Great blue toned pink blush especially for fair skin. If you use Azalea with a super light hand, it will give you a natural flush without looking like a clown. The pan will last FOREVER because it is about the most pigmented product I've ever seen!

Azalea is a very bright, highly pigmented reddish/darkened pink shade that has to be applied on my NC 43-45 skin tone with a light hand.

This blush is waaaaaaaaayyy to bright for me. I understand the "fun" aspect of it but seeing as i have one heck of a babyface, this one is a no-no for me. BTW, i'm a NC50/NW45. I've tried the whole less is more approach, still didn't work for me.

Since I am pretty fair myself, this will last me forever. I like this a lot! Use with caution.

While I *would* absolutely buy Azalea again, there is no way I will ever need to do so, unless I misplace it -- it's SO pigmented, even when using a duo fiber brush, that it's still almost too much for my very fair (NW5-10, NARS Siberia) complexion. Still, when used carefully, it's gorgeous -- it's a very, very bright, cool-toned fuchsia / magenta in the pan, but it can be wearable when applied correctly; it looks like a rosy pink flush.
Of note: While the individual blush in the compact has been discontinued, Azalea is still available in the palette pan from MAC Pro stores (which is where I bought my own).

This blush is so versatile if your wearing plums, purples, mauve's. Its so pretty, and you get a great amount of product also. I love the way the color fades from a a light pink to a lilac.

If this was the last blush on earth ...i'd be fine..lol. For me this is my most fave blush of all time because it just looks so great on the skin. The color is very unique and so flattering. I ran to the pro shop in downtown Toronto just to find this blush because i saw someone review it on Youtube. Very beautiful, looks extremely bright in the pan but goes on the skin and just makes the cheeks pop! Great buy

I'm a NC42 and this blush compliments my skin so well. It gives me a nice healthy glow. This seems like color anyone can pull off, for fairest to the darkest of skintones. But you have to use with caution. This blush is SUPER PIGMENTED! I literally tap twice on the pan with my brush them tap off the excess then apply onto my cheeks. A little goes a long long loooong way. If I was to use this up, which is impossible, or I happen to loose it I will def buy another one. This is a color needs to be in everyones collection!!

This is my absolute favorite pink blush!!! It such a beautiful flush to the cheeks. You definately have to use a light hand or you will have clown cheeks for sure. But once you get the application right it is beautiful on the face. It will last forever because it is highly pigmented.

Well, I was very sad to hear from a MAC MA that this blush is being discontinued. She asked if I wanted to buy another in order to stock up, and I told her the truth: I didn't think I'd finish a pan any time soon. It really will last me a lifetime because it is so pigmented. I have to be careful, because my skin is not very dark and I can look clownish with this blush. But, with a light dusting of my fan brush, this blush can give me a beautiful bright glow.
Edit: So turns out you can still get the pan refill of this blush but I kept the story above because this fact still stands: one of these should last a lifetime!

A great blush for dark skintones! (Me: NW45/NC50). This is a frost blush that applies beautifully even if you have less than perfect skin. It does not have large shimmery glittery particles that end up sitting on your skin. The blush is finely milled so blends well when applied. I use my MAC 169 Raquel Welch Contour brush to apply. The brush is super soft and does a great job of blending. The lasting power of Azalea is very good - I have super oily skin that zaps colour off my cheeks in a matter of hours. This lasted the whole day.

while reading these reviews I realized that I had this blush but had not even seen it in the past few months or since last summer. Anyway, I just started a search and seize mission and found it in one of my blush drawers. Ayyyyyy.. what a color. Forget about all the delicate and dainty blushes (which I love too). This is a lady's blush.. a blush which would have made Coco proud and Diana Vreeland bright. oh yes.. this is one color no one should be without and everyone can wear.
I am going to buy another one -- just for insurance!

LOVE LOVE LOLVE this bllush! Very unique never seen a blush quite like it. In the pan its super vibrant blue fuschisa but on my NC15 skintone applied with a light and I mean light hand it create a gorgous berry like flush. A flush thas very sweet and romantic if that makes sense. anyway I am a lover of super brigh tblushes such as frankly scarlet, MAC florida,NARS desire, mata hari etc. and this blush is still the stand out of my collection. will repurchase if I ever finish!

I love this blush! It looks SO scary in the pan. It's an intense and bright color. But just the smallest touch can bring a beautiful flush to the cheeks. My favorite combo is using this blush and putting Cheeky Bronze MSF over it. The perfect bronzed rosy color. Looks fantastic on my NC42ish skintone. I even got complimented by a Sephora MUA! I took off a lippy since it's a pro item and I was only able to buy it when I went to the pro store in NY. You can still call & order over the phone though. I wish they would bring this out in one of their collections since I feel so many people don't know about this color. Definitely worth a try if you can get your hands on it.

This is the best blush ever! To get that nice color like if you went to the beach you can use this! I am not dark or light in between and it is not to much for me. I absolutely love it.

This is a gorgeous color, it's just so pigmented I find it really hard to use. I have to be really careful, not good for one of those getting ready in a hurry days. If you overapply it's easy to look like a clown. I like the suggestion about wiping it on a kleenex and then applying. When applied correctly it creates a lovely flush. I already know I will never run out, you literally need the teensiest bit and one pan will last forever.

It's such a pretty fushcia... magenta... cool blue pink colour. Whenever you have a pigmented blush such as Azalea, lightly tap a fluffy blush brush into the pan, then brush off the excess a few times in a kleenex, and it'll be just enough colour to cover both cheeks. It'll look like the brush has almost nothing but it'll be enough! Or tap the brush in both a powder and the blush and it'll help dampen the intensity when you apply. Or blend afterwards with a bit of powder using a DIFFERENT brush - perhaps a powder brush. I always like to finish off my entire face with Nico (by Nars blush) to round off any blush/eyeshadow edges and give the face a fresh look. Try it!
