Most eye pencils, even waterproof ones, flake off or fade on me, but Prestige Total Intensity line never fails me. I don't use this for my waterline but I line my eyes with it and it looks beautiful.

This is an awesome navy color. It's dark enough to not need to layer over black but its still quite bold. I love all the TI liners.

Yes, I agree that these are sorda comparable to Urban Decays 24/7 consistency.....but in my case, these are only comparable in the beginning.
Also, this and the Bold Brown both made my eyes very oily, blurry and very stoned looking red the next 2 days later!
I need to point out that I am not a sensitive person at all and have never had any liner or anything do this to me before! I also do not wear contacts.... so I can almost guarantee that these two would be a contact wearer's nightmare.

Oh, also I went to swatch them again and they are already basically dried up. I always keep my lids on very very tight and keep them in a air tight plastic makeup bag. ( I haven't used my U.D. Mildew or Stash in awhile either but they are both still very creamy) So there is no reason for them to be so hard this early on.

I need to stop wasting my money trying to find cheap dupes and just spend about $5-10 more, of my hard earned money, on higher quality liners for now on....it sticks just throwing/wasting $5-$10 on cheaper ones that do not last on my waterline long enough or I just literally cannot ever use. ;)

So freaking beautiful, I could die. This shade of blue will make the whites of your eyes pop like no other, and if you have brown eyes, it's basically a necessity...in my humble opinion, obvs. I used to use this instead of "smut", the benefit cream shadow, to line my eyes when I managed a benefit counter, cos smut would always fade on my oily lids by the end of the day--TI will never, ever do such a thing! Gah. I'd be lost without these pencils.

I purchased this liner after hearing raves and comparisons to UD 24/7 liners. It is a pretty color and applies smoothly. However, I have massive fallout anytime I wear this liner. I will check the mirror minutes after application and there are tiny blue specks allover my cheeks. I have not had this problem with any other liner. Also, everytime I have worn this liner it makes my eyes feel slightly puffy and a film appears on my contacts. I tried to give it a chance but I am dumping this liner, it's just not working out.

Great color! And it stays a really long time! I applied it in the morning without setting it with a powder shadow and it lasted me all day until I took off my makeup! Best eyeliner ever! Way better than ud 24/7 and is super cheap! I got it on sale at ulta for $3! I'm planning to get all the colors next time I'm back at ulta!

I already have the black and teal versions of this, and finally got the gorgeous, glowing navy one. Fierce Blue not terribly fierce but rather a subtle dark shade that applies like silk and lasts like iron. Incredible quality & tenacity and so affordable.

Pros:
- Pretty color
- Soft, acceptably smooth application (not super smooth tho)
- Pigmented
- Lasts all day when applied to dry parts of eyes

Cons:
- This color smudges on me if I wear it anywhere but the upper lash line, giving me a weird blue cast on my lower lash line
- Doesn't show up that well on my waterline
- Occasionally leaves a weird oily film on my contacts (but not as often as the TI e/l in Bold Brown - see my other review)

Overall good drugstore eyeliner, but I would not repurchase b/c of the film it leaves on my contacts. I usually wear the TI e/l when I wear glasses, which isn't that often. And while it is a very pretty color, I prefer black on me.. I guess I'm not much for colored eyeliner.

I ordered 4 of these eyeliners. This is my favorite color, its a navy blue that looks black from a distance but up close it makes my eyes pop. I do wish the color was a bit more bright but everything else about it makes up for this. It has great pigmentation and lasts all day on my upper lashline (however I tend to wear liquid liner there most days) and while it does not last forever on my waterlines (nothing can on this area of the eye) it lasts the longest of all the pencils I have tried- requiring one touch up a day. The sharpening can be annoying because its impossible for me to sharpen it to the exact point I want. Because of this is can be hard to make a thin even line on the upper lashline. However, I do not find the sharpening required for these pencils to be cumbersome because they are cheap and Urban Decay's 24/7 pencils which are pretty similar to these are much more expensive and still require much sharpening.

