From the very first use I could tell my hair felt dryer, more brittle. I could not wait to switch shampoos, but I made myself stick to it for a few weeks to make sure it was really the shampoo. I still hate the way it makes my hair feel, buying new shampoo today.

I like the product, but mostly in the winter time. It has OKcleansing power, depending on when you use it, but it really helps with adding back moisture to my hair in the winter time! I have repurchased many times.

I just bought this today, and tried it for the first time. I've used Pantene shampoos before, but they were never my main brand over long time use. I just needed a good moisture shampoo, since my hair has been through too much color treating and heat styling. This transformed my hair, made it smoother and shiny, with a healthy feel. It was easy to style, and felt light. I know there are silicones in Pantene, but I like to switch it up, and use color-safe, and sometimes clarifying shampoos to clean buildup. So this is worth trying. The scent is great too!=)

Nice shampoo, love the smell of it :) Keeps my hair nice and soft, and doesn't leave it greasy at all afterwards.

I really like this! I usually buy Herbal Essences or similar, and borrowed this at a friend's house and loved it so bought my own! Leaves my hair looking shiny and feeling soft. However, I don't think the conditioner is quite as good (others seem to like it better than the shampoo..) as it's not moisturizing enough for the ends of my long hair. Made a big difference!

I love Pantene shampoos, its the only kind that my hair loves. I especially like their nature fusions, whether it is this kind or the other. I love the clean and lady-like smell and it cleans nicely and softly.

A will re-buy it everytime.

My hair is fine and wavy. If I use a lame shampoo it tends to get frizzy. And that's what happened with this shampoo. My hair got frizzy and limp, as if it was not properly clean- never again!

The only good thing about it- smells delicious.

First, let me start off by saying I know Pantene products get a lot of crap. So let me go on in saying that I have worked as a receptionist in a salon and due to my awesome discount I have tried everything from paul mitchell to redken to joico and NONE have worked as well on my hair as Pantene has. And this Nature Fusion line is actually a lot better than the regular pantene product (although i like those too).
Now this conditioner worked very well for my hair. Conditioned without making it feel heavy. Actually my hair had a lot of volume, shine, and bounce from using the shampoo and cond together. And the shampoo cleansed my hair very well without making it dry.
Oh an my hair is down to the middle of my back. VERY color treated, and I heat style my hair regularly. And with this u would never know =)

I bought this as a package (Shampoo and Condition). I have medium/coarse + color treated hair. This shampoo is not moisturizing at all or even balance. When I wash my hair, it feels really dry and sometimes I can't even run my fingers thru the hair in the shower :( Will not repurchase

I don't use this shampoo everyday because of all the chemicals (ironic because it's called "Nature Fusion") and rumors of it making your hair fall out. I use it twice a week because I like to switch between shampoos.

The first time I used it, I noticed that it had a thick, but emollient(?) texture. It takes a longer time to rinse out because of the texture. After my shower, I combed my hair and let it air dry. My hair felt so soft and smooth! And it smelled good too! I wanted to run my fingers through my hair all day, haha.

There are a lot of mixed reviews on this shampoo; most people either love it or hate. I'm in the middle because it makes my hair feel so soft and luscious, but my hair tends to fall out more from the sulfates in it.

I bought this product as well as the Pantene Nature Fusion Moisture Balance at costco for about $15. As soon as I got home I took a shower and I loved this right from the start. Both products smell wonderful, and they rinse well leaving my hair feel soft and shiny. I don't know why so many people here are saying it's a bad product? I like it and will repurchase [if i ever run out of the huge bottles I bought, LOL]

First, let me start by saying, I hardly ever write reviews on a product. When I do, it is because I am strongly compelled to because they are either extremely good, or extremely bad. This shampoo falls into the latter cagegory. It's not just bad, it's so bad that I cannot use it. I, litterally, can barely comb through my hair after using it. "Moisture..." you've got to be kidding me. I don't know what is in this stuff, but it sure surely does not infuse my hair with moisture, in fact, quite the opposite...

I'm not finding this shampoo quite as drying as many other reviewers. I have very thick, frizzy hair that is prone to dryness. Don't get me wrong, this is not a moisturizing shampoo at all. I generally prefer clarifying shampoos with very moisturizing conditioner. You can read my reviews on other Pantene shampoos and conditioners. I don't find that this shampoo makes my hair as greasy as quickly as the other Pantene shampoos. I don't plan on buying this again. In fact, I'm totally giving up on Pantene shampoos and conditioners. They are horrible quality. You can find better quality cheaper at the drugstore.

I liked the concept and the packaging of this, but the actual shampoo was horrible! I have thick, wavy, armenian hair, and this just made my hair very dry and brittle. It felt like dry grass! Not to mention it made my hair fall out! This, along with the 4x daily moisture was the only Pantene products I used, and while the 4x moisture actually did work in making my hair look and feel nice, it still made my hair fall out! Will never ever ever ever repurchase!

This shampoo makes my hair feel like matted straw. I think a big part of it is that the water in my current city is hard and horrible because I've only found a couple of shampoos that don't make my hair feel like that here, both of them creamy (this is a clear shampoo). It's a shame because it smells great and is very affordable, but I shan't repurchase.

This was a very moisture rich shampoo that didn't strip my hair of moisture, but didn't leave it greazy. I loved the smell of this shampoo. It's really hard to describe. It's fresh, but not fruity in anyway and also very light. It lasted a really long time and worked very well. The only reason I'm not going to buy this again is because I'm trying out other shampoos.

At first I liked this product - it made my hair shiny, bouncy and healthy looking. However, after going through about half the bottle, washing my hair most days of the week, I noticed that my hair started falling out excessively. As I look closely, I have tons a flyaways, which appears to be where my hair broke off. I have fine hair as it is. After using this shampoo and conditioner, I can say it is thinned out now too. I'm throwing the rest away to spare what is left of my hair. :(
