I don't know why this brush gets such good reviews. The bristles on mine are so flimsy, it's difficult to pick up product and make a sharp enough life. The bristles tend to splay out so precision is out of the question. Will be swapping this away as soon as I get the chance.

I LOVE this brush! I use it specifically for tightlining. I use this with the MAC gel liner and works like a dream. It's so cheap too!! Highly recommended.

I love this brush! It is far superior to any other liner brush I have ever used, especially for gel liners. I highly recommend picking up several to stash.

I actually love this brush. I read the reviews and decided to buy 2 because they were very reasonable. Good thing I did because I really like this brush. I have MAC's 209, Sephora's angled liner brush and actually the CS one is my favourite simply because it allows very precise lining and I can actually get a thin line on the inside and build it to a thicker line. MAC's 209 is far too thick for a precise application so I usually use it with a mixing medium+eyeshadow when I feel like it.

I think this brush makes a great defined line and it also made winged eyeliner a breeze. Mine was perfectly fine when I got it. It had like one stray bristle but it's not really a huge hassle just clip it off. Overall, a great buy and I use it a LOT.

I use this for my gel liners. Great brush for the cost. There were a few stray hairs but I just clipped those off. Easy to work with. I have to clean it after using this with gel liners though because otherwise they will harden on the bristles so it's a matter of maintenance. Excellent brush.

This is a decent eye liner brush. The angled head does make it easier to control but it really needs to be tapered if you want to be able to get a fine line. All in all I prefer the black angle liner brush with the wide flat head. I think it's easier to control the application with that one. You can start out with a very fine line and work up to a thicker one if you want.

This brush is dirt cheap but the bristles are stupid!! When my brush arrived half of the bristles were bent sideways and no amount of wetting/reshaping/anything would get them to go straight. I ended up trimming them off because they would mess up my liner. I also don't like how they are cut straight across and don't come to a point. I would have thought Coastal Scents would be "on point" with this brush, but they weren't! I was expecting so much more! Good thing it was only a few bucks!

This brush design is really great for gel eyeliners but the bristles are a bit rough and I would like it better if they tapered to a point rather than just stopping bluntly, it would make application a lot more smooth. I really like the angled part it makes getting a thin line really close to the lash-line easy and less messy.

this brush is ahh-maay-zinggg okaaaay!!

as most of you kno, I love coastal scents, greatt prices, products, and shipping is quick. I bought this liner as a dupe for mac's liner, and this is just perfect..no difference but the angle and color.

the angle is a personal preference, but personally I like iit, I think its easiier. all you do is get some cream liner on your brush and apply it however your technique is on your lids..and your done! quick, easy and painless, no eye poking like pencils..that's why cream liners are so much better..but you do need the right brush.

I also use an angled liner brush from coastal scents, its the black one, also really cheap and works amazing. and I have a really thin liner also from coastal scents, like the white angled one im reviewing, exept its not angled and thinner bristles, like the thinner version of mac's for when you want a thin lined eye. all of my eyeliner brushes are from coastal scents, that way if the fall apart, or I don't like it, I only spent a few dollars, and I wanted to see if if I would like the mac one.

if your thinking about getting mac's liner, or any eyeliner brush for cream liners, start with a coastal scents one, there stupidly cheap, and you'll love them, great quality!!!

I've seen youtube makeupbytiffanyd used this brush in her tutorials. I've been curious about it and finally got it from a cs sale :)

this beats out the SK brush and has become my HG brush for applying gel/creme, f/l inks.

I love this brush more because the bristles are much firmer and you don't waste too much product. HG :D

This brush is very cheap and is well made. However, I simply have cannot use this for my gel liners. For some reason I have the hardest time! I end up with black liner all over my lids. Instead I use the ELF studio angled liner and it works so much easier. I love Coastal Scents but just couldn't use this brush. =(

This brush makes applying gel or liquid eyeliner very easy! However, I'd like it to be a teensy bit stiffer. Overall, it makes lining my eyes a breeze. Despite the softness of the bristles, I'd still probably buy it again.

The price is really good so I purchased two of them from the start! It's not a bad liner brush, and the price simply can't be beat, however it doesn't make as thin a line as I would like. If you want an eyeliner brush which can make a super thin line, this isn't it, but it's a good brush nonetheless and I do not regret my purchase.

This is the perfect brush for those of us who lack the skill needed to apply the perfect line. Love using it for gel liners....absolutely no effort in application...just slides over the lid!

The price is excellent too. I went back and purchased several more. I'm keeping one for me and the others I'll give as gifts to my favorite liner challenged friends.

At $2.19 this is a steal! It's comparable to the SK bent liner brush except that the white fibers are synthetic and the handle is a bit longer. My gel liners stained the fibers even after washing but this doesn't affect the application of different colors later on. If the stained fibers are a problem, use a little oil before using brush cleaner.
