i´m in love with this mascara! been in the hunt for a buildable mascara that did´t clump and had synthetic brush. i wanted it to be affordable and tried mabelline ones but the formula was´t very buildable as it was really wet. after all i decided to invest on a expensive one and this one had synthetic brush, adorable packaging and was a good brand so... what else to say? i´m in love, worth the price!

This is a great mascara - I'd go so far to say one of the best I've tried - but it's hard to remove (and I'm not using a waterproof version). It doesn't come off easily with my normal Miscellar water and this is more of a pain than one might imagine. I don't like scrubbing at my eyes at the age where I'm really trying to ward off those fine lines! You can get it off with a cleansing oil and muslin cloth, so if that's your regular evening routine, you'll probably get on just fine with Diorshow Iconic.
For effect, it achieves length and volume, doesn't clump and doesn't smudge, but my regular Diorshow Extase (which they were sold out of) comes off much more easily, proving to me that differences between mascaras of the same brand are down to more than brush shape. Now I've also replenished my Extase, and will save Iconic for nights out when I want more drama, but really, I don't want to get too attached to having two high end mascaras on the go at once: too expensive to become a regular thing.

Absolutely love this mascara! It gives great length and really plumps them up without looking clumpy! It stays on all day....even the none waterproof stays put and does not smudge round the eyes! I've been using this mascara since they launched it back in 2009 and I've been using it ever since! Quite pricey but worth every penny :)

THIS STUFF HAS TO BE THE NUMBER ONE MASCARA'S DIOR MAKES, AND I LOVE THIS MASCARA MORE THEN ANY OTHER MASCARA OUT THERE ON THE MARKET, IT LENGTHENS, THICKENS, CURLS AND IT HOLDS THE CURL AND IT MAKES MY LASHES DARK IN COLOR, THANK YOU DIOR

The absolute best mascara I have ever used and I've used literally hundreds. I have every Dior mascara (i'm obsessed!) and this is my holy grail! It seriously lengthens, volumizes (but seperates) and curls your eyelashes. I do like to use more than one mascara just because! But I can only use this (and my Dior eyelash priming serum) and my eyelashes are good to go. A must buy!

This mascara is a delightful object, a beautiful silver column of luxury. It doesn't clump all over the silicone brush and applies beautifully. My lashes were soft and natural looking. However, it smudges. This happened some hours after one application in a test run, so it may be that I needed to apply several times, waiting for the the product to dry after several swipes. If you have plenty of time to spare and/or you simply like owning such a beautiful thing, this might be for you.

I am so dissapointed by this mascara! This one does nothing for my long lashes. First of all it gives no volume and length. It's ok at seperating the lashes but nothing impressive as you would expect from dior. The thing that pisses me off with this mascara is the fact that no matter how careful I am I will always end up having mascara all over my lid. Despite the fact that this is not a waterproof mascara it is impossible to take it off! Also it takes a lot of work and time to make this mascara show on your lashes. The only good thing about this mascara is the fact that it is smudgeproof. Is it worth the hype and money? No. Save some bucks and buy a l'oreal mascara.

This is allright! No smudging or flaking and a nice wet formula.
It gives really nice length but zero volume. So im not buying this again.

After reading so many good reviews about this mascara I decided to buy a trial size to test it out. I'm glad that I did because this mascara really isn't worth the money to me. The brush is GIGANTIC and makes it difficult to get the smaller lashes at my inner eye. It also gave me dry spider lashes, even though the formula felt somewhat sticky on the brush. I'll be continuing my search for my HG mascara!
