UPDATE: I bumped this up to a 5 because this is best acne face wash I've found for my mature-but-still-acne-prone skin. HG! Now if only Ulta would keep it stocked regularly!
_______________________________________________________
I've used this stuff for only 3 days and already I can feel a difference in my skin from using this stuff. I have oily, acne-prone skin that gets dry alot because of all the acne meds I'm on, so I try to stay away from cleansers with salicylic acid in them because they just contribute to the drying of my otherwise oily skin. However, lately I've been suffering from bad breakouts on my jawline and chin, so I went out looking for another medicated cleanser to try. I found Neaclear liquid oxygen acne wash at Ulta (which seems to be the only store where you can buy it around here) and bought a bottle. The price was a little higher than I'm used to paying for face washes, but I figured if it worked it would be worth it. It felt so refreshing while using it! It smells like hydrogen peroxide gel (like the stuff you bleach your teeth with), but it's not too strong or unpleasant. It feels like my skin is opening up its pores and breathing! After I rinsed it off and dried my face, my skin looked smooth and vibrant; not too tight, not under cleansed, not irritated (all things I would have expected of a salicylic acid cleanser). Best of all, after just three days of using it twice a day, the breakouts on my jawline have started to go away faster than they normally would. I think I've found a winning face wash! However, it's only been three days, so I'll have to give it a little more time to properly and completely judge whether or not it's my HG. If you have acne and you're looking for a quality cleanser, I would recommend at least giving this one a shot (and if you don't like it, Ulta has a no questions asked return policy).

My usually normal skin has been weird lately with the warm weather and I have been noticing more clogged pores, etc. I usually don't break out very often but for some reason this summer has been rough on my skin. I used to use the basic Neutrogena Acne Wash, which worked but was so drying. I picked this up at Ulta for under ten bucks (I can't recall the actual price sorry!) and I actually noticed results in a week. No more clogged pores, no super oily skin and no blackheads - very happy! It also doesn't dry out my skin. The scent reminds me of something ~ it is fresh, not at all strong. It feels tingly on and rinses well. I like to use this with my Mia actually. Definitely going to buy this as long as I need to - and maybe always have a bottle on hand just in case.

I was investigating the different options for oxygen cleansers and masks and came across some reviews for this product. I thought I would give it a shot, so I ordered on ebay, and have been using this at night for about a week. This seems to be clearing up my skin already! It seems to be drying up the bumps that I had (as a result of trying a new BB cream, I suspect). This has an interesting, cooling sensation when you put it on your skin. To me, this smells a lot like the LUSH Coal Face soap. The bottle recommends that you do not get this in your eyes - I would definitely advise to heed that warning! I leave this on my skin for a few minutes, and then rinse. The bottle recommends to rinse with cool water. I would do this if I was at the sink, but since I'm in the shower when I use this at night, I have just been rinsing with regular warm water. I'll try it with cool water sometime. I feel like one pump is a good amount with which to cleanse your face. This gets the job done, and your skin feels really clean, but not stripped. I would recommend this to someone who is having issues with their skin and would like something to help their fight for clear skin. I got this on ebay for $8. I believe this is sold at stores as well - on the neaclear website they have a store list. A lot of grocery stores are listed, as well as ULTA, and CVS. Amazon.com and ebay also sell this.

I have been using this face cleanser for awhile now and have seen a massive change in my skin. I have had acne since I was 16 and I am 23 now and have finally found a product that makes a difference in my skin after trying almost every product out there from high end to low end.
I find the price to be very cheap for the amount and quality of this product.
my face is not completely clear but it is greatly improved. Every time I try a new face wash I immediately come back this one; The only issue I have is that it is only available at my local Ulta and they are frequently out of stock. You can also order it online.
It's definitely HG for me for sure.

This is surprisingly good stuff. Helped quite a bit with blackheads and occasional acne. It does dry the skin, but I think it's worth it. Would repurchase in a heartbeat.

I use to live by this stuff, I used it for about 18mths with breaking out here and there (nothing big, seemed normal), I pretty much maintained clear skin. Out of no where I started to breakout like crazy & couldn't put my finger on it. The last thing I thought that could be breaking me out was this product. It started to really dry my skin out big time. After deciding to banish this product, my skin completely cleared up. Due to it working pretty decent for about a yr or so I still think it's worth a try. As I always say the key to finding a good skin regime is trial and error to find what works for you. Good Luck!

I like this so much that I just bought 4 bottles of it when it was on sale at Ulta. This lavender scented, gentle cleanser does not dry out my skin, yet leaves it feeling really clean but not stripped. I also use the Neaclear toner at night.

