Just received this concealer as a present after trying EVERY SINGLE KIND OF concealer on the market for my very dark under eye circles (including benefit, smashbox, NARS, tarte, Bobbi Brown, and every drugstore brand out there). Had my eye on this for awhile but it's pretty expensive. After using this for one night I am OBSESSED WITH IT. I got it in the middle tone (cream) and it's perfect. I have tan/olive skin and very dark under eye circles and it covers them up PERFECTLY and also brightens the area. Definitely expensive but worth it -- BEST GIFT EVER!!!

I must have the worst dark circles in the world, reason why I've tried almost everything out there. Heard about By Terry for a while, decided to buy a month ago, despite it's expensive price. After all, it was Christmas:)
I am conflicted about this product. I expected to illuminate my under eyes area, if not cover it entirely. It does illuminate, after purchasing the lightest colour in Porcelain, but is has poor coverage. So you might use some heavy concealer underneath, as I'm using the Benefit one, and then pop this on top.
The thing I most love about this product is it's the first concealer that doesn't set in your wrinkles! I mean, all of the others make me look even more tired and old, am I'm only 28:)) But this one stay all day floating over your lines so it's perfect on this context.
It does a bit of highlighting which is great, but I would've preferred more coverage... I believe the ones with less problems can say it is perfect, but I still want to find something better that has them all: coverage, illuminating, stay-out-of-lines power.
Anyway, I would still purchase by Terry as a highlighter and hope my under eye area will improve with creams or surgery;))

After seeing the QVC presentation, I had to try this! It looked AMAZING on the models, and I was like that is just what I need!
Fast forward to now, and I bought this in Creme, the color is completley off really yellow and dark, even with tanned skin! My dark circles still show through and there is no illuminating what so ever. The consistency is really really runny but then dries a little after and does turn powdery.
I'm so sad/mad/dissapointed, I thought this was going to be my holy grail, in comparison to Cle De Peau, it doesn't hold a candle to it. I bought CDP a while back and used it up, bought it in Beige and it was perfect. The price however isn't and Touche isn't either. Still on the hunt for my HG.

For those who don't like that you can't see how much is left - a SA showed me that you can unscrew the bottom and slide out the inner tube, which is clear so you can see how much product is still in there.

This is the first review I've ever written, but I had let everyone know about how amazing this concealer is! I'm part middle eastern, and have dark deep set under eye circles, they have been the focus of my makeup routine since I can remember. I've tried every brand and type of concealer imaginable, but none were really the whole package. They would either cake, crease, look obvious and unnatural, or be too thick and pull on my delicate skin when applying. I can honestly say this is unlike anything Ive ever used. Like other reviewers have said the lady responsible for this is the same person who make the famous YSL concealer, I tried that one too, NOTHING special. It brightened the under eye area but virtually no concealing. The by terry concealer brightens, moisturizes, is FULL coverage (but you wouldn't know it by how thin it is in consistency), and looks beautiful and natural. Words really dont do it justice, if you have under eye issues you have to try it, you wont regret it! It's pricey but worth every penny.

I was using cle de peau's stick concealer for about 5 months and I believed I was in love but I just wanted to be in love. I have a dry under eye and my concealer always cakes on my skin because it's so dry! The cdp concealer was not as drying and it had good coverage but I was using shade #2 and it was too yellow for me so if I had dark under eye circles it would look like a green cast. I read about this concealer and when I misplaced my cdp I went out and bought touche veloutee. First off I love the packaging it is like a monster touche éclat and it's so modern and sleek. The shade i got was 1 porcelain. I am a nc 15/20 and this works well for the blue based dark circles. What's amazing about this product is that it is a very thin consistency but it's so pigmented and actually full coverage. It covers and highlights incredibly well. This product just makes me so wide eyed and awake. Though this product is really expensive you really don't need to use a lot and this product could last a while. At least I hope it does!

I love this concealer. I saw it demonstrated on QVC during a Space.NK presentation. Space.NK is a British store that only sells the best cosmetic products in each category. Terry Touche Veloutee is their choice for a highlight concealer. Terry is the originator for YSL of Touche Eclat. This is her own line and she has perfected this concealer. It is wonderful as an undereye as well as a concealer on the face. Use it sparingly. Also the distributing element is 3 times the size of Touche eclat. At the time of the QVC demonstration and my initial interest, it sold out at QVC in seconds. I was able to try out and buy this concealer at Barney's in Chicago. The colors run dark. I purchased in porcelain. Highly recommend!!

Have this in 'cream'. For me, in terms of colour, consistency and application, this worked out so much better than YSL's Touche Eclat, which I have been using for some years. Only used under eyes, but understand it can be used in other areas too.

