, not great but certainly nothing to deter a repurchase.

A woman at a gas station asked me where I bought my eyeliner once when I wore it, another time at a bar a guy who was hitting on me said "how could I ever forget a girl with green eyeliner?" (it sounds kind of rude written down, but you'll have to trust he said it nicely.)

I didn't have great expectations for this product. I liked the color and it was cheap, so I thought I'd try it out and eventually get a department store brand if it complimented my eyes. I was very surprised by quality of the product. It isn't too watery and applies very opaque. The brush isn't too long or flexible, and the liner stayed on all day without fading or smearing. This isn't a "turquoise," but more of a green, and definitely nothing like the swatch on the display, but still a gorgeous color.

I'm a late bloomer when it comes to makeup. I've tried eyeliner pencils, kohl pencils. Turns out I should be using liquid.

This stuff goes on easy, mostly fool-proof. Draws a beautiful opaque GREEN line that stays. I scored this for $1.50 at Walgreens on sale. Going back for more!

This is my fav colored liner! The color matches the bottle but with a more shiny effect. I have pale skin and brown eyes and this shade brings out the carmel in my brown eyes. Im not a big fan of bright or color shadows basically bc im pale n end up lookin like a clown so i found that using colord liners is how i can use color. The formula is a nice creamy consistency, not runny. I like the brush. Its bristle hair which helps gettin rite along lower lash line and makes a small natural line or build up 4 a thicker more dramatic line. I love wet n wilds liq liner. Available where wnw sold. I get mine @ walmart or riteaid 4 $1.99 so, its so cheap but worth it. This shade is a nice vibrant emarld green, gorgeous. I was scared but applied with a neutral eye look, it looks so good. But if u dont want color, they got basic shades which i use daily. These i think are almost or the best liquid liners ever. They apply easily and dry fast. Great pigmentation! And affordable! Cruelty free, give these a try, this is a great pop of color. It was a surprise to me how good it be.

I had bought it in the turquoise color which was good unfortunately I prefer matte ones & somehow just blacks/ browns/greys look good on me. I gave it to my cousin as a gift who is much younger than me. Personally I would not buy this particular color but I might try the brown. I mean how many can or do use such colors. I just like staples but if you like colorful eye makeup then this is a good thing to check out.

I love, love, love this liner. It's vibrant and easy to apply, and very cheap. If I ever run out I'll definitely repurchase. It's super fun trying different color combos. It's a great way to try bright color for the first time because you can do a thin line for a subtle, pretty pop of color.

This is my favourite coloured liquid liner. The colour, despite being called Turquoise, is really more of a bright emerald green - a gorgeous colour with a hint of shimmer. It reminds me of St. Patrick's Day whenever I wear it!!
The brush is thin and it is easy to paint a thin or thick line with it. The colour doesn't fade or smear throughout the day, nor does it crease on my oily lids. I bought it for about $5 at Zellers.

I absolutely love this liner! I do have to say that on me it appears to be a beautiful greenish color and bring out the green in my eyes. One other thing I love is the staying power...all day!! I am starting to really see a real improvement in a lot of WnW products and they are dirt cheap so I get to play around and not break my budget!
