I first bought this cream last summer when i needed a moisturiser that was light and refreshing and wouldnt contribte to my face being oily (due to a hormonal inbalance). It is a lovey texture and great for oily and combination skin, and also young skin although i will continue to use it with a powerhouse serum underneath to address any preventative/aging concerns. I alternate this with the Q10 day cream from Lacura according to the seasons and/or how my skin is feeling.

I like the consistency of this gel/cream, but it stings my face when I put it on. The scent isn't bad, not overpowering--it smells fresh. I don't think it does a whole lot, but it's fine to use as a day cream (though it has no SPF.) It's just okay.

Works as well as the expensive creams. Gel texture is nice. It has a scent but it doesn't bother my sensitive skin. An excellent moisturizer and good for summer months. Made in Germany and only place to find it that I know of is Aldi (a German owned co. that also owns Trader Joe's). I am definitely going to try their other skin care and make up items!!

I've used this for 3 days now and really love it! I can tell within a day or two if something is working for me and so far so good! This moisturizer retails for $3.49 @ Aldi stores and carries a 100% money back guarantee if you don't love it. The glass jar contains a gel-cream moisturizer that has a fresh oceany scent and a blue coloring. The texture is wonderful, very smooth and rich but it soaks in instantly and leaves my skin feeling so healthy, fresh and hydrated. Almost always I will be a gross oil slick at the end of the day without primer, but with this lotion my skin looked very glowy by 10pm, but not at all in a bad way! I was shocked to see how well everything had held up that late in the evening without a single touchup. Makeup glides onto my skin in a very nicely, sinlk feeling just a minute or two after application and with setting powders by Coty, EDM and silica powder my makeup looked great!!

My skin gets both very scaly dry and oily across my cheeks in Winter, so finding something that can hydrate my dry areas without making me greasy is a tough job. This seems to be working wonderfully though! My skin is a bit sensitive and I can be break out prone to heavy foundations and mineral oil but although there was a very, very slight burn (maybe a sting?) when first applied it was gone within 10 seconds and I haven't felt it since the initial application. My skin feels perfectly hydrated which is a bit surprising to me because this doesn't feel heavy at all! I would suspect that this can works for all skin types as my own combo skin is so very oily and dry at the same time.

I love this: It's a light, blue gel moisturizer with a pleasant scent that fades quickly. I initially bought it only because I was getting the night cream from the same brand, and it was sitting right there next to it, being so cheap :)

But it soon became my little go-to-jar of hassle free moisture care. I use it whenever I need a little extra moisture, whenever I know I'll be staying in all day and don't want or need my heavier lotions with more SPF (it only has about a factor 4). It makes my skin soft, smooth and glowy without overloading it with anything too heavy. It actually feels a bit like sometimes giving my skin some time off from skincare, without leaving it high and dry.

I was a bit wary of the strong blue color, as I was worried it might irritate my skin - but when my mother used it a while ago, it actually healed a rash she had, so I tried it anyway, and it hasn't irritated me at all. In fact it seems to soothe my skin.

The only thing that would make it better would be to package it in a pump bottle.

For the super cheap price I will definitely buy this again. Next time I get to Aldi, I'll make sure to stock up!

I adore this cream! I have combo skin that is dry! After using this for three weeks I have none of the breakouts that I am prone to when trying new products! Gone are the bumpy lumpy congested pores on my cheeks near my nose! I actually look forward to putting this cream on, instead of dreading using a moisturizer like I use to until I found this! My skin is smooth and soft and looks young again instead of dried out and dull and congested! It's cheap! Doesn't smell bad and I will continue to repurchase this amazing gem! Try it! I even use it under makeup with no problems! Thanks Lacura!

Though I really like some of Lacura's other products (Q10 night moisturizer!!), I really don't like this one. It's got a blue shade (is the color really necessary?) and the scent in this is overpowering. It irritates my face upon contact, and I suspect it's the fragrance. I managed to use up the jar on my body, which was OK. Overall this isn't worth even the very cheap price for me. Steer clear of this one if you have sensitive skin, but check out the Q10 night cream!

Just bought this cream today to try out! My coworker recommended this skincare line to me. She uses the anti wrinkle cream but she said there was cream for younger skin, so that's why I am trying this one because I'm not sure how the anti wrinkle will work on my skin. It did wonders on her skin so I hope it will do the same for mine!

I like this cream. I have combo skin and it doesn't make me oily the way the Lacura Night cream does (okay for night, of course but not good under makeup). It also has a tolerable scent unlike some of the other Lacura products.
The jar is not the most sanitary but you can't beat the price of $5 for 1.7 oz.

This cream is pretty decent for coming from Aldi. It soaks in really fast and doesn't feel like you have anything on your face at all. My only problem with it is that it doesn't moisturize as much as I'd like. If you have dry skin your skin will probably still feel dry after using this even if you use quite a bit. It cost 5USD for a 50mL jar which is a bit expensive in my opinion. The smell might bother some. It smells a little like bug repellent but it goes away when you put it on. Overall, this is just average. It could moisturize more than it does and have some sunscreen for $5.
