This is a very affordable pigmented eyeliner. It is great when you want a pop of color and like the other reviewer said, very smudgeable. I line my eye and then trace over with an angled eyeliner brush for precsion. My only gripe is the transfer factor. I have tried everything to get this to stay in place but it always falls below my lashline :(.

This more of a bright blue than navy. It's VERY smudge-able. So much so that I'm hesitant to wear it to work. Still, it's a pretty color and a nice formula.
