It had been my HG concealer for a long time until I got tired of the fact that it's so hard to buy. I haven't found any LM counter in any of the cities I've lived, so I always had to purchase LM products online. The shades of the products always turned out not the right shade I thought they were, and with LM's high price and expansive international shipping fee, I seriously wasted a lot of money on trying out LM products.
Back to the product, although it's pricy, it contains corrector, concealer and setting powder, so there're three products all in one. The corrector is very creamy, does a great job on correcting my dark circles and smoothing out the fine lines. The concealer is dryer so I wouldn't use it on the eye area (although you suppose to use it on top of the corrector), It is still great for covering dark spots and pimples on my face. I had the LM translucent powder so never found a good use of the loose powder in the bottom container unless I was traveling. The powder is also very light by the way. Although it's a great product, you only get a very small amount of product in one container and it turns to run out very fast. Like I said before, it's impossible for me to buy it from the counter, and I'm just sick to pay the extra for the shipping cost when the product itself is already so expansive. I'm still looking for my HG concealer.

For the price, I was disappointed with the UnderCover pot. As far as the concealer itself, I was fairly pleased with the product ONCE it was on my face. It covered well and had decent staying power once set. However, I found everything from the packaging to application did not meet my expectations.
Packaging: The two concealers constantly fell out of the pot. I had to pick them up off the dirty floor on several occasions. If it functioned properly, the design with the concealer trays on top and setting powder bottom would be brilliant. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me.
Application: I agree with the other reviewers that this product is quite dry, both on my face and in the container. It was a struggle to get it on my finger and it would only transfer to my under eye and blend once it had warmed up a lot. If I held my finger in the pot to warm it, it would stick and pull the whole tray of product out...every time. Using a brush was even less effective for me.
Product: The pot is smaller than I expected it to be. You don't get much of each product, and I don't expect it to last long at all with daily use.

I'm returning this product as soon as I get the chance. Maybe I got a bad one, but honestly one side is VERY oily and I find it slips off at the first chance it gets, plus it really accentuates my milia under my eye. The other half is almost rock hard and I can barely use it.
I was mostly keeping it for the LM powder underneath, but really I should just invest in a proper size and get my money back for this product. It didn't really conceal most of my problem issues and was difficult to use.

Good: The undereye concealer has excellent coverage, has a good texture and blends easily, and matched my fair skin perfectly. It looks pretty close to natural skin without any powder, and still pretty decent when set with the powder that comes with the pot. The lady at sephora assured me the concealer would not settle into the fine lines around my eyes, but it does both with and without the powder. It's not that bad though, certainly better than a lot of concealers. It does a pretty decent job of lasting thoughout the day, and covers my dark blue circles almost completely, which many concealers fail to do. So it's a really good concealer. I also really like the powder that comes with it. It is a good setting powder when you use a light hand, and I use it on my t-zone as well.
Bad: The only reason the undercover pot gets 4 out of 5 stars is because I was not impressed with the concealer for the face. The best part about it is that it has excellent coverage. Other than that the texture is way too dry and hard to work with. It also has a more noticeable texture on the skin than the creamier concealer, though not as bad as a lot of others. Also, it is too light on my skin and because it is also hard to blend, sometimes I end up highlighting any red spots I had instead of making them disappear. I have to be very careful with my application in other words. Because of its drier formula, it might work well with skin types that are more oily than mine though.
Bottom Line: Don't get me wrong, this is a really good concealer! Much better than most of the ones I've tried. But I would not purchase it again. I would either go for a different brand like Bobbi Brown, or I would purchase the creamier Laura Mercier concealer by itself.
My Application: I use a concealer brush and let the concealer sit on my skin to melt a little before I blend it with the brush. When covering spots on my face, I take a tiny bit of the creamy formula on my brush and mix it into the drier formula to make it a little easier and match my skin better. I usually do under my eyes first, then anything on my face, then I go back and make sure I don't have a lot of concealer settled into the fine lines around my eyes. If there is any, I just smudge it a little with my ring finger. Then I set everything sparingly with the powder using a small fluffy brush.

I was introduced to this product when I was at Sephora for my "Flawless Face" makeover. I would have never considered this for concealing. I am a medium tan all year and level 4 (darkest) is perfect. Left side goes on first to the under eye area. I love the Sephora PRO Concealer Airbrush brush. After my LM TM, I use the right side for blemishes and to set the under eye. Finally I take a fluffy concealer brush with the setting powder and ROLL it side to side under my eye. This keeps the second concealer from moving. The right side is def softer than the first...therefore a little goes a long way. Looks great all day. Must have.

