I like this brush a lot, I have the sigma one too but this is softer, in fact too soft that is why I gave it 4 and not 5 lippies...anyway I think for the price is a good brush, I use it to apply the base colour all over my lid (with light eyeshadows) and then to blend out a bit too, I also wish its handle was a little bit longer but otherwise a very very good brush for the price!

I think this is great blending brush for begginers, i had this and the one compared to the 226, i loved them both but swapped them because i wanted to try different brands, i still think they are great, its really great for blending out the shadow, worth repurchasing

I love this brush! It blends like a dream! I have to confess that I've never used the MAC 224, but this one is a great brush, especially considering the price. I have big eyes, so it's a pretty good fit for my crease. I would definitely repurchase!

This is my only blending brush but I will buy this one again because you get great deal on it - it costs only 2.90$!
I don't have MAC 224 so I can't compare it with that one, but still, it's worth buying and trying it. I have quite bigger lids so it's perfect for me. The bristles are really soft and they blend really easily but you gotta be careful not to wet it to much because it's not possible to blend with it. It really needs minimum water for wet look. :)

This is actually my favorite blending brush. I also have the one that is supposed to be comparable to the 226. I really liked that one, but then I got this one and I like it more because it's not as tapered so I can blend without making a too defined line.

Its... really flimsy. Its even more flimsy than the actual 224, so it makes it really hard for me to blend on my slightly smaller eyes.
I cant use it for blending because of how flimsy it is, but for a really soft wash of color on most of my lid, i think this will do a nice job, since it does distrubute color quite nicely, just not very precise.
Overall, i think its not bad... not great either..
