Dreadfully skinny brush hardly has enough fibers to get a decent line. You have to go over and over to get a line wide enough to see! I got the copper color which I hoped would flatter blue eyes. It is a very metallic looking copper...not what I wanted but that is my preference. Did not like the effect on me. This product reminds me of some cheap drug store brand. Will not repurchase. Will stick with gel liners such as MAC or Bobbi Brown, or high quality kohl pencils.

I'm testing this product for an aesthetician friend who is considering carrying it in his spa, so I didn't pay for this -- I wouldn't pay for this, $20 for a thoroughly mediocre liquid liner is hilarious. I've worn liquid eyeliner for about fifteen (yikes) years so if anyone should be able to make this work, it's me. But no -- the brush is awful, the formula is clumpy, it's impossible to get a sleek cat eye out of this product and it flakes after a few hours. Pretty much its only redeeming quality is that it's entirely waterproof. If you really have to use mineral liner this is probably your product of choice, but if texture and ease of application is at the top of your list, you can do so much better for about half the price.

Works differently than other eyeliners. I had to play around with it in order to minimize the flaking. (I understand that other eyeliner may have adhesives, which I am trying to avoid.) For a natural product, I am very happy with this and have used for two years now.

I like Jane Iredale's products...but this was definitely one of the WORST eye liners I have ever tried!!! :( It flaked after only a few hours (without me even touching my eyelids)!
If you are looking for an eye liner that has tremendous staying power, get MAC's liquid last eyeliner. It's not as natural as Jane Iredale's, but hey, sometimes you can't get the best of both worlds. :(
****UPDATE******
I just discovered a natural eye liner that performs as a liquid eye liner! It is by: Tarte, and is called: EmphasEYES Aqua Gel Eyeliner. Long lasting and easy to apply! :)

i've been using the copper liner for years, it is the only one i've seen on the market that is a liquid, mineral, and is a beautiful color. the silver liner has much to be desired, its not the best. the copper and the silver will flake after all day wear, which sucks, but for such a beautiful color i will continue to rebuy. the black liner is okay..... not the best.

I really do NOT like this product. It flakes easily, just not consistent at all. The brush sucks also. Packaging is okay, but not great. I refuse to repurchase this.

I'm not having any issues with this liner! I think it's consistency is perfect, just right for getting next to the lash line and easy to apply. No dragging like a pencil. I haven't had any flaking and my sensitive eyes are not irritated at all.
Update: Well, I guess if you were it long enough, it will flake. Dang! Loved everything about it, but after a few hours, it bubbles like old paint and flakes off.

I really like this product! Like another reviewer stated, I really like, that it has no harmfull ingredients, but I also think it works really well. I have this in both black, brown and purple, and they are all very nice. Easy to put on, and stays put all day. Highly recommendable :-)

After it dried it started to flake off. Within an hour it was no longer where I applied it. Worst liquid liner I have ever tried.

I really disliked this eyeliner the brush was really really small so you had to go over and over again to get a decent amount on and that was exceptionally annoying because i felt that it burned until it dried. it was impossible to do under the eyes with the applicator without getting it everywhere.

i have used 3 colors in this line. they apply well into lashline and the control above line is fairly good- for a few hours. i just find that it balls up and starts falling onto cheeks. if it has gotten into lashes during application you must be very fast with the eyelash brush but still goes clumpy. very unappealing. and using on bottom lash line just adds to problem. finally just tossed them the other day..it made me love my pierre cardin liquid liner again.

I am not so sure if I would buy this eyeliner again... it has great staying power, but the brush and the consistency of the product are not that great. I can get this liner to look good only by applying a few layers, because it's watery and gooey at the same time...Very weird! But once I get a nice line, it stays put all day.

I have this in Black,Black/Brown and Gold. There are pro's and con's to this product. I'll begin with the pro's
*Nice Colors. The gold isn't metallic but muted, very pretty for highlighting inner corner.
*None of the harmful chemicals. A HUGH PLUS!
*Nice narrow brush which makes application very easy.
*Great for creating/sealing in the smoky eye look without causing tearing, watering etc.
*Dries fast!
Con's;
*Expensive
*Will smudge/run if you're dancing, sweating etc. without sealing it with eye shadow. For the price, I expected better performance. I didn't have a chance to seal it last night, before going to work, and I did have smudging and smearing this morning when I came home. This is in addition to the fact that I wore an eye primer. In it's defense, when sealed with black eyeshadow, it will last for 28 hours (I tested it) without budging on upper eye lid and about 18 hours without budging on the waterline. But IMO, for what this cost, it shouldn't require this. Jordana's will last through a hurricane and it only cost a buck......but w/e.
*Dries fast! If you make a mistake, be prepared to scrape.
Anyhoo, I'll definitely purchase it again, due to the fact that it's safe for me to use. I also like the colors. I mixed a little of the black eyeliner with the 24k silver dust for a party, U-N-B-E-L-I-E-V-A-B-L-E. It looked like those new glitter gel eyeliners from MAC. I'm addicted to mixing the gold liquid eyeliner with the 24k gold dust now.
