I love the new pencil it truly gives you that natural look to FILL in your eyebrows not DRAW them in..I like the fact that the pencil is kind of hard so that even if you have a heavy hand it would be hard for you to give yourself that "freshly drawn on eyebrows with a marker look" . this pencil is true to its name "NATURAL eyebrow" I cant tell you how much I hate seeing girls with thick harsh marker drawn eyebrows...so tacky ! bleck!!!..this pencil is so much more gentle. I def. recommend

Why oh why do companies when they have an AMAZING product need to discontinue it and replace it with rubbish!? If its not broken dont fix it!!! Ah...im so mad right now. I have been using shiseidos eyebrow pencil for years and even after just having my eybrows tattooed i have some sparse areas and that pencil was just amazing. But now its apparantly gone!! discontinued and replaced with this. Well, the last one was creamy, precise and gave me beautiful brows. Everything about the new one is horrible!!! So what the ''packaging'' (pencil itself) is slightly nicer looking i dont care i just want the quality of the old pencil back!!! This one i have to really press down hard. Colour is hard to get. The shade is so meh...like a 'natural black'. I find it hard to use pencil is awful. The little ''brush'' on the other end is useless. The dark brown shade in the old formula was so...rich...although it wasnt warm it just had that gorgeous chocolate brown about it this one is may as well be ''natural black''. And the price is higher!!! I just cannot believe this. I cannot get this pencil to work for me at all...I like precise, defined brows...think nicole pussycat dolls, megan fox (but not so thick) and if u too want that ''perfect'' brow look this pencil is rubbish. If anyone knows of anywhere i can get the old pencils pls let me know (and that also deliver to the uk!! :) ) I have tried ebay, phoning selfridges/harrods, strawberrynet.com but nothing...:(
