It's alright. The highlighter side is way to sparkly, it's pretty much like a cream full of glitter. The concealer side is good if you have under eye discoloration that is more of an orangey color though it does settle into fine lines after a few hours. I do like it as an eyelid primer as well.

I suppose I should consider myself lucky that this inexpensive product worked so well for me based on all the lackluster reviews. I have been reading reviews on here for years and this product actually compelled me to write my first review. It is EXACTLY what ive been looking for. I have tried all kinds of concealers, in a myriad of prices ranges, and they all left me wanting more....too dry or too cakey, or just generally heavy feeling. I am soooo thrilled with this purchase! Both the concealer and highlighter are dreamy! I will definitely be going back to my local target stores to buy them all out lol.

Oh, boy, whattamiss. Sorry, e.l.f., I usually love your products, but this was a disappointment. The concealer side was meh, it matched my skintone but was very ineffective for dark circles. If I put it on a blemish with flakes or dry skin, like a healing pimple, it drew attention to it like woah. Eventually the packaging fell apart on me and the middle part cracked a little bit so that the concealer side dried out. I had no choice but to break it off and throw it away. And as for the highlighter? Well, it's okay. It's the only highlighter I have, so I can't say much, but it is mostly just glitter, it doesn't really give much of a reflective sheen. Would not recommend this for purchase.

i gave to this product 3 only because i love the Highlighter side!! The concealer is really weak and does not cover AT ALL my under eye bags. Im currently using Studio Fix MAC and thats a great one... but concerning the Highlighter I'm totally satisfied. I love the way gives light to all my under eye and cheek area. It blends well with my skin and it stays all day... I hope can find the highlighter separately from the concealer since that is totally a waste!

I have dry skin, with an exceptionally dry under eye area, with almost non-existent bags/discolouration/purple-suitcases-from-lack-of-sleep.
The packaging isn't anything to write home to your mother about, but it's probably the most practical way to package the duo, and I haven't had any problems with leakage, so kudos to Elf.
The concealer side of the product is pretty thin to be honest, I would actually go so far as to say that the coverage is on par with a bb cream. It's really thin and thus has pretty thin coverage.
But because I really don't anything heavy-duty (for my under eyes, anyway) I find it lightweight and pleasant.
However, the standout here is the highlighter side. I really hope they start to sell it separately, because I use it a lot and I have many other concealers to use up.
For a fair skinned girl, the highlighter is just so subtle but looks amazing, it really is one of the best products I've used from Elf.
It's really fantastic if you have dry skin, and are sick of the generic pink-toned highlighters.
The lasting power isn't as good as I'd like, but you get what you pay for I suppose.
If they sell the highlighter separately, I'd definitely repurchase!

The packaging broke when I received it. It had highlighter part oozing out of the tube. Fixed it with superglue.
Used the highlighter maximum twice. The concealer claims that it's supposed to be for UNDER EYE area. I find it to not do the job well at all. The coverage is sheer. If you build it, it just looks very oily. Even if you set it with powder after, it will just smudge right away.
Ditching this for good.

If you've never used a concealer before, this is the perfect product for you. It's cheap and the perfect place to start. It covers my under eye dark circles and doesn't go into my wrinkles. It is a bit creamy but it's perfect for my skin. I use the highlight on both sides of my eyes , one dot on the inside of my eyes and one dot on the outsides.

I bought this concealer because it was an emergency and they didn't have the one i usually get BUT I am so glad I did! For me this is wonderful! The coverage is sheer, but it does work. I have pretty dark under eye circles but something about this concealer works so well to make my under eye area awake. It also looks super natural, and the color blends in fantastically. Its light weight sheer coverage but for days that you need to it is defiantly build able. Best of all it dosnt crease AT ALL or get cakey. I have had this problem with so many other concealers..by the end of the day they would be gross and creased and vhj YUCK! But this one dosnt at all. The packaging though is appealing but is bad quality, and I would recommend you using the highlighter for its purpose although it could work as eyeshadow maybe..LAST even though it looks like there isnt much in there it lasted me forever and was on three dollars!

This is to watery to even work. It goes on almost completly sheer with no coverage. I will admit it leaves a pretty glitter radiance behind though. I will not repurchase though!

