Wow this stuff is simply useless. It felt so weird on my face and in minutes completely oily mess. Not only that it transferred onto all my clothes. I cant stand this foundation def not worth $12.

This foundation was a no-go for me. I have pretty oily skin and this did nothing to control the oils at all. I was shiny within a few hours and my face just felt really uncomfortable. The foundation felt thick and cakey and I felt like an oily mess once I applied it. It's also extremely streaky so it's best to apply with yours hands ... you also have to be pretty quick because it dries pretty quickly. I found that the product inside often separates and when I squeeze out the foundation, a goop of oil comes out first, which really grossed me out.

I bought this at a local discount grocery outlet for $2.99 and I fell like that was too much. This product is horrible, especially for my dry skin. After using my normal moisturizer and a primer for my large pores this make up just slid all over my face. In between my eyebrows and around my mouth was the worst. It also rubs off and that was with a primer. Do yourself a favor and skip this one I would not recommend.
I did like the packaging and how the product dependence.

No. Just no. I thought this was going to be a great product because of the hype around mousse and whipped and creme foundations and all that stuff. I enjoyed it less and less as I used it more and more. For one thing, it is almost impossible to get even coverage with this product. Because of its sheer nature, it was practically impossible to get it to be even all over. I use a brush with this, and it leaves awful foundation streaks everywhere! Using fingers does not work either, and foundation sponges also fail. It is buildable, but I don't think you wanna build any more of this on your face. It looks very cakey if you pile it in one place. The formula is very dry (almost chalky), and it probably will not do good on dry skin. However, it does stay for a long time and the color selection is nice if you have warm skin tones, like me. Still, that is outweighed by the poor coverage and poor evenness of this product! For $10, will not be buying again. Ever.

I only just received this foundation, and I love it already. It provides even coverage without caking or being greasy. I love that it stays matte, but still has SPF 20. I'm disappointed only in that I've heard this foundation will be discontinued, which seems to be the trend for me. I find a make-up I'm willing to stick with and the manufacturer discontinues!! (Mary Kay, Clinique, now Revlon). The replacement is never as good as the original and I start my search again for a new brand to whom I can be loyal.

After years working in beauty retail (Sephora), I fell in love with drugstore brands again. While there are many great ds foundations these days, this is not one of them. I liked the idea of it being minerals, but I this formula is just yuck. Here are the reasons for my rating: the smell-it's like rancid cocoa butter? Such a strange scent! The color is ok. I got the lightest color, I believe, which is Fair. It runs rather pink, which doesn't work for me, as I am very neutral. Hard to find a match for me. The finish is what really killed it though: dry, chalky, clumpy, even with well-prepped skin. I have combo skin, but know how to prep my skin to be able to use a formula like this, and it just didn't work. Too bad, I was thinking this would be a good dupe for bb creams, since it has pigment and a good spy (30). Throwing this in the trash. I really need to start saving my drugstore receipts!

I bought this foundation a while ago, but I don't use it very often. I tend to use it mostly when I've run out of my foundation and haven't bought a new one yet, probably because I tend to prefer a more liquid foundation in a pump bottle. This comes out well enough and looks nice when applied, but I need to use my fingers and I feel like I need to apply some pressure to get everything blended nicely. The packaging is fine, and very compact for travel, but the small nozzle doesn't always play nice with the thick mousse, and it's not very luxurious. On the plus side, the shade I have (Fair) is perfect, which is difficult to find. Also, I find that this gives me a nice full, matte coverage, which is what I like. I just wish I could find this in liquid form and with a pump.

Statred using it on a whim, it has decent coverage, but fades and turns to grease in a few hours, even with powder. It has not broken me out though.. Not terrible, but nothing i would make a point to get again.

Garbage product! CVS marked down this foundation 75% off. Almost all were gone but one- my color. I wonder if this foundation is going away- if so, GOOD. This formula is SO DRY and thick. Once I put it on my face it dried up. It looked like I had put chalk on my face. Nothing I used fixed this problem- not moisturizer, not primer, nothing. Awful product. It cost me $2.50 after the discount and it goes normally for almost $13! I am so glad I didn't purchase this for full price. I threw it in the trash after a few uses- which weren't really uses as I washed it right off. And I should mention it took TWO washes to get it all off!! ...ugh.

This product is very deceiving. It feels like you need more but if you properly moisturize and use a foundation brush you can use a small amount and spread it out. I like this foundation because with very oily skin by the end of the day my face doesn't look oily. It's not bad I got it on sale for a back up. The bottle is hygienic. Looks really pasty so you have to use bronzer.