£34 for a concealer is a lot of money but if the product is AMAZING- i will pay it. I have quite bad circles (i use clarins eye contour gel at night which is great- my darkness really has faded a lot if say by 50%!!) and i love the slightly lighter under eye look like Kim K does. I like my undereye circles totally covered and my eyes lit up! I have tried all the usual pen type concealers- and hated them all, the guerlain one was the best of a bad lot, and couldnt for the life of me understand how the ysl and dior one ever got good reviews- they were too white, disappeared after an hour, dry...urgh the list goes on. This one is A-MAZING. Its totally different quality to these ysl ones etc. It brightens the under eye area in a second. Its very light but has great medium-high coverage. I do wear MUFE full cover concealer underneathe if im going out and need to look totally polished and perfect otherwise i use it on its own. It doesnt crease like 99% concealers out there, stays put and no need to re apply every hour! I am nc30-35ish lightly tanned and i use shade 2 cream its perfect its also the shade Kim uses :) If you have bad darkness and have been disappointed with the other pen type concealers- this one is nothing like them! They are on a quality number 2/10, this is 11/10!!!!! And i have those fine creases under my eyes that almost ALL concealers crease in (im 26 so not wrinkles) and this one doesnt i just pat it in and it looks like i had 8 hours sleep! would pay even more for this its that good!

My mum had this product so when I started to get spots I borrowed it to hide them. That was a very big mistake. It dried out my skin sooo badly and looked cakey and horrible and unnatural. I got alot of stares and many people came up to me to say my makeup looked terrible. I was too scared to look in the mirror because I knew my spots would be showing. And they were, in a great mess of cakeiness, orange and dry skin. It looked awful. Luckily I learnt my lesson, stopped using the concealer and my skin looked sooo much better. This concealer, for me, is such a regret and if you have spots, dry or oily skin I would definatly not recommend this product.

I love love love this. It seems that the creator behind this makeup-cosmetics line had previously been a makeup artist for YSL and had invented the world-famous Touche Eclat, which is one of the world's favourite highlighters.
Well, being a big fan of Touche Eclat I was highly intrigued by the product that this artist had created for her own line and purchased it without esitation. Great purchase. The high price has its reason, because the product is more than double the one you get from YSL, but then the great news is INSIDE.
Lovely texture, highly covering pigments that won't cake and great highlighting power. My under-eye circles magically disappear, the potion works.
I still use my YSL for highlighting other areas, because it does highlight a bit more, but for coverage, I run to By Terry.

Lovely highlighting concealer, I use it over foundation, on the high points of my cheeks and to cover my terrible under eye bags. The texture is quite thick and very creamy but it dries to a velvety powder finish. It is easy to blend and best used with fingers, not the brush, I use the brush to swatch the product onto my hand and then use it from there. I have had this for 5 months now and it shows no signs of running out. I click it once and that is enough product for me. I set it with Laura Mercier secret brightening powder. It does not settle into fine lines and stays put all day. It has Hyaluronic acid spheres which brighten and plump up the eye area so you look more awake. I have road tested this and many other concealers such as Laura Mercier undercover pots and secret camo, YSL touch éclat, Shiseido and Shu uemura etc and this is my favourite. It really brightens up your eyes and doesn’t settle into fine lines. It is very much worth the money spent. If this is a little pricey check out Clinique’s airbrush concealer which is also very good and on eBay is very cheap and easy to get hold of.

I had really high hopes for this concealer. I have quite dark under eye circles and this did help them a bit but not really better than a lot of other things I have tried, especially annoying when you consider the £33 price tag! Even more annoying was the fact that this stuff reacted REALLY badly with my skin and ended up giving me a horrible rash all over my eye area, which left me with horrible red burns which are only now (10 days later) starting to ease off. I have never had a reaction like this to a concealer and I don't really have particularly sensitive skin.
Not worth the money and highly disappointing!
UPDATE:
For some unknown reason I dug this out again after my skin calmed down and tried to use it to cover som annoying blemishes I had and even use it under my eyes and thankfully NO rash! So I now think that perhaps my eye area was aggravated by something else and this merely worsened it rather than being the cause.
Its concealing power is fairly good, what I like it the powdery finish and it does help to conceal my under eye area well, nothing amazing, but it does help alot.
I don't know for certain that I would repurchase when I run out as its quite expensive for something that doesn't work miracles!