I am one of the many who got this concealer with the flawless face kit at sephora.I have the #2 pot which is a great match for me.Im a nc25 at Mac.The pot has two concealers and loose powder.I don't really use the powder.I tried under my eyes but it just looks cakey as do most powders I use under my eyes(maybe my application method is just bad)I sometimes use a light dusting over oily spots and no problems there. Now for the concealer: theres 2.A creamy pinkish one and a solid yellow. The creamy one I used for under the eyes and I got to say I don't like it.It doesn't cover my dark circles well and it just seems to slide off. However its ok as a eyeshadow primer. The solid yellow concealer is the one I love and is why I'll repurchase. The texture is hard but the concealer brush that comes in the kit is perfect for it.I apply on zits and wherever there's redness like around my nose.It covers excellently and blends beautifully with my skin.I also use it under my eyes as a corrector when my circles are more red. Also when applied to the eyelids it hids the tired red look.So I may not be crazy about the creamy concealer but the solid makes up for it.The best I found for zit and redness coverage.

I got this in the Flawless Face kit from Sephora. I really like the concealer and have used it all up as there isn't a lot in there. I liked this for under the eyes and used the small brush it came with to apply it and then blended it out with my ring finger or my Mac 217 brush. It did crease in the lines under my eyes though, so it's a must to set this with a powder over the top, I preferred the translucent powder for this. I haven't used the secret camouflage very much as I just feel it doesn't work well for me. The translucent powder is good, though it's small so it can be hard to use a powder brush to pick up the product. The translucent powder tends to spill a bit when you unscrew the top, but I guess that is inevitable with a loose powder. It's a good product as you get 3-in-1 and can see if you like them before considering a full-size purchase. I will probably purchase the secret concealer after finishing up by current Bobbi Brown corrector, as I think it's a good concealer for under the eyes. I wouldn't repurchase this product but would purchase the concealer or loose powder separately.

I adore this product! It contains a concealer and correcter. The concealer is a more peachy tone color - its very creamy. The correcter is yellow toned based and is drier formulated. I use the correcter as a "primer" for the concealer. The concealer covers EVERYTHING. I set it all with either the translucent powder it came with or my NYC Smooth Skin Powder in Translucent. I will repurchase. The only thing is that it only comes in 4 shades. 1, 2, 3, & 4. I have UC-4 (Im a medium tan..) It's a pretty good match, but the true color isn't what the first layer is. The first layer is darker than what is actually in the pot. So make sure you're getting the right color...I totally reccomend this! Even for us oily/combo girls ;)

I actually didn't want to buy anything from Laura Mercier when I walked into Sephora, but the girl introduced to me this concealer since LM just launched where I'm residing at. She convinced me by using a brand new tester to camouflage one of the big spots I had then and I was sold.
I've tried soooo many concealers...Shu Uemura Pro Gel Cealer & Point Cealer, Za Perfection Concealer, Shiseido Natural Finish Concealer, Maybelline ones...But none gave me good coverage like this one. I mix a little bit of the corrector with the waxy side and just tap lightly onto where I need coverage and I'm done with concealing. Add on a few dabs of powder foundation and I look fine and good enough to go out and do my thing.
It's amazing how this concealer lasts the whole day on my combi/oily skin...And it does not break me out.
I will repurchase this again! I will update whenever I feel necessary.

This product works wonderfully for me.
I have tried a few other concealers- expensive, drugstore, dollarstore even!- but none would cover my under eye circles.
I had the lady at a Sephora put it on me and I was amazed at the difference. I got one right away and went home; the next day, I compared it to my ususal concealer and I couldn't believe the differnce. It must be the formula or something, because my usual concealer had the 2 shades on top but didn't cover NEARLY as well as this one did.

Really nice coverage, especially around the eye area. It stays sticky if you don't top it with the powder.

I am writing this review because the Undercover Pot is my favorite makeup product ever. Since discovering it, I don't know how I would live without it. Also, I have become an expert with this product, and have done a lot of research on it, so I would like to clear up the confusion that I coming across in a lot of these reviews. First of all, the harder concealer is best applied with a concealer brush, and it is non-comedogenic. It is for covering up blemishes and discolorations on the face, so it is really important to get the right shade. I suggest a slightly lighter shade to balance the dark spots and redness. The creamier concealer is for under the eye only! If you put it on your face, you will probably break out. It is applied well with a foundation brush, or with your ring finger. After I apply the under eye concealer, I do find it settling into the fine lines under my eye, but after I smudge them out they disappear. Then, the loose powder should be used to set the under eye concealer which is very emollient. Also, the loose powder can be used to cover any shine on your face. All of these steps are so quick and easy, it takes all of three minutes, and I love the way I look.

