This is a great buy, although it really sucks, it comes only in 30ml with that price. But the size comes in handy, put it in your purse, spray whenever you need especially in the summer time. I've used a lot of moisturizing mist, and this one is absolutely the best. The instant you spray this, you feel so refreshed, and other products i've used tend to make your make up real damp that you have to wait for it to dry or some sting.
I have nothing to say but this one works wonder.

I can't stop recommending this product I just love it. My makeup never last until I found this spray. And my face never shine again and it doesn't became greasy. I used before a foundation and the results are as more sophisticated like for a party. And for regular day makeup after using my loose powders. I used it everyday and I've been using it now for a while. The only bad thing is that because of the constantly use it ends gone so fast :( that's kind of obvious! highly recommend five stars product.

I don't get why this product isn't reviewed more! This is the best setting spray!! I live in the Netherlands and it's raining a lot over here:( sometimes I get surprised by the rain and usually when that happened my makeup was all over the place en I had to retouch. Not anymore with this stuff:D It holds makeup fabulous (even mascara) and if you use it after powdering it takes away that powdery look.
Eventhough I was happy with the product I went on the hunt for something better. I've tried UD all nighter and MAC fix+ I'm aware the first is a setting spray and the latter a finishing spray. I was hoping the all nighter would perform the same as the Clarins one for a better price/quantity ratio, this however was not the case. I feel the Clarins one leafs my skin much more natural looking.
Because all of the hype regarding the MAC fix+ I felt like I had to try this too but in comparison with the Clarins one I prefer Clarins for spraying over my makeup because this sets too. I must say I do like the fix+ for applying under my moisturiser when my skin is very dry.
I feel like the Clarins Fix Make Up is the best buy as it combines the main benefits from the MAC one and the UD one:) I don't like it's in a glass container and I don't like the price, I do like what is does a lot though so therefore 5 lippies. Hope this was helpful!

This is my fav product as of the moment. It does what its suppose to do: makes my make up stay longer so i dont need to reapply. This gives my face an overall "GLOW" and feels really fresh. I get compliments everytime i use this.

My go to product!
If there is anything I couldn't live without it is this Fix spray, it really makes makeup look fresh for so long and the difference if I forget to use it - is noticeable. It is magic if you've over-powdered and need to back-step and try to look a bit more natural. Makes makeup last longer than any primer than I've used.
A+

Yes I would buy this product again - it is amazing!!!! I bought this after reading rave reviews and wanting something to ensure I got through my sisters summer wedding without my makeup melting!! This stuff is incredible. I've used mattifying lotions before and stopped using them as they make my skin look dry. This works to just set your makeup without making your skin look dry and it stays perfect for hours!!
I use it before using mascara...not sure if that's necessary though. But this is just a magical HG product

After I apply my makeup I do about 4 generous pumps of this, dry it just a bit and I have the prettiest most dewy skin. Will always use this!

I used this over a hot but not overly humid summer and it did a good job of keeping my makeup in place and not melted on my face all day. However, the main reason that I bought this was so that it could minimise the powdery look of my makeup and give myself a dewy finish. While it did take away the powdery look of my makeup, I didn't get a dewy finish. The finish for me was matte.
There's not a huge amount of product for the price. Really attractive frosted glass packaging which would look great at home, but not very practical for travelling.

after reading other reviews i thought id give this a go.I wanted the model in a can one but only did online so was reccomended this one by lady in boots.I wouldn't say it was rubbish but it made my make up go funny when i looked closly in the mirror.also it made my face feel quite clamy.didn't really see much difference apart from it made my foundation split and made my pores look much bigger.i managed to take it back and get something else as i hadn't used much.

Initially I was intending to buy a Caudalie's Beauty Elixir to use as a makeup set up mist but its smell was so repulsive that I gave up on the whole idea - until reading MUA reviews of this Clarins product.
I have dry skin and I have recently decided to avoid powders on my face and get into a more dewy look. However I still like to use powder occassionally (Rimmel's Clear Complexion mineral works the best as a makeup setting powder though I am on a lookout for something in compact, but more finelly milled) and I have Laura Mercier's mineral powder foundation which I have received as a gift and I wanted it work for me somehow. I certainly did not want to look like an old powdered lady with a mat, creasing face and until now it was all what I was able to achieve!
This Clarins product made it possible. It comes in a beautiful, forsted glass bottle and for the amount you get it is quite expensive (£20 for 30 ml). I have had it for a month now and I think I used up about 10 ml of the product. The bottle is sealed so there is no way you will be able to reuse the brilliant pump that dispense a fine mist of the product on the face.
It faintly smells with roses but the fragrance will not linger.
I use it instead of a powder on top of a liquid foundation and when with LM powder foundation, on top of it to make it more dewy. It also seems to be keeping oilies at bay and does not cause any pimples either.
However, when this bottle finishes I want to try a simmilar product by Urban Decay but I certainly intend to buy it at least once again.

This is an amazing product. I am surprised it is not more widely known - the Clarins SA didn't even know what it was and had to hunt it down at the Clarins counter I went to. It does a beautiful job of mattifying and sealing in moisture simultaneously, and works very well to keep makeup in place. The instructions suggest two methods of use - over foundation and before powder for a more sophisticated look, and over foundation and powder for a more natural look. Both are excellent. The product feels lovely going on, and has no discernible scent. An absolute staple for me, highly recommended.