This is the absolute worst foundation, ever. It's very thick and difficult to blend, yet only gives a light to medium coverage. You can't build the coverage with it either - the second layer just chunks up and won't blend at all. It dries so fast that you can't blend it. So I go over it with a damp sponge and remove half of it. Maybe I'll try mixing it with moisturizer. It sits in my pores and makes my skin look flaky. It also separates in the tube so I have to shake it every time I use it, which isn't really bad, just an observation. I did get it on clearance, so maybe it's just really really old. I gave it 2 lippies because it actually comes in a color light enough for me (unheard of in DS foundations) and keeps my really oily skin matte alllll day long. But it doesn't seem worth it for a product that's so difficult to blend and makes my skin look terrible.

Mineral Mousse, true to it's name is a fluffy, whipped textured foundation that begins as a cream based then can be blended down to a medium coverage. I'm a little surprised to see the poor reviews on here- I found the coverage to be very good, the wear time to be great and the texture isn't conflicting with my oily skin.I do rec. setting it with a powder though if you are more oily prone.

Mmmh as it says in the name, "Mousse"
Its really quite thick, the consistency...The packaging is pretty good as it is a squeeze tube, but i find it separates and i dont know how you are meant to combine the separates together? (that didnt make sense at all). Anyways, you do have to use some effort to squeeze it out, because very little comes out. But i guess that's a positive as you cant squeeze too much out.The coverage is in between light and medium, it doesnt feel like you are wearing anything, I think it is very good for evening out skin tones and fading pigmentation. As my jawline area is quite red and so are my cheeks, this foundation is quite good for that.

Update: Alright, i dont know but THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS FOUNDATION IS THAT ITS MAKES YOUR FACE MATT,

I dont understand how this foundation works, i put a second layer on and the foundation turned into like, little chunks? Bits got into my pores (as they are more big near the nose )and it looked like i had pigments of dots everywhere? The first layer was alright, but still omg my pores...they turned into skin coloured dots.....

However it looks okay in places with small pores like my jawlines -_- ugh wasted 15 bucks on this (cheap for aus, however i go to this shop that probably gets their stuff from america, then resells, cheaper as this would have been atleast 25), I had high hopes for this because i didnt see mineral oil or alot of paraben ingredients....

-_- im gonna go to covergirl or something cheaper... maybe mousse foundation just isnt good for my skin type.

ANOTHER edit: If you, are like me and do no like the consistency because it does not blend well and it bunches up on the skin, I've found that mixing it with a tinted moisturiser, or just a good moisteriser really helps! However the foundation by itself is not something i would repurchse as i am currently mixing 2 other foundations with this.

Ok so I got this one in the beige colored squeezy tube for around $3 part of the CVS clearance sale. I picked up 210 Light/Pale for my NW 20, Revlon CS buff, L'oreal W2 skin. Its a white runny liquid that 'adjusts' to a yellow tone as it oxidizes. It feels airy like a tinted moisturizer & similarly has light to medium coverage.I like how its buildable & still natural looking. I could pat this on my cheeks where the acne/scars are & leave the rest of my skin bare & not look like I have pasted patches on, but sadly this means I need to touch up the same areas because no additional layers ever give it the full coverage I need. So instead, I now use this to even my skin tone & hide redness so I apply it like a moisturizer between my palms then go in with concealer & powder on top. It lasts avg 6 hrs. I won't be repurchasing because I believe its being d/c & replaced by the New Airbrush mousse by Revlon but its a 3.5/5 while it does last.

it doesn't matter how many times i used it, it just makes me hate it more. It's oxidized badly, just few hours after i put it. It makes me look like I had tanned (like a very orangy tanned fake ones) everytime i use it.
I had a high hope for this stuff since I have a very (I mean terribly) oily skin and easly to break out. I heard all good reviews bout colorsray foundation lineup so I decided to get it. The SA lady suggested me to buy the mousse one after knowing how oily my skin was.
But again, the oil controling power isn't like I expected too. I had to blot my face as often as other foundies or bb creams I wear. The only reason I still keep one lippie's just because it didn't make me break out.

Ughh not good. I was really hoping i would like this stuff a lot. Not really. Its super super thick and it takes a whole lot to cover your face. You would think that a foundation so thick would have outstanding coverage...yeah not really. If you have any dry spot, it accentuates it so much its disgusting. Its also realllllyyyy easy to make it look cakey. It does give you a pretty complexion, but ive seen better. Not a big fan:(

I love the packaging for this product because it's easy to use and dispenses easily without too much coming out. This foundation can control my oily face for about 2 hours minimum. It makes my skin look nice but it doesn't have super good coverage since you can still see my acne scars through it. (it has med. coverage.) However I will not repurchase because I want to try out other foundations that may have better oil control than this one.