Let me preface this review by saying I almost never use concealer, save for the occasional "lack of sleep" undereye circles. I bought this for $3 at Target after seeing it used in a YouTube tutorial. I am fair skinned NW15 and I bought the lightest shade, I believe "fair." I had some light undereye circles this morning and decided to give it a try, and I'm pretty happy with it. I used a tiny dab of the concealer mixed with the highlighter to blend under my eyes with the ELF Studio flawless concealer brush, and set it with the ELF HD undereye setting powder. I am 37 and work in a conservative office, and I didn't have any issues with excessive glitter or shimmer. Just luminosity, brightening, and some very faint shimmer. The consistency of this is fairly thin, so they blend well, and won't look cakey or too thick. The downside to this is coverage - it is fairly sheer, so probably not the best for those that need true full-coverage concealing ability. For me, I find this is more of a brightener, which is really all I need. It works really well for my occasional light undereye circles. If you have dark circles that require heavy full coverage concealer, this product absolutely will NOT do the job. I'm taking off 1 lippie for that, because I do find that it works really great for me, but I can see where it won't work as a true concealer for others. Overall I do like this product and I will repurchase.

PROS: I buy this for the highlighter. It's wonderful if I use it spraringly on my N10-15 (leaning to NC) skin. The price is so inexpensive.
CONS: The concealer wouldn't be good for those with dry skin. The highlighter would be ridiculous on anyone's skin much darker than mine (N10-15.) Also I would think that if you were quite warm-toned, the highlighter would be way too cool on you.

I thought I had bought this thinking that I had gotten it in light but by accident I got it in fair. I bought this at Target and I realized that I bought the wrong color after I opened it, so I was not able to return it. So, I tried to think of a way to use it. Normally, even after I apply my concealer (that is the right color for my skin) the circles under my eyes are still a little bit dark. So, I apply two small dots of the fair concealer and it brightens up my undereye circles like you wouldn't even believe! And it looks so natural and beautiful! So if you have dark undereye circles, buy this one shade lighter. The only reason that I took off one lippie is that I cant use the highlighter on my face because it is way too sparkly. I can only use it on the inner corner of my eye and it looks fantastic. For only three dollars you cant go wrong! And even though I bought this in the wrong color, I figured out a cure for one of my ongoing problems! Thank you so much ELF!! <3

I got this for 3 dollars on the E.L.F website. I don't use the highlighter because it has so much shimmer in it, and that's not my look. My friend uses it though and it brightens the dark circles under her eyes when used with the concealer. The concealer is not thick but not the thinnest. It does not last very long so I have to reapply, but hey, for 3 dollars it covers my under eye circles pretty well. It hid scarring from my blemishes as well and did not make me break out. The applicator isn't too hygienic, but I mostly use this for under my eyes after my face is washed, so if I have to reapply I washed my hands and dab some on my ring finger to apply. Not a bad product, you go E.L.F :)

For $3, it wasn't a bad purchase. But I definitely wouldn't buy it again. The shade is Light/Glow. The concealer accentuates my dark circles! What the hell. After setting it with a powder foundation, it doesn't look as bad, but it's definitely a shit undereye concealer. The highlighter part looked nice in the packaging, but when swatched, there is some legit glittery sparkle stuff going on. Tried using it down the nose, cheekbones and browbone, but I might have put too much because I looked like I was a Twilight vamp. The highlighter part is salvageable, but I don't think I'll be using this product very often.

If you've seen me in person, you know I have the worst undereye circles since Fester Addams. I once overheard them being discussed in 7th grade homeroom, so yeah...mildly traumatic, that. My quest to find my HG concealer muddles on, but this has been a particularly ineffective stop en-route. The formula has maybe three lousy drops of pigment per liter, so I had to wipe on about three layers before I could see any payoff, which resulted in a patchy, cakey disaster...and the "highlighter", if anything, dissolved and erased even that wasted effort. I don't want to hate on ELF too hard because they've put out some products, especially brushes and blushes, that I can't stop raving about--and it's just too easy to call out a bargain brand for dropping the ball--but I'd be ashamed to give this sucker away.

Not a fan of this product at all! Concealer creases easily and the brightener is literally useless. Also, my packaging cracked and concealer got over everything! I was just putting it in my storage and it busted. Awful!

zero coverage on the concealer end, and the highlight is just terrible. Both watery formulas.

umm. i dont know I liked this at first but it barely applys ANY coverage under my eyes. its a good color for my fair skin but does SQUAT! I havent used the highlighter. also the tube part came of from the stick it still works its just annoying. Id probably spend a couple extra bucks to get a better concealer.