This is the most INTENSE navy blue eyeliner that I've ever come across! Much better than the Urban Decay 24/7 pencils at a fraction of the cost! Very great pigmentation, super smooth formula that glides on like butter and best of all... smudge-proof! (provided it is set with an eyeshadow of a similar colour). This shade has blue shimmer that is quite pretty. I also use this sometimes as a base for navy blue smokey eyes. Great buy! :)

Color looks great on, was worried it wasn't brightly pigmented enough when swatching on my inner wrist. Goes on smoothly and is smudge-proof, actually pretty difficult to correct any errors in application, so use a steady hand!

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I have 4 colors of this pencil & I will be buying more.
Fierce blue is a gorgeous deep blue, it doesn't have shimmer/mica which is what I wanted. Stays on forever without smudging, glides on but I used eyeliner pencils so I don't accidently slip & end up with a blotch on my eyelid.
I have worn this all day, had a nap with it and NO smudges! <3

Love this eyeliner! The pigmentation is insane, one swipe gets an opaque line. Colour is really pretty navy/deep blue that makes a nice alternative to black. I've used this on my waterline, stays put reasonably well here also. Best thing about this product is that it lasts all day/night, I've noticed no smudging.

My only negative is that because its so soft its more difficult to sharpen and it will probably use up quickly. I don't have the prestige sharpener so maybe this sharpens it better? Either way brilliant product and a definite repurchase for me!

this is the most smooth eyeliner pencil i ever use..their consistency feels like gel eyeliner...don't you ever press or tug this eyeliner, they will melt right away..all you have to do is just touch your skin slowly and line slowly..don't press to much..

the colour : sooo intense!fierce blue is very pretty dark blue that looks so pretty..i can see the blue..but it dark enough to emphasize my eyes
the concistency : beetween pro and cons..it super smooth so you don't have to tug your lid..but it melt so easy,so you have to extra carefull...and that means,it end up very quick..
the price : so cheap, but in my country, since it hard to find and have to order it online from other country,it cost more..
staying power : AMAZING for a pencil..i aply it,let it set for a minute..than rub it like no other bussines, and they don't even budge!!!!but a bit transfer on my super oily lid,but for a pencil liner, this is the best *better than UD 24/7*!!
but NOT WATERPROOF,if i rub it with water, they just gone *without smudge, which is good..so no panda, just gone*

I really like this eyeliner. First of all, on my eyes, the color is gorgeous - it's a dark that almost appears black, until you look closer and see that rich navy blue. It also glides on really easily. Staying power is pretty good. I put it on my hand and it didn't smudge at all when I rubbed it. On my waterline, the color didn't fade too much, but there was a little smudging under my eye. The only fault that I can think of is that it might be hard to draw a thin line, if that's what you want, because it's so soft.

LOVE these liners. Creamy texture, easy application, wears very well. Fierce Blue is a dark navy blue, it looks almost black from a distance so it's appropriate for daytime wear. I love it paired with taupe/grey shadows.

DUPE for MAC Fluidline in a pencil version. No lie, it works EXAAACTLY the same - not as in like its form, but as in the way it works on my eyes.

I was a religious gel liner person and did NOT want to go back to pencil, but oh my god. So I saw Prestige at Rite Aids are got pretty excited since I never see that brand around, so I got a blue, swatched it, waited for about 2 minutes, rubbed it expecting it to come of like the other 20 eyeliners I swatched, but NOO! It stayed on! D: Of course, when I rub harder, it fades, btw, there are lines in your hands so if it looks like it's fully there, it's not, it just soaked into the lines.

TEST - So I wore it to school today, expecting it to be all over my lid, but nope! Got home and it was still about 92% - 98.5% (depends) there! Just like my MAC Fluidline, on the bottom, it fades off, so does the MAC, so, like I said, it works exactly the same. I have oily lids btw, if you don't, THIS WILL STAY ONNN... 100%!

So anyways, totally recommend it, next time, I'm gonna get a black eyeliner pencil, screw gel liners! D:

URBAY DECAY - This works much... much... MUUUCH better than UD's too, UD WAS CRAPP! That thing smudged. >..< I hate hate hate sharpening pencils! D:<
