I got this for 6$ in the clearance sale and I love it, it's a great neutral I like the color a lot and hope UD has a new more adult line. A more streamlined case the whole dagger thing is cute but you really have to protect it.

It is a nice brown and the sparkle doesn't bother me at all I love the caramel scent. I just wish it would stay on longer. That's why it gets 4 lippies.

The formula is really nice though and it's smooth and looks really great with my pale complexion. I like a bright eye with this lipstick because it's not so bright and it just is one of those colors that for me goes with everything.

I really hope though that they redo their lipsticks because I really like it and wanted to try other colors. But I guess I will have to use there lip pencils or find something similar.

This is one of my favourite nude shades and Urban Decay shades in lipstick. It is a nice neutral shade with a little bit of gold glitter making it look super girly and feminine. It is really creamy and glossy but surprisingly pigmented at the same time. Also the taste isn't as bad as my other Urban Decay lipsticks so that's also a plus! This lipstick goes pretty much with any look, you can feel the glitter, but to me it doesn't matter. However it doesn't last too long so you will probably need to touch up due to the glossy texture.

This is a great light nude color on my pigmented lips. The shimmer gives it a little kick but can also be overwhelming so I find it best to apply the matching lip junkie on top to smooth it out and look natural. I would buy again.

A really beautiful nude shade. With my lip color this goes on almost transparent, but it'll be great for those days I want to look nice and put together but don't want to hassle with a super pigmented lippie. I am not a massive glitter fan, but I can't say I noticed the big chunks of glitter other reviewers claim seeing. It was shimmery, yes. But not at all over-the-top in my opinion. I did only get the mini (sampler) though... so maybe that has something to do with it.... I don't know, all I do know is that this is a great lippie and is the finishing touch to my more natural, every day looks. LOVE IT!

A gorgeous nude shade...IF...the glitter wasn't so damn scratchy on my lips. The glitter was hardly noticeable, but it still scratched my lips, and was irritating. It's a shame, because it's such a pretty shade. I'm just glad I got this in a sample pack...

I love this shade, just not the glitter. I love the smell of Urban Decay's lipstick and I also love the stay power. However, this particular shade has very little stay power at all and I am assuming that its the fault of all the glitter they packed into it. I don't care for a glittery lipstick and I usually go for a matte lip whether I am wearing a nude shade or a dramatic red. So, if you are looking for a subtle, matte with some natural shine, this would not be a good choice for you. I'm just glad that I got a mini instead of purchasing the full size product.

I saw this at Ulta and did not want to buy it but I just had to. It was so pretty and reminded me of summer. It goes on almost like a shimmery gloss. Once I got it home my love affair quickly wore off.

First off, It's so soft that after a few months it broke off the base and shreadded itself as it was being twisted up and down in the tube. Second, it's pretty glittery. Third, I HATE the packaging. It's cool and different but just not practical. I ended up having to melt the lipstick into a pot.

I could see this being a really great lipsick for a highschool or college girl. I'd rather find something else that's similar but better.

This is actually a nice nude color, but I cannot wear it because its sooooo glittery. I mean, I like some shine, don't get me wrong. Looooove a lipglass, I even like the too faced diamond glosses some think too gritty and glittery So its gotta be a real glitter disaster for me to turn up my nose. But this stuff is freaking absurd. Big chunks of glitter like a kindergarten art project gone terribly terribly awry. Just glad I got a mini to try it out first. Maybe my teen sister will wear it...

This is a VERY nude lipstick and there is NOTHING subtle or natural looking about all the glitter in it, it is just not something I would ever want on my lips unless it's Halloween and I'm trying to be a glittering vampire.

I really wanted to love this lipstick. I did. I love Urban Decay's products for the eyes and this was my first purchase outside that realm. I was really disappointed in this lipstick. I find that there is almost zero pigmentation. The glitter/shimmer is there in spades, it's great, which is why I give it a 2. When I buy lipstick, though, I expect it to have a fuller coverage and to last more than maybe an hour. This gives a lip gloss payoff and I didn't expect or want that. What you see in the tube is not what you get on your lips. I ranked this a 2 for price because of the lack of color payoff for the money paid. I ranked this a 2 for packaging quality because the cap doesn't stay on very well, and the girth of the tube and the sword decoration on the end make it impossible for it to fit inside any of my standard-sized mirrored lipstick cases. From now on I will stick to Urban Decay's eye makeup products, where I know it's safe! I still love the brand and recommend it to everyone I talk to about makeup. I just really don't care for this lipstick at all.