Everyone was right. Don't know how I lived without this product in my life. It feels great, smells great and keeps my makeup in place for the duration of the day/evening. Price isn't that bad considering the quality of the product. You get what you pay for. Glass packaging is always better than plastic when it comes to makeup. It keeps the nasties out and the freshness in. Brilliant!

I didn't even really give this product much thought til recently. I use a fair bit of Clarins skin and body care and some of their makeup and I think I vaguely knew this product existed but had forgotten all about it until seeing the great reviews it had here on MUA (100%? How often does THAT happen?)
I've got other complexion and setting sprays - Body Shop's Vit. E, Pur Minerals Mineral Mist and UD's All Nighter Setting Spray (the latter, I use only occasionally, because I've read that a lot of people get breakouts from it and I also figure anything that works that well truly to SET your makeup is probably full of pore clogging "stuff"). All of these are nice and pleasant to use and All Nighter really does its job, in my experience. But I like many Clarins products so wanted to give Fix Make up a try after reading the glowing reviews and helpful comments here on MUA. Got it last week and have used it every other day or so and I have to say that it's a really lovely product. It smells gorgeous and feels so nice on the skin. The mist is very fine and really seems to work to put that lovely "finish" on my skin after I've done applying the whole shebang of foundation, blush, powder, etc. It works well too when I'm wearing only mineral powdered foundation...doesn't cause it to run or cake up. The Clarins sales assistant (who is also my cousin by marriage) also pointed out that this is "skin care" and that seems to be Clarins's philosophy with a lot of their products (how much truth there is in it, I don't know and I don't buy into a lot of their promotional hype). My entire makeup still looked fresh and nice (not like it was breaking down) at the end of the day yesterday and that was a real test - one of the hottest, most humid days of summer so far where I am. I was out and about and pretty sweaty at points but my makeup didn't seem to disintegrate, if you know what I mean). All in all, a great product. I get a bit nervous about the glass bottle but I guess it's to prevent all the nasties that are now believed to be in plastics from getting into the product. I just hope I don't drop it!
UPDATE: We're in the middle of the worst heatwave in years in Southern Ontario, where I live. With the humidity factored in, temps are in the low 40's (C) and it is AWFUL. Most days I don't want any makeup on my face but I've been putting this to the test "for the heck of it". I was sweating like mad yesterday, after a hot and frustrating drive across the city and back again in heavy traffic and after I got home and blotted my face with a tissue, my makeup still looked okay, all things considered. This spray can be reapplied throughout the day and I can vouch for how very refreshing it is. Pricey, though, so I'll probably stick to using it in the morning just to set and fix my makeup.

I really don't know what I would do without this product. It helps keeping my face matte and prevents it from appearing oily during the afternoon, and it also makes my makeup look so much more natural. I adore the rose scent and it's just such a fresh, moisturizing experience to spray this on in the morning! I use it as a finishing touch after I've applied loose powder, but apparently you can also use it right after applying your foundation, before the powder. I use this pretty much every day, so the 30 ml bottle disappears fairly quickly, but I seriously cannot do without it, so I keep repurchasing. Luckily I can find it cheaper online since Clarins is fairly expensive in Sweden.
All in all, a wonderful product. Makes makeup last longer, and gives my face a gorgeous natural glow.

After using MAC Fix+, Urban Decay All Nighter and Model in a Bottle, Australis Make-Up Finishing Spritz this spray in my opinion is the best of the lot. Although it is pricey it is worth it as I have never had any problems with it. I've never experienced breakouts, dry skin, rashes, stinging no matter how bad my skin is. Sometimes the other sprays end up making my powdered areas look patchy after I've finished my make up and I have never experienced that with this spray either.

Facial mists and makeup setting sprays are in the same family as toners in my opinion...an optional step that's a matter of preference and really isn't necessary. This product is the exception to that viewpoint. I do notice a dramatic change with the way my makeup looks - particularly when I wear foundation. I don't experience the fading or streaking either especially when the weather heats up. I'm a sucker for anything that smells of roses, and I love that this also feels refreshing and never makes my skin feel coated no matter how much I apply. I went researching to see what exactly makes this product special, and it contains a polymer derived from fructose that helps to set makeup as well as to preserve moisture in the skin. There is also grapefruit extract to add radiance and silica microspheres to absorb excess oil and control shine. I'm surprised to only see one review on this - I would have thought it to have a cult following by now. I encourage everyone to buy a bottle - if not at least swinging by a Clarins counter and trying it out.

I already tried the mac version of this but I didnt like it at all. Then I came across this at Clarins counter the other week. Now, Im not a huge fan of Clarins, for skincare I go to Dior and make up I like Mac and LM...but clarins hmmm...I like the tanning oils for the beach!!! And this is what I was actually there for when I came across this product. The SA, who saw I was looking at it, did her best for me to buy it. And I did, on a bit of a whim....but I LOVE it, and there are no clarins products other than the tanning oil that I love or that I even like very much. Its a fine mist spray, smells just like rose water so refreshing. It really refreshes my make up and makes it just GLOW in a subtle way. Sometimes I over powder when im rushing to go to work in the morning, and if looks a little too 'full on' i get this amazing mist out! It doesnt smudge or disturb my make up in any way, it just gives it that soft focus luminous finish. I also feel my make up does last a lot longer with this spray (I use LM silk cream foundation which has a tendency to not last very long!) This is a much better, quality version of the MAC spray which i didnt like at all.