Maybe I'm not using this right but I don't get the great results everyone else seems to get. The darker peachy shade does cancel out dark circles but it settles into fine lines and looks just awful after about 20 minutes. I moisturise and prime before doing my make up so it's not because of that. I've used the peachy concealer in so many different ways/application methods but I keep getting the same result.
I don't get how I'm supposed to use the lighter concealer- it's too hard and dry for any of my brushes. If I warm it up with my fingers, it still is very very think and hard to blend. The powder underneath is white in the pot but looks mostly invisible on my face (though I am very pale). It's fine as a setting powder but it's a bit annoying to use because in such a tiny container and therefore hard to get properly on the brush.
Maybe it's me, or maybe this product is overhyped?

Love this product. Like having all three eye concealer, face camouflage, and the powder all together. I went from this product to the larger individual containers eventually, as this was to try out and for travel.

I have used this product for several months now.
I had to write a review about that one. I have tried so many concealers, camouflage products...name it: MAC, Clinique, Benefit, Lancôme... even the secret camouflage from Laura Mercier. This is my winner. Here is why:
-looks natural
-easy to blend colors to make it perfect anywhere in the face, neck or décolleté
-hold well with the fixing powder
-great for traveling...great package, it even has a mirror.
I mix the 2 colors with a tiny brush (I love using the LM secret camouflage brush with it) and just tap were I wanna correct. It's like photoshoping myself:-)
The result is flawless. The softer concealer is also very hydrating which helps my occasional zits to heal faster.
Bottom lone: one of the best makeup I have bought.

I bought this concealer because I'm a big fan of her TM and her brushes. This product I could do without. I like the lighter concealer ( the firm one on the left) it's great with a concealer brush to get into areas like around nose etc. I find, however, that my face has to be really moisturized or it's just too dry/caky on my face. The other concealer has a nice texture but WAY too dark. The powder on the bottom is USELESS. It's an unnatural white color that didn't do anything but make the concealer caky. Once it's used up..good riddance.

I got this in a kit called Flawless Beauty or something along those lines. It´s probably my favorite product in the kit!
The top houses 2 very different concealers. On the left, there's the Secret Camouflage, a concealer that is yellow based, heavily pigmented and waxy in texture. I like to apply it after my foundation or TM with a eye blending brush and I gently swirl it over the red areas on my nose and cheeks. I also like to apply a thin layer on my eyelid when I'm not wearing eyeshadow because it really conceals the little red capillaries and evens out the tone. It works wonderful because it is pigmented enough so that a little product actually makes a difference. I find the texture makes it very long lasting.
The right side is the Secret Concealer. It's a peach concealer that I only use under my eyes. It's emollient and light reflective, and counteracts dark circles very well. I apply it with my fingers, and I start with a tiny amount. I dab, dab, dab and then softly blend outwards. I would never use this on my face just because it is so emollient that it wouldn't last a minute on me, but for my dry-ish undereye area it works wonders.
On the bottom there's the Loose Setting Powder. It's an amazing powder, very fine milled and undetectable on the skin. It's perfect for setting both concealers and it never looks cakey or excesively powdery.
Overall, I think the 3 products are amazing.

Wonderful product...3 in 1, good value for the price. The left side/ drier "camoflauge" used with a brush covers redness/acne scars really well. I was very impressed with the results and didn't even need to use a lot. The creamer right side is for under the eye and again, I used a brush and a light touch to apply and it did a great job. This leaves you with a very natural look which is what I wanted.
After I applied the LM Tinted Moisturizer in Nude, I went back to the Undercover Pot and dusted on a light coat of the setting powder.
Wow! Really lovely results!

Really didn't like this at all. Found the softer concealer did very little (if anything it highlighted blemishes) and the harder concealer was pretty much useless. Don't get the hype.

I am very fair although my naturally hair is almost black.I use this concealer in the shade UC1 and it works great!I do not have any acne or acne scars to cover, but unfortunately my dark circles are really...dark.I use both concealers for the eye area this way : I first spray thermal water on my concealer brush and a pick a little of the thicker concealer (the one that's on the right side), applying it on the darkest areas (usually the eye's inner corners).Next, I pick the creamy side and apply it, blending with the other concealer. It turns out quite nice.
I probably won't buy it again since it settles in the fine lines, but overall I'd say it's a nice, decent concealer.