I love this lipstick! It is a shimmery nude lipstick that glides on and feels nice. It's one of those lipsticks that one can apply quickly and not have to worry about looking like a clown lol. I find that it is very flattering and goes with nearly everything.

This is more like a lip balm with a bit of glitter in it. Some say that they got glitter all over their face because of this.... I never had that.
I dont see any colour at all going on my lips but I got this in a set so I won't be buying it again

I like this color if I'm going for a more shimmery nude lip. It does have some glitter in it and looks very nice, natural, and suttle. I would repurchase.

Love this lippie! Back in high school, my sis wore this color in the lip gunk and while it looked stunning on her, this caramel-beige gloss looked rather blah on me. With my pale blonde hair and fair skin, I needed a stronger lip to not look washed out and stuck to rose/blush colors with a lighter, neutral eye. Now that I went brunette and do a smokey-bronze eye, this caramel-beige lipstick looks fab on me. I love the glossy, sparkly finish of this lipstick. I've heard that some find the scent/taste off-putting, but I find it to be rather sweet in the same vein of the MAC lippies. I totally dig the purple packaging; makes it stand out in my sea of black cased lippies. Not too keen on the price as I tend to balk at lippies marked over $20. Nevertheless, I'm willing to shell out the $22 plus tax on this one for it's superior quality and the nostalgia factor that I can now wear the once coveted color of my high school days.

I got this in the Hall of Fame set. Ive never owned a UD lipstick before (but i want to, i love the packaging) Midnight cowboy is a light beige and almost pure glitter on my lips. It feels gritty, but its also shiny so it doesnt look gross. I like the smell of it also. It doesnt last that long on my lips, but it can be used over other lipsticks to spice it up. If i had some extra money, i would buy a full size of this since i do like it, but im not sure that i would wear it everyday. I like this over nude lips!

Hmm.

The lipstick is a nice colour but I think the glitter is a little too much for me. It seems to travel over my face! I would buy it again if it was cheaper but for the money (£13) I don't think it's worth it, it's not that great in my opinion. Also, you only get a tiny lipstick! It's a pretty small amount of product!

The packaging is a work of art though.

Color looks fine on my lips. The glitter isn't as noticeable and I couldn't feel it between my lips. It is like wearing really shiny lip gloss. When I decided to wash it off, it was a major pain trying to get all the glitter off my face and lips! I have scrubbed and even resorted to using tape. Bleh, color isn't that great for all the trouble

At first glance I thought this was a nude color. Then I noticed all of the glitter. Tons and tons of glitter. It doesn't show up as a color on my lips. Just glitter. Great if you like glitter on your lips. Not so great for me. Thankfully I got this as part of a set. Won't repurchase. Not a big fan of glitter lips with no sheen.

You know what? This lipstick can function as really a nice lip gloss for people (like me) who do not like the feeling of lip gloss. The formula feels hydrating and nice on my lips, I don't put so much on that I feel any "grit" from the glitter. If I line my lips with a nude liner and then put a coat of this over it, it looks simple, lightly shimmery and very wearable. Especially for an outdoor summer look. Midnight Cowboy is a sheer, warm-toned peach nude.
Some reviewers have compared it to MAC's VG V, I have both and I find them different, actually. I have a side by side swatch comparison in my pics, if that'd be helpful to anyone. VGV is less sheer, and the color is a light/med rose toned shade with shimmer. I have both swatched on the back of my hand right now, and they are very different in real life. For reference I'm NC15, though probably a tad darker on my hands!

I got this as a mini in the hall of fame set. No color shows up on my, just glitter, not garish ashy glitter, just random glitter. Its ok, I wear it under creme glosses to add a shimmery demention...sometimes. But usually it just sits there. Doesn't last long on the lips and you can feel the glitter when you rub your lips together. not great. i don't recommend this to women of color. i could have easily lived without it
