A very nice hued dark rosy lippie. Nice smell to it. Very modern and expensive looking packaging for a drugstore brand. Delightfully creamy and long lasting. Looks at lot like lancome`s rouge absolute in No 354 rose rhapsodie. I love it. Thick enough to last through a night of salsa dancing

Great quality but the color is more berry than pink. This color would be prettier on darker skin tones. However I have very light colored skin so it is quite bold in my opinion. Very creamy and very long lasting!

I love love love this lipstick! From the very first swipe I was hooked (bad pun intended! lol) It is a darker rosy pink on me and the color is very opaque so it works well for my pigmented lips. I wear this color almost every day and it is my go to shade. Went to get a back up at Target this weekend as my current tube is on its last and *gasp* it was on clearance for $1.38!

Hm, seems like I'm once again the minority here. This shade was too 'cool' for my skin tone and looked rather odd on me. It came off as more of a hot pink kind of color and so I don't really use it as much as I would like it. Again, like most Color Sensational lipsticks, it applies rather smoothly if you have applied chapstick beforehand. When applied by itself it can be a bit drying and can accentuate flakes.

This is a beautiful rosy color that really brightens my complexion (NC 43). The color pigments are very strong and lasts for a long time. Excellent lipstick. The packaging is very sturdy. I love the smell too.

I really like this lipstick. It feels moisturizing on my lips, and it lasts for awhile. I'll be getting more shades from this lipstick line.

This is a very pink mauve shade. I have an NC20 skin tone so i must be careful when looking for a darker, bold pink lipstick. This one works perfectly for me. Its great for night or daytime. The formula is silky smooth as well. I will repurchase.

Hooked on Pink is a gorgeous color color, just not on me. It was too fuschia and it reminded me of the colors that I wore in the 1980's when I wore all the wrong colors. It's a beautiful shade, just not the right one for me...It's going back to the store.

If you have green eyes, then this color is for you. I have brown hair and green eyes and this color makes them POP like you wouldn't believe! It's definitely more of a fuscia-pink, but it's gorgeous on. It does come out rather bright, but I agree with the reviewer below who said it can easily be toned down. I swipe a little bit of foundation on my lips and some chapstick before adding the color. That brings the color down from a bright-bright fuscia to a medium berry pink. I wouldn't necessarily wear this color every single day, but it's perfect as a fun, flirty evening color. In the daytime it still looks great, though, if you're wanting to wear a color a teeny bit more daring than a subtle pink because it isn't too over the top. I took one lippie off because my tube was extraordinarily sticky for some reason. When I got it home and tried it for the first time it was like gliding a gluestick over my lips (very weird). But it seems to go on easier with chapstick underneath. Pretty summer color!

I was looking to expand the color range of my lipstick collection--- and i found this deep pink/berry shade. I've always been afraid of bright lipsticks, but this one is so beautiful with just one layer. I even tried layering this lipstick but the color came out too bright for everyday wear, so i suggest using a light hand and the color will come out gorgeous. There's no shimmer what so ever, the texture is amazingly smooth, and smells faintly like honey/play-doh--it doesn't bother me at all and i quite like it. This lipstick is great for people who want to experiment with brighter colors, even though it can be toned down for everyday wear.

Did not like the color. It looked very pretty in the tube, but went on so bright. Not pink - more of fuchsia. If that is what you want, then go for it. I prefer to keep my lipsticks little subdued rather than screaming red or neon bright pink like this one.

The color is beautiful, on me it is a dark rosy pink but still bright. It is a great spring and summer color. I found it to be a little drying, I would have to wear it with a balm. It lasts the usual 3-4 hours which is pretty good for the price.

I almost never find any pinks that look good on me,but I really like this shade. It looks like a rosy pink with just a small amount of berry in it.This is going to get alot of use when spring gets here.It gives my face a nice pop of color without being "loud".It Looks quite natural over my pigmented lips and is not at all drying!

This was the first of the 3 Color Sensational lipsticks I've bought. On me, this is a medium bright almost berry colored pink. I was looking for more of a rose color (found that in the Let Me Pink shade) but overall I like it. I think it will be one I reach for a lot in the spring. I have no issues with the smell or taste of this lipstick and for a drugstore brand, I cannot believe the quality and price. It leaves a pretty stain when it fades and is incredibly creamy w/o turning gummy on me. Highly recommend!!

The color is a beautiful rosy/berry and very very pigmented. The consistency is just luscious and creamy yet light, making your lips feel nice and cushy. I get a good three hours of wear before needing to reapply. Great product, great price, would repurchase.

I'm generally fairly hesitant when it comes to purchasing drugstore lipsticks mainly because I bought a couple shades from Loreal about a year ago and ended up being extremely disappointed. But after seeing numerous youtube beauty gurus using this line, I decided to give it a shot and bought Warm Me Up and (of course) Hooked on Pink. I was so amazed at how much I liked the latter shade that I was convinced to buy four more from the Color Sensationals, and that alone should speak for itself shouldn't it? It glided along my lips ever so smoothly and one layer was enough for me. It added just the right amount of vavavaVOOM to my everyday look which consists of very plain eyes and understated cheeks. Hooked on Pink adds a rosy vibrancy to my lips and makes me feel comfortable with idea that it adds a tint of luxury without having to look overdone.
I'm so excited that I found a drugstore lipstick that I can feel safe purchasing. It's a definite steal though it can have a somewhat unpleasant smell and doesnt exactly have a competent staying power.
Overall, I still love Hooked on Pink and it's definitely become one of my go to lipsticks.

The Hooked On Pink looks amazing with my skin tone, I haven't found a nice vibrant pink lipstick that I love so much! It's a very grown up pink. The lipstick is nicely pigmented and great in texture. I really love this shade and quality. I will buy again!

To be honest I'm a high end cosmetic junkie - having been so disappointed in so many drugstore brands that I have tried. But I found myself at CVS and saw the display for this new lipstick - I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the packaging - it's well done. I found this deep pink color (I need to have a well pigmented lipstick with good color as I am very pale with dark hair and the nudes just look awful on me) - and thought it looked like a perfect pink for me. Me buying Maybelline lipstick? You betcha! I was so thrilled with the creamy texture and very good lasting power I went back and bought 2 more - a red and a plum. I had read reviews in between - and literally stood there opening up the lipsticks and smelling them (from afar ladies - I didn't touch them!) - there were some complaints about them smelling "off" - but nope no problem. Either they had no real scent or some had a slight vanilla scent. What a find - I got 3 beautiful lipsticks for the price on one Department store brand. Couldn't be happier.

This is a gorgeous creamy pink lipstick. I would describe the shade as 'azalea' pink if that makes any sense! It is semi-bright but not too much, and looks great on my somewhat tanned NC30 skin. A lot of pinks don't work for me because of my skin tone, but because this has a little hint of fuchsia to it, it looks great and the pink is noticeable. Great for wear with a goldeny-neutral eye and black eye liner. The packaging reminds me of a Lancome lipstick, which is a huge plus - I'm not a fan of cheapy drugstore packaging. The scent is slightly sweet, slightly vanilla, and reminds me of those Milkfuls caramel candies! Overall this is probably the nicest Maybelline lipstick I have ever had and might turn me more onto this brand, which I previously thought was cheap and cheesy and not of good quality. I can honestly say I am pleasantly surprised.