I'm on my second bottle. I have acne, I have little blackheads and whiteheads and I get big pimples. This didn't completely clear me up as far as blackheads and whiteheads, but I never get big huge pimples anymore! Will continue to use this product because it's worked better than anything I've used before. I'm surprised that there isn't more reviews for this and that this product isn't sold in many different stores?

I have been using this for a while and I love it! I have used many other cleansers, but this is my favorite! I love the way it cleans and how good it feels on my skin. Its very gentle and yet it still feels like it gets your face really clean. As someone mentioned earlier its a pump bottle so be careful you dont get too much. A little goes a long way! I would definitely recommend this cleanser!

I don't get pimples and never really have. BUT I do get clogged pores and blackheads along my t-one that drive me crazy. I read the 2% SA in this was supposed to be good, so I gave it a try. I am glad I did. My face looks much clearer and brighter and more importantly my pores look smaller and I have a lot less blackheads. I am so happy with this product. I only use the cleanser and use really good non-clogging moisturiers, though my skin never feels that dry after using it. I got it on sale at ULTA for $6. More people should know about this product-I hope it doesn't go out of business. The only thing is it is a large pump style bottle, so you could end up with a lot of product if you aren't mindful of that.

So I have already bought this product again, so I am confirming a yes for me! I happened to be browsing in Ulta when I came across this. I was hesitant to try it, because of the hydrogen peroxide and I thought it might be disasterous to my skin. But I took a chance and I am pleasantly surprised.
This is a great cleanser and no it doesn't dry out your skin very bad but it leaves it feeling clean and well balanced. It has vitamins it it too which is a great addition, so it helps with putting it back into your skin. I am currently using this by itself not with the toner or the moisturizer and I think it is great on it's own.
I am not sure if I will try out the other products because my skin is already looking so much better. Fyi, accutane sufferer had to take it 2x, my skin was clear for a year, acne came back with venegence and now only using topical stuff, eating right etc. I no longer have cystic acne due to the accutane but also no longer bigger pimples due to this cleanser, I am sure. Anyways I wish they had more marketing for this because this brand deserves to me known for all acne sufferers.

I use this with the Neaclear toner and the anti acne moisturizer and it has seriously been clearing up acne that ACCUTANE missed!
It's very gentle, even though it has 2% salicylic acid. It is very effective at removing the more simple forms of makeup (powder, blush, etc) but I sometimes find it a little challenging to remove heavy duty undereye concealer and eye makeup. This is what the toner is for in my case. Comes with a pump, too!
I am very satisfied with this product!! Will definitely repurchase. I think it cost 10 dollars (don't remember the exact price but definitely under 15 dollars). Totally worth it. You can find this at Ulta or ulta.com

I have always used a very mild soap-free cleanser for my oily, acne prone skin because all of the products i used to treat my acne usually dried it out and i didn't want my cleanser to make that worse, i just wanted it to clean. However, I know that salicylic acid based cleansers are really great at getting acne causing oil and dead skin cells and debris out of your pores. I tried a couple but found them all to be very drying so I always went back to my mild cleanser. When my dermatologist recommended that I try a salicylic acid based cleanser again, I knew what to expect. I researched a couple products but there aren't tons of sal/ac cleansers on the market so I came across this one and decided to try it. Have been using it just a few days but i know that is long enough to turn my skin into a raisiny mess if if was going to, but it hasn't! Actually, this leaves my skin VERY clean feeling and I am already starting to notice the benefits of the sal/ac, with none of the drawbacks i have noticed with other cleansers containing it. I also love the smell, it is very natural and earthy, not medicinal or chemically. I really like this one, I am surprised more people don't know about it or have reviewed it.
Edit: This product contains SLS, so i am switching to a more natural alternative.

I have *finally* found an HG regimen for my acne prone skin. I have tried almost every acne "system" and product out there, and I think I've found one that works. I've been using Neaclear for about three weeks, and my skin has never been more clear except right after my round of accutane. I tried the acne.org regimen for a couple months, and that was the second best thing I've found. But right now what I am using is: every night, cleanse with Neaclear Acne Wash Cleanser (with salicylic acid), then use the Neaclear Facial Toner on a cotton pad, then acne.org BP treatment, then acne.org AHA. The AHA leaves little flakies when you wake up, so I either just rinse that off or cleanse w/ Neaclear again. Then I use this Neaclear moisturizer before my makeup. No new pimples, only a few old ones still coming up but they are less red and irritated and go away fast, and it's been three weeks. PLUS my face is not all dried out and tight like when I was using the regular acne.org regimen. My skin is clear and soft and moist, but not oily. I am so excited! Different products work for different people, but I would highly recommend trying these Neaclear products! I found mine at Ulta, but they're also available online. I think the face wash and moisturizer were about $8 each, and the toner was $15 but it's a larger bottle than the other two.
