This product is, in general, a good choice for an organic shampoo. However, it lathers little, takes 2 washings to get out product residue and have a clean sort of lather, and a palmful to actually feel like you're washing your hair. It also leaves hair feeling very stripped and undernourished when wet, so conditioner is an absolute must.

All in all I'd buy this again if I'm unhappy in my quest for better organic products, but I'm sure there are better out there.

Nice light herbal scent. This sulfate-free shampoo produces a small amount of lather and my hair felt clean after using it. However, I did not find it to be moisturizing enough, even when used with the conditioner.

This shampoo is amazing! It smells really nice, kind of a woodsy herbal type of smell. The shampoo itself is just a clear gel that lathers up pretty well. My hair feels so smooth and soft after I use it. Very sleek and clean. No scalp irritation and no build up so far.

Loved this shampoo! I have been trying to find an economic "certified organic" shampoo that doesn't have all the crappy chemicals in it (i.e., parabens, etc) in it that actually works. I have fine, thick hair and this shampoo cleans but doesn't strip your hair and leaves it with bounce and volume. Also, it's safe for color treated hair as well! I am definitely buying again!

I have only used samples of this product, so I cannot attest to how the packaging holds up.

The shampoo is very similar to Terax in terms of cleaning power, which is to say just right for frequent shampooing on my non-color treated, wavy hair. It lathers up just a tad less than the Terax line. No scalp irritation or dryness, and it seemed to clean my hair well enough, but without stripping. I do not use heavy-duty styling products though. The scent is fresh...reminds me of many perfumes and colognes that are beachy or nature-y. It is somewhat moisturizing, but not as much as Creme of Nature.

All in all, I like this and will purchase full size when I run out of Terax, since I like this scent better, esp for summer.