This is a concealer that comes in a large gold clicker pen with a brush on the end, there are 3 shades and it retails in the UK for around £33 - you don't get a lot of product for your money, I think around 6ml or something like that. As beautiful as the packaging is, I'd like to know when I'm going to run out because it's not really the kind of thing you'd just run to the store and replace like a bottle of milk, this concealer takes a good chunk out of my spending money for the month so I'd like to be able to see how much is in there and when I need to rebuy - lippy off for this.
Having said all of this, the concealer really is damn good! I bought the palest one and it does me great. What the packaging lacks, it makes up for in space saving design and luxury appearances - the product itself is silky and liquid yet seems to stick to flaws and not slide off like others (UD 24/7 concealer despite being thick and creamy and "long lasting" slips off my spots so easily).
This brand has a lot of clicker pen type designs, this one however, is meant for all types of flaws rather than just dark circles - it doesn't cover everything I'll be honest, my spots are not magically erased from my face but it does a LOT better than other concealers that I've tried. My dark circles/bags are brightened up a lot but again, not taken away totally, I don't believe that's even possible to be honest.
I don't want to spend a lot of money on one concealer for under eyes and one for scars/spots which is why I would repurchase this, I know it's pricey but it's travel friendly, luxurious and it works. I don't think you can ask for much more in a product and I'll be sticking with this until I hear of or come across something that works better, I'm sure that will happen one day. If you are thinking about buying this then I would say yes if you want something to brighten your under eyes, give a medium amount of coverage, hide acne scars and other imperfections and have the money to spend. I would not buy this if you have very oily and blemish prone skin, want miracles or are dark skinned because the colours run very light. I'd go and test this in store as well if you get the chance!

Ive discovered these run pretty dark except for #1 Porcelain (#2 Cream was more beigy, and #3 Beige was way too dark) I was going to go for #2 but the SA said it looked to grey on me. and the #1 is brighter. (My skin coloring is fair but maybe not that light..maybe like a NC20ish is my guess) and I wear Bronzer too.
Im glad I got this...Its a huge concealer pen (looks about twice as much as YSL Touche Eclat) and it was $60 total with tax. I really hope I love it!

Light, easy to blend and it works!
It's lighter than YSL's touche eclat and IMHO gives more of a flawless finish.
It's pricey but now that I'm in my late thirties I'm acutely aware of ageing, especially around my eyes - and this miraculous product conceals my mid-week dark circles & bags without looking cakey.
Love it!

I recently got this concealer in a swap and boy am I so glad I did! I have been using Cle de Peau concealer in Ocher and it is fantastic but the color is a bit off for me in the winter and the next lighter shade is too light.
This concealer is, in a word, miraculous. The texture is so light and blendable but it really does conceal. (Compared to my Cdp concealer which is a little heavier, almost like a stick foundation). I use it on the redness around my nose and chin. I don't have darkness under my eyes but I use it under my eyes to brighten them up. I'm about a NW20 right now and I use No.2 Cream and its a great match for me. Its also undetectable on my skin. I will definitely buy this again when I run out.

For me, this is the perfect concealer. The color is a match made in heaven with my skintone (I'm a NW20, and I use this one in Porcelain). I'm not a huge fan of the packaging, it looks pretty, but I don't like the fact you can not see what's left in it. And, when is seems empty, there's no way you can scrape the last bits out it, and with a product of this price range, I want to get my money's worth until the last drop. But, I really do love it, and will keep buying it! It really gives my face a healthy glow, and all signs of fatigue disappeear immediately!

Ok i do love this product, However i HATE the packaging. It looks beautiful but in reality is very messy, unhygienic and generally just yuck. Yes the brush is of higher quality than most of the other brands that do concealers in this style but i still couldn't bring myself to like the whole pump/brush thing. So what i decided to do was buy one of the little clear make up pots that mac sell and pump all the product into it, its more hygienic and i can use my own brushes or fingers. It did seem a bit of a waste as you do always feel like you pay for the packaging as well, however im much happier with the product now. I you like these kind of pump and brush systems you will probably get along great with this, if you dont and you are happy to do what i did and chuck away the expensive pretty packaging the actual formula is great!!

i have by terry light expert (foundation) which I like using but as I have a tendency to dark circles I thought I would try this product which is specifically formulated for this area. The SA took her time trying the different colours and the colour I myself would have picked out as a match, she said was far too yellowish on me. She tried another colour and I thought it was very impressive in concealing the darkness. It turned out she had used the palest colour - porcelain. Now I would have thought this would be far to pale for me but it works really well if used very sparingly and blended in well. I ended up buying it and it is a really good match although it looks very pale on the brush. Now I need to save up for the product she applied under it - Seve de Rose - a serum for the eye contours. It really made a difference but is £71.
